Décor incroyable avec une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des armoires sombres et riches et des appareils noirs. Un salon confortable équipé d'un espace de travail / bureau et d'une télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD, c'est comme être chez soi. La chambre principale a un lit king size, une télévision et un lecteur DVD pour votre plaisir, et la deuxième chambre dispose d'un lit queen - un arrangement de literie inhabituel de la plupart des condos de deux chambres. This was our first time to Miramar Beach and this condo was the BEST location. It offered everything we wanted while being quiet and clean too. This is a definite repeat.

This was even cuter in person than the photos. We had a great stay and loved everything about the space. Clean, beautiful views, great location, easy access to the beach and pool and parking! Will definitely book again!

Perfect getaway

SanDestin is Great location away from the absolute congested traffic, close enough you can get to the harbor for a fishing trip in morning when traffic is light. Kids spent just as much time in pool as the ocean. Kitchen allowed us to prepare most meals (WinDix close) and went out couple time for nice family dinners without driving more than 20m. Hope to spend another week and half here next trip around.

Amazing!

This spot was great! It had everything we could possibly need! The only draw back was the elevators. It could be a 30min wait for an elevator to get to the different floors. I’m good with stairs but by ailing mother in law was unable to use the stairs so we heavily relied on the elevator. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!

Destin stay

The location was perfect. The condo smelled like fish when we entered it. We had to spray 2 cans of Lysol and open the patio door to eliminate the odor. The furniture was dirty and should be replaced. We covered it before sitting on it. I will definitely stay in Beachside 2 again but not this unit unless the furniture is updated.

Beautiful ocean views

Overall we had a good time and spent most of our time out of room. Room decor was beautiful! Nice to have the shuttle service and short walk to get Starbucks coffee in the Hilton next door. A few things could be improved- floors weren’t clean, ice maker didn’t work, balcony door didn’t lock, no extra sheets for the person sleeping on couch. Older unit with air vents coming loose from wall but a/c did work well. We came for a quick trip and had great weather with gorgeous sunsets!

This unit has always received perfect reviews, including the cleanliness, so we are absolutely disheartened to hear that you had an issue. We do have housekeeping staff available 7 days a week should any issues ever be brought to our attention. We wish you would have let us know so we could have immediately sent someone over to correct these issues. The balcony lock was working prior to your arrival per inspector of the property. The issue for the no extra sheets for the sleeper sofa is that unit does not Have a sleeper sofa. I only sleeps 4. We never want our guests to have less than a 5 star stay and will go out of our way to ensure that everything is perfect! Please accept our apologies!

The location was amazing and the view from this unit was perfect. The unit had a strong mildew smell; it lessened as the days went by and a/c unit was on- thinking it had been closed up for a while. I had to keep my shoes on while there because the floors felt dirty. The unit was pretty well stocked in the kitchen, but you might want to bring some plastic containers of cooking while there..

Needs a remodel

Property is in a great location, but this particular property was advertised as 2 bed 2 bath and its 2 bed 1 bath. This unit is very outdated, and beds are very uncomfortable. The view is amazing but for the price we will stay elsewhere next time. Also, good luck remembering all the codes to get into garage, place, pool and beach.

Comfortable Condo with beautiful view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was comfortable with a beautiful view. It was well stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. It had a nice updated bathroom and kitchen. The bedrooms were a good size and perfect for our family of 4. I really like that one bedroom at a king bed and the other had a queen. The view was great. I was a little hesitant to sit on the couch in the living area as it did seem to be a little tired and dirty but that wasn't a big deal considering you spend most your time on the balcony and beach.

Wouldn’t stay in this unit again

This unit needs attention. Property is first class. This unit needs some repairs and maintenance. Terrible lighting. Paint peeled off of the doors no tissue holder.

Disappointing, but not bad for the price.

The unit is cozy and cute. It has most of what you need for a small group, and it has a cute open kitchen style layout, which is one of the things that attracted me. It sleeps 4, but the living area is a little small if you get stuck inside on a rainy day. The description on the website says it has granite countertops, but it's actually laminate. It's hard to tell in the pictures, but trust me, it's not granite. I don't require granite counters for a vacation rental, but I would like an accurate description of what I'm paying for, in full and prior to arrival. The other disappointment was the dirty dishes in the cabinets. They were stacked in the cabinets, but had a dirty, greasy film on them and needed to be washed before using. On the bright side, the location in sandestin was great, and if you have pets this is one of the only places that accommodates. We had a nice time, but it may be worth spending a few more $ for a nicer, larger unit.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great. This specific unit needs a lot of love though. The paint is peeling and stained. The last time the flooring was replaced, they did a pitiful job and it makes the unit look bad. The living room furniture is old, stained and needs to be retired. We put towels over the couch because we didn’t want to sit directly on it! The bed mattress is either too old, or extremely cheap. The unit was decently clean, but the finishes are in such bad shape that it doesn’t feel clean.
