Notre maison Cape Cod, située dans un quartier calme et familial, est le lieu idéal pour vos vacances en famille. La maison est équipée de tous les conforts de la maison tels que la climatisation centrale, accès Internet sans fil, lecteur DVD, jeux de société, laveuse / sécheuse et barbecue à gaz. Les trois chambres ont été décorées avec goût, et il y a une mezzanine avec deux lits jumeaux.

Il y a plusieurs plages à proximité, Parkers River Beach à quelques pas. En face de Parkers est Skippers, l'un de nos restaurants locaux préférés avec une terrasse donnant sur la plage. Une douche extérieure à l'arrière de la maison attend votre retour de la plage. Après cela, vous détendre sur la terrasse, dans la cour sur le hamac, ou lire un livre dans la véranda.


Loisirs en famille à proximité -: Notre maison se trouve à proximité de nombreuses attractions familiales telles que les complexes de golf miniature de Skull Island et de Pirates Cove avec un practice et des voiturettes, le musée Whydah Pirate, le parc gonflable de Cape Cod et plusieurs plages dotées d'installations sur place. Des dizaines de restaurants sont également à quelques minutes en voiture. Il ya beaucoup d'activités Cape Cod supplémentaires à droite au bout de vos doigts y compris le vélo, le tennis, le golf, le shopping / pêche antiquités, et le canotage. Hyannis est une ville plus, où vous pourrez flâner les boutiques sur la rue Main, ou de prendre un ferry à destination de Nantucket ou Vignoble Martha pour la journée.

Maison Motifs: Évadez-vous dans le calme et privé, entièrement clôturé dans le jardin, qui offre une merveilleuse combinaison de soleil et l'ombre toute la journée. Laissez les enfants jouer sans se soucier de les égarer. Les lots dans notre voisinage sont de bonne taille donc il ya une sensation isolée à la propriété. Il ya peu ou pas de trafic sur notre rue pendant la journée moyenne. La grande véranda offre un endroit pour échapper aux éléments, avec une salle à manger et l'osier salon meublé, et encore profiter de l'air frais cape.

John's first vacation

The house was very nice and the location was perfect, a quiet area that was close to the beach and easy access to other areas on the cape. Our grandson is 4 months old and it was easy to push him the stroller to the beach. We would definitely book this house again.

Nice, clean and quiet place, short walk to beach

Very nice and clean house on a quiet street. The location is great - 5 minutes of short walk to Parkers River beach and easy access to all stores, restaurants, and kid attractions (mini golf, go karts, etc) on route 28. The outdoor shower is very convenient. We enjoyed the screened-in porch with a large table. It was great for takeout dinners when we were too tired/lazy to go out.

A great vacation

Great house. Great location. Doug was always easy to contact and responded right away. The house itself was plenty roomy ( had three kids with us-they loved the loft ). Very clean and the yard was great. It was very close to beaches, restaurants and local attractions. Really can't say enough good things about our whole experience. Hope to go back again next year and start building more memories.

The house is very comfortable, clean, and inviting.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Doug's house. It is conveniently located, and the fenced in yard gives one a sense of privacy. Doug was so easy to communicate with, and he made us feel very welcome. I would love to stay here again.

The Perfect Cape Escape.

The house is beautiful. We visited with our two children and the fenced in backyard gave them a safe place to play. The road was perfect for riding bikes and the walk to the beach was not to much for them at all. We loved eating on the screened in porch and the bedrooms we beautiful. The central AC and laundry we an added convienience. With restaurants, delicious ice cream, the beach, and mini golf all within five minutes of the house everything was perfect. The kids also loved the Inflatable park and candy store down the street. If you are staying in Yarmouth this home is ideal. It is everything as described by the renter, who is so accomodating and helpful!

Awesome Stay!!!

Our family vacation to the Cape was excellent! We have two kids (3 and 6 yo) and the house was perfect! The house was meticulously maintained and the fenced yard was perfect for the kids to play while the adults relaxed. It was a short walk to the nearest beach-the beach was on the smaller side but great for little kids, never got too busy and had a great snack shack. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone!

Beautiful home; wonderful stay

Pride of ownership shines throughout this house. The Millers have really thought of everything and because of that we had a wonderful stay. The layout was perfect for us (3 adults and 2 children – 1 in a rented crib). We could put the kids to sleep and relax on the beautiful porch or outside on the new deck with no fear of disturbing the kids. On top of that everything was so clean, so well maintained and so well cared for. It exceeded our expectations and that allowed for a truly relaxing time. Additionally Doug was a pleasure to work with – always very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Thanks to Doug and family for a wonderful experience!

A perfect holiday home

Ideally located in a quiet corner of Yarmouth, with just a short walk to the beach and also a short distance to shopping and restaurants. The home and the garden are kept very well and completely equipped. Comming from overseas, my Wife, me and our Youngsters (19-23 Years) really enjoyed our one week stay there and we will definitely recommend it to our friends.

Wonderful family vacation home

My family spent a week at the Miller's home and everyone had a great vacation! Pleasing all members of a family of five is difficult when the children range from age thirteen to ten months, but this home and its location offered something for each of us. I loved the well stocked kitchen and close proximity to the beach. Dad enjoyed the grill and the screened in patio. We dined every night together, as a family, in this beautiful setting. Tyler loved the big yard for hitting wiffle balls and playing badminton. Renz adored the loft and the quiet neighborhood setting. Marielle was pleased by the fact that the house was close to stores and entertainment. Our vacation activities included mini-golf, batting cages, antiquing, swimming at Parker's Beach, sunset spotting, a visit (or two) to the Christmas Tree Shop, breakfast at The Pancake Man, icecream parlor visits, a drive up the coast, a few dinners out at local restaurants and some family time simply relaxing or playing cards in the kitchen. Traveling with a baby can be stressful, but Doug's well appointed home made daily living convenient and relieved me of some of the worries that come with traveling with a little one. We opted to rent a few items in order to meet our own personal needs: crib, Diaper Genie, badminton set, activity saucer, etc. We chose to rent from Auntie Vi's and they were prompt and reliable. We also rented beach chairs and a chair caddy, but these items are available at the Miller home, so don't waste your vacation funds on them. We also used Peapod (Stop n' Shop) to have our groceries delivered to the house. The house and grounds are kept wonderfully and Doug is the most gracious host. He made himself available to answer questions and provided us with helpful tips as we prepared for our vacation. There is also a binder at the house filled with pamphlets and brochures to provide you with maps and information about local attractions and activities. We have already talked about returning to this home in the future and think it will be a great vacation location as our older children begin to seek fun on their own. There are fishing charters and banana boat rides in close proximity to the home, so there are certainly adventures yet to be had! We highly recommend this property to anyone who is seeking to get away and enjoy some family fun time. I am getting a sunny Cape glow from just thinking about our stay and our time together!

What a great vacation cottage (home). The house was perfect for our family. We so enjoyed the screened in patio and also being able to use the grill at night. The beaches were within walking distance and so was shopping. The kitchen was complete from pots and pans to silverware. They thought of every thing that you would need. I would recommend this house for families as well as couples. Perfect backyard for kids to run around. Great vacation 2010!

PERFECT

Well from the time we walked into the house we felt right at home. It is very cozy as well as spacious. The house was complete with every thing that your would need. One of the features that we enjoyed the most was the screened in patio, .The other feature was being able to get in the morning and walk to the beach. I hope that the next people renting this home finds it as welcoming as our family did! I would recommend this house to all couples as well singles and couples with children. A wonderful find!

Truly home away from home

It's a cozy, renovated, clean, well-decorated well-equipped place walking distance to the beach with all possible amenities that make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Plenty of beds, fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, A/C, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, childern toys, beach toys, beach chairs, gas grill etc. It's a leisurely 10 min walk to the nearest beach through quiet neighborhood. Tip: the parking is free at the beach after 4pm, if you decide to drive in the evening. There is a screened porch and an outside patio. Both of these places have dining tables with six chairs chairs and we enjoyed grilled dinners with wine on a nightly basis. For those traveling with babies - you can rent a crib locally and it can fit in any bedroom. Although if you place it in the bedroom with the bunk beds, the bunk beds become inaccessible. Don't let anyone fool you that the A/C is not needed in Cape Cod, "because of the ocean breeze". We were very happy we decided to get this house over another cheaper one without A/C. The outside shower with hot/cold water is a blessing.

The owners were very friendly and easy to work with. They even called to see how things were going. This is a very cute little house that is everything the pictures show it to be. It is a nice middle class neighborhood where most families take pride in their vacation homes. It is clean, updated and has a very nice and spacious screened in porch. It is only 10 minutes walk to a nice family beach and 2 minutes drive to food, entertainment, etc. on Rte 28.

Great Stay!

Our family truly enjoyed the Millers' home, they have thought of every detail in order to make your stay perfect. It is a nice 5 minute walk to the beach, and another 5 minute drive to all restaurants and shopping. The home actually looks better in person, we would definitely return! Lovely cottage

We couldn't have been happier with this cottage. It is in a great location-near both the beach and shopping/restaurants, but still private and quiet. It was perfectly clean and had all the comforts of home. We had several humid days while we were there, and really appreciated the central air. We had a wonderful time and hope to rent again.

A true Cape house

We had a great stay, and felt right at home. The house was well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. The description used on the site describes the house accurately, the house and the area. The kids love the neighborhood and made friends almost immediately.The Skipper, one of our favorite restaurants is well within walking distance from the house or off the beach. The only issue we had was with cellular service as it seems to be in a dead zone. Other than that inconvenience, it was a blast.

After searching many towns and neighborhoods, we knew this house was the one for us. The proximity to the beaches and family friendly activities, along with the modern amenities incorporated into the house and grounds made this an easy choice.

Some of the things we appreciate about our home include:
Central Air - the ocean breeze can only do so much on those hot nights!
Fenced in backyard - a place for kids to play safely.
Screened in porch - it's nice to have a place to go where you can enjoy the outdoors/eat a meal and not have to deal with bugs!
Location - our street is quiet as is the neighborhood, but we're right in the middle of so much. It's a huge plus to not have to get into the car to enjoy many things the Cape has to offer.
