Profitez de ce condo de luxe en bord de mer magnifiquement aménagé qui offre une vue panoramique sur l'océan Pacifique. Situé dans le prestigieux complexe Palms de Flamingo Beach. Offre aux clients une sécurité privée 24h / 24, une grande piscine à débordement, une deuxième piscine, un service de restauration et de boissons au bord de la piscine, des divertissements en plein air et un espace barbecue gastronomique pour les clients, un centre de remise en forme avec vue sur l'océan et des planches de bodyboard et de stand up paddle.

Caractéristiques du condo: Grand pont inférieur et supérieur, comptoirs en granit, sol en pierre, cuisine gastronomique entièrement équipée, laveuse / sécheuse intérieure, coffre-fort, A / C partout, 2 téléviseurs à écran plat, ventilateurs de plafond et wi-fi gratuit.

Le condo a deux chambres et trois salles de bain complètes. Il y a un lit King dans la chambre principale et un lit Queen dans la deuxième chambre. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen dans le salon.

Ce condominium est situé à l'extrémité sud de la plage du développement exclusif Palms à Playa Flamingo. The Palms at Playa Flamingo est LE SEUL complexe de condominiums sur la plage de Flamingo.

Ce complexe a subi une rénovation complète de trois ans, achevée en 2009, ce qui en fait sans doute le complexe de condominiums de style complexe le plus prestigieux de tout Guanacaste, au Costa Rica. Profitez de la vue sur l'océan depuis tout le rez-de-chaussée et la chambre principale. Il est à moins de cinquante pas de la plage de sable blanc. Profitez du bruit des vagues déferlantes, de plusieurs espèces d'oiseaux et même des singes hurleurs.

We just returned from a week stay in your gorgeous condo! Our only questions upon rising each morning was what to do that day -- walk the beach, swim in the amazing pool, go into town to one of the wonderful restaurants, or just lie in the sun. Once we found the Auto Mercado grocery store in Tamarindo (Whole Foods Costa Rica style), we truly felt we were in Paradise! It was so hard to leave -- we'll be back next year. Pura Vida!

Location says it all

The Palms in Playa Flamingo is the perfect location for an escape from winter. The small community has all the convenience of a larger resort without the crowd. Our group was 2 couples and our stay was 16 nights. The patio is furnished with a dining table and 4 chairs in addition to 2 comfortable lounges. The patio provides shade and a fabulous view of the beach ( only steps away). The unit has all conviences necessary to prep meals and the beds are comfortable. The concierge service is friendly and attentive. The entire staff was great and ready to provide a great experience for us. Clean, comfortable, beautiful and safe…need I say more. Thank you John and Wendy

Locations makes up for poor communication

Our hosts didn’t let the location know about our reservation so after traveling all day there was confusion and some anxiety but the on site staff worked it out. We arrived on the day booked but for some reason the property manager told us they didn’t know we were going to be there then even though we confirmed 24 hrs prior and received door access code? Since the onsite staff weren’t aware of our stay the villa wasn’t cleaned so the next day a cleaner came to do a quick job which left it very dusty and never completely equipped even after requesting a few basics. Bathroom faucets etc had a lot of dirt/hard water build up. The rest of the stay was great. Love the complex and location. Remember to bring extra cash for massages and smoothies! Beach equipment and lounge chairs were easily available. The beach is incomparable. Some days had low waves others a little stronger. My teens had a blast! Locals are so friendly and polite. We will be back as this was our 2nd time to the Palms Residences!

Paradise!

We just returned from a week in Villa 6, and I wish I could have stayed much longer. From the minute we entered the Palms, I could feel my body relax! The Villa itself is beautiful and up to date with a gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms. This unit does not have a loft in the 2nd bedroom as some units have, but it did have blow up mattress where my 3rd child slept. The master bedroom has a balcony with a gorgeous view. Below is the living room with a patio which faces the ocean. Both of these doors open up competely from one end of the room to the other, bringing in the ocean breeze. This particular villa has amazing views as it is on one end of the 30 villa complex, so we had unobstructed (obstruction in the middle villas being the gorgeous infinity pool) views of the ocean. Because of the way the sun set, our villa never got complete direct sunlight on the patio, which was perfect for me, as I try to limit time in the sun. We took advantage of the pool bar for drinks and lunches. The concierge at the Palms set up dinner to be brought in the first night we were there. We set up an adventure tour and a sunset cruise and rented a car for two days so we could explore some area beaches and towns. My three kids (14, 13, 11) loved it here, jumping from pool to ocean to pool. They did meet a few kids with whom they played pool games, but it was fairly quiet, which we love. We spent a lot of time reading and playing games and just being at peace. All in all, it was a perfect vacation in a gorgeous and quiet beach. Found peace and relaxation! Highly recommend!

Amazing vacation.

We absolutely loved The Palms. We will definitely be back soon. The condo and the property are amazing. The beach was beautiful, the water was warm and we swam, boogie boarded and paddle boarded. We also spent quite a bit of time in the infinity pool. We had a private dinner on the beach at sunset. It was such a great experience. We visited a couple of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We also traveled outside the area to zip line, river raft and snorkel. The service at The Palms was excellent. They stocked our unit with groceries before we arrived, set up our private dinner and catamaran trip and were available for any questions we might have. The food and drinks were excellent and the staff beyond nice. Shout out to Wilky and Danise for being so great while we were there. The unit itself has everything you need. It's beautiful and clean. John and Wendy were fabulous hosts and made sure we were well taken care of and that everything went well. Thanks again and we will 100% be back soon.

Can’t say enough great things about this property and the location. John and Wendy are fantastic people and extremely helpful. The unit itself was very clean and spacious, with gorgeous views. The staff at the Palms were over the top friendly and accommodating, always willing to help or answer questions. Once again, I can’t say enough great things about John and Wendy, their place and the Palms as a whole. It was a great time and one of the most relaxing trips I’ve ever been on. My wife and children loved our time there and look forward to going back.

Amazing vacation villa!

We stayed with our family (3 kids: 16, 13 & 11) for 1 week at the end of March. Our son slept on the pull out sofa and our girls took the bedroom upstairs. There was plenty of room for us. The villa was wonderful. The service was top notch. The beach was perfect. We loved getting Costa Rica and The Palms. I highly recommend!

Absolutely Perfect!

We have been to multiple places in Costa Rica, but nothing really compares to the Palms or Flamingo Beach. The condos are absolutely beautiful and spacious. Each one has a remarkable view (#6 is perfectly positioned for a view of the pool and the beach). Our kids (12 and 9) surprisingly never wanted to leave the condos for the typical touring of monkeys, zip-lines and crocodiles. They were content playing in the waves, the pool, and drinking milkshakes at the pool bar. To my surprise, the Palms not only provided drink and food service, but it was amazing! The service was top notch with the staff being extremely accommodating and friendly. This is the type of service we expect when we stay at the Ritz Carlton, or other high-end hotels. We also purchased the private dinner for our patio. It was a fantastic experience and I would recommend it. The bottom line is that we will probably never stay anywhere in Costa Rica, but at the Palms. Anything else may be a let down for us.

In 20+ years of traveling the beautiful country of Costa Rica, we decided on Playa Flamingo because of its friendly people, white sand beach and exclusive ambiance.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our property is on the south end of the exclusive Playa Flamingo. There is only one condo complex on the entire Playa Flamingo and ours is it. The south end of the beach has no commercial enterprise thus it is quiet and uncrowded.
