Emplacement privilégié. Ce condo penthouse 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain est à l'emplacement le plus demandé dans le complexe Crystal Sands en raison de la vue panoramique spectaculaire. Une vue d'un million de dollars peut être vue de chaque pièce. L'unité se trouve directement sur l'eau, et en regardant dehors, les vagues de l'océan et les vues de Crescent Beach sont inégalées ailleurs sur Siesta Key. Couchers de soleil apprécié tous les soirs, ainsi que des vues de carte postale depuis les fenêtres de la chambre, le salon et une véranda expansive de 32 pieds. Peu d'autres complexes de vacances sur cette île barrière sont aussi proches de l'eau que celui-ci. Laissez-vous séduire par les vagues, tout en profitant du sable blanc et poudreux sur votre plage privée, avec des chaises de plage gratuites. Comprend également la toute dernière technologie de climatisation avec unité de filtration spéciale qui élimine les moisissures, les odeurs, les bactéries et les virus de l'air en circulation.

Le complexe de bâtiments propose deux piscines chauffées, 3 ascenseurs (dont une vitrée avec vue sur la ligne de ciel de toute l'île), un parking couvert attribué, un entretien sur place et la sécurité pour toutes les entrées et la piscine. Ce condo haut de gamme a une vue d'un million de dollars, ainsi que les commodités et l'hébergement en bord de mer d'un complexe 5 étoiles. À quelques minutes se trouve Siesta Village avec ses boutiques et restaurants pittoresques, ou à quelques minutes en voiture de St. Armand’s Circle, un quartier haut de gamme avec des restaurants et des boutiques branchés situés à côté de la plage du Lido. We have stayed at many condos on SKB, this one by far was the favorite. We had everything we needed as it was well equipped. The view is truly a million dollar one. We were able to watch six different firework shows because of it. Thank you, Debbie for accommodating us as a last minute booking.

Siesta sunsets and beach walking relaxation

Fabulous condo. The view absolutely cannot be beat. Very comfortable and well stocked. Stunning sunsets every evening. We walked on the fine white sand beach every day, which was just an elevator ride down. The local area of Siesta Key and Sarasota is very enjoyable and has diverse opportunities even during these COVID times. But we generally stayed at the beach. It really is an extraordinary location and we highly recommend it.

What more could one ask but a lovely condo in a perfect location? This even exceeded expectations. We have done a number of Sarasota rentals and the 1205 owners were the most guest-considerate we've ever encountered. Of course the basics were all in place, but there was a great library of paperbacks for a rainy day. There were games and cards, and even a roll of scotch tape when we needed to wrap a package! Had a minor plumbing problem and owner was ready to send someone instantly. Bottom line is that the place is really lovely, very comfortable, and beautifully equipped. Kudos to the owners!

Siesta Key Beautiful Beachfront Condo

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo on the beach with such an amazing view. Watching the breath-taking sunsets from the balcony gave us such joy. The condo has all of the amenities of home. We spent a great deal of time walking the beach and collecting shells as well as enjoying the pool.

Amazing Vacation

It was an absolute delight staying here. The condo is unbelievable, and the view is breathtaking. We enjoyed it all. What a gorgeous place on the beach! Cannot say enough! We spent a lot on time on the balcony, because between the view, and listening to the ocean, we could have just slept there too :). Everything is renovated, and so charming. The private beach is perfect, just a few steps away which was so convenient. The owners were wonderful to work with, and very helpful. Debbie was very prompt in answering our questions, and guiding us with suggestions for fun things to do in the lovely Siesta Keys. It was truly such a great experience, that we hope to be able to return here again. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us!

Siesta Keys is one of the most beautiful places in Florida and this condo makes the stay feel like paradise. Updates make this condo high end & the owners were exceptional. Debbie was easily to contact & quickly resolved any issues we had-which were minimal.Can’t wait for our next stay there,

I'm a celebrity in a beachfront penthouse!

This property is in a prime location directly on the beach! The fact that it is a penthouse condo just adds to the absolutely breathtaking views of the gulf at sunrise & sunset from your own personal perch above the pure white sands of the expansive beach! The pictures of the inside of this relaxing haven do not do justice to show the actual upscale gourmet kitchen with wide views of the ocean; a view seen from every window as well as the huge screened lanai. We enjoyed swimming in the large pool that also had a view of the beach just a few steps away. All of this is why I keep coming here every year! Not to mention the great shopping & restaurants in the village. Our favorite place to grab a bite to eat; Cap'n Curt's; is just a short walk away. Plus they are BIG Ohio State Buckeye backers!! Fun place!! Thank you Debbie for graciously sharing your home for us to also enjoy!

We were defrauded, straight-up!

We chose this apartment because of its prominent advertising about its beautiful lanai overlooking the beach. But when we arrived at the condo, we discovered that the entire building is under massive, ongoing construction. There was no lanai, only a slab of concrete with no railings. The apartment sliders were blockaded shut. We had no living room blinds and when workers periodically, unexpectedly decided to do work on the scaffolding outside, we had no privacy from their gaze. There were three cranes onsite and as many as a dozen construction workers each weekday from 8 to 5. During our 3 week stay, the construction noise ranged from annoying (sanding and hammering) to unbearable (jackhammers, rattling the dishes). Debbie is vice-president of the association. She knew all this but never told us. The description presently on the VRBO site has subsequently been changed after pressure by us. However, we relied on the owners' intentional misstatements to our detriment, which is civil fraud under Florida law and a felony if committed on an ongoing basis. At the very end of our stay, Debbie wrote us an email with her first and only apology, claiming that she never meant to deceive us, and that she was undergoing personal problems that distracted her from telling us the true condition of the condo before we occupied it. Had this been her first response to our first email, we probably would have believed her, and we might have felt somewhat differently about the situation. But the entire course of our dealings belie that innocent explanation, because over the course of 3 weeks, she continually tried to minimize the situation, trying to make it seem like no big deal and attempting to give us the smallest discount that she could get away with. She also lied to her board, falsely claiming that she had made us a previous offer to reimburse us 100% of our rent if we wanted to vacate the premises. She then lied to the board again by publicly (with copies to the board) offering to reimburse us 100% of our monies if we still wanted to vacate mid-vacation, and then privately reneged on that offer. If small problems occur during your stay, Debbie will probably attempt to resolve them. If, however, a larger problem occurs, you cannot count on Debbie to deal with you fairly and honestly. More generally, if honesty and fairness are important values to you, you will not want to rent from these owners.

Million Dollar View!

The unit is very convenient as it is only a few steps from the elevators, recycle and trash. We never hear any outside noise while in the unit. It is well equipped and very comfortable. The lanai is very large and has 2 tables and 4 chairs to enjoy the scenery. The property is in an excellent location as it is only 20 minutes south of the SRQ airport. It is very easy to pop out and get groceries or get to restaurants and the beach is absolutely fantastic! We used the free trolley which stops right in front of the building to go to the cute little village up the beach which has a great selection of restaurants and small shops. I really can't emphasize the views both during day and night as you see the lights up the coast. The only issue we had was that they are doing major renovations to a large number of units and on weekdays they were grinding the old paint off the lanai floors. Unfortunately these units were right above the pool so it was pretty much unusable due to the noise and it was so loud that it even carried out to the beach. It would have been nice to know this beforehand. Other than that, it was beautiful and Debbie is very responsive if you have any questions. You will want to just sit on the lanai with a cold drink and stare at the ocean, so peaceful!

Best view!

The most amazing view on Siesta Key! Had some issues with cleaning but overall its an excellent condo! Very friendly and easy to work with owners, hope to be staying sometime soon again!

Beautiful, well equipped Condo.

The Condo was as advertised. Great location with views of the beach & water, high-end finishes with granite & tile, nicely furnished, great floorplan with both bedrooms on the beach side of the condo with access to the balcony, very well equipped kitchen, and all very clean & well maintained. Nice "Village" on the Key just 5 min. drive with good restaurant selection. Great beach, beautiful water!!!

The BEST Siesta Key views!

We've stayed in several properties on Siesta Key and I can say unequivocally that Debbie and Don's condo has the most amazing 180 degree views we have ever seen - beach to bay! Every room has expansive beach views and entry onto the screened lanai, where we watched the incredible sunsets every night. The unit itself is spacious and beautifully finished with an updated tropical feel and every amenity you could need for a perfect beach get away. Debbie was a wonderful, organized owner to work with, we will most definitely be staying again!

doesn't get much better

I'm going to keep this brief. We spend a lot of time in these short term rentals and I can say unequivocally that Debbie and Don have missed nothing with this unit. They are true pros and you will NOT be disappointing. If you want to stay at Siesta Key on the beach-this is the place. We will def be back!

Fantastic Beach Vacation June 2016

Debbie was a great owner to work with. From answering my initial questions, to making payments, to getting the keys, she was very attentive and responsive to any questions that we had. The condo itself was VERY clean and had everything that you needed for your stay. There were lots of beach towels, beach toys and pool noodles, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the kitchen utensils that you needed. The view from the 12th floor is OUTSTANDING. Words and pictures can't describe it as being there and oh how we wish we were back there right now! I don't think we ever ate at the kitchen table because we always ate out on the screened in porch for our meals since the views were fantastic. We love Crystal Sands for its location right on the beach. A short elevator ride down to the lobby and a few steps out the door led to the 1st pool right next to the beach and the beach is only a few steps away. A covered and assigned parking space is great as well as the second pool up by the complex entrance. That pool is a hidden gem as most afternoons we were the only family using it! Nice. Practically our own private pool. Overall, Debbie and her condo are VERY referable and we let family and friends know how incredible this place is. I can't think of a better recommendation except that my family and I can't wait to stay there again. Thanks Debbie for a wonderful vacation.

We love Siesta Key, the beautiful beach, white quartz sand, and year round great weather. Plus, we enjoy the quaint charm of Siesta Village's restaurants and shops, while riding bikes throughout the barrier island or a quick car ride to downtown Sarasota or St. Armand's Circle. The relaxed island atmosphere brought us back year after year, so we finally decided to buy a slice of paradise right on the beach. Now we can enjoy the beautiful sunsets from every room of our condo, or walk just steps to the beach or ocean front pool to enjoy beachfront living!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Crystal Sands is located on the barrier island of Siesta Key in Sarasota Florida. Located on the Gulf of Mexico, the island is conveniently located approximately 15-20 minutes from the Sarasota (SRQ) airport, or one hour from Tampa (TPA) or Ft. Meyers (RSW). Families can also incorporate a Disney or Universal Studios trip, as it is an easy interstate drive of 2 hours to Crystal Sands.

Crystal Sands is one of the few condominiums that is literally steps to the beach. Other complexes are set back much farther from the beach, look out over foliage or rooftops, and ours does not. Our penthouse 2Bed/2Bath unit has a view from every room, that few can match. One can enjoy panoramic views of downtown Sarasota, ocean front sunsets or postcard views of Crescent Beach. The complex is also one of just a few that have an oceanfront pool.
