Me and my boyfriend stayed in one of the units, Very nice and clean. The patio has a view of the mountain and the air is very fresh - instructions were clear when we came to the property about how to go in and what steps are needed before we leave. Host was quick and responsive - good bang for the buck :) would stay again
This was a nice little condo. It really fit our need for a quick ski getaway. Although it is a bit dated, it was very functional. The club house is a little walk outside away, and had a very nice pool and 2 hot tubs. Cute, functional kitchen. Great little place!
Roomy studio with plenty of space for 3 adults. Nicely sheltered bed nook for 2 and lofted bed on the opposite end of unit for third. Very nice cooking and dining set up. Close proximity to many major ski resorts so plenty of flexibility to explore. Would absolutely stay here again
We are a family of 4: 2 adults & 2 teens. The kitchen appliances & cooking hardware were ample. The host (Julie) was VERY responsive to questions & very accommodating. Great place to stay for skiing at Breckenridge and Keystone.
A cute little studio in a great location as shown in the photos. It is dated but that was not a problem for us as we expected it based on the photos. Super convenient location with fantastic views. It served our family well and we would stay again.
Lovely property, slept adult and two kids comfortably. The location was not ideal during a winter storm as it is at the top of the Wildernest. Although the snow clearance was was visible on site, advanced driving was required to get down to Silverthorne.
The clubhouse was really nice with two hot tubs a pool and other fun stuff to do like ping pong, pool table and lots of comfy seating...very nice space. The condo itself was pretty cozy for 3. Theres a bunk bed with a fold out futon style mattress that doubles as a couch in the main room. The futon mattress is a bit thin and not comfortable for sleeping. Prob ok for kids but adults can feel the metal bars underneath. Overall a good stay and everything you need.
Nice spot for one or two people but don't trust the diagram on VRBO
The unit was very nice. The cooking gear and kitchen were well equipped. The bed was firm on one side but saggy in the middle and the other side. The biggest issue is the diagram on VRBO did not represent the actual layout of the unit. The diagram showed two beds in one room and a fold out couch in the living room. There was on bed in the sleeping area, and a bunk bed in the living room that looked like it was bought on Temu. The bottom of the bunk could be set like a couch to sit on but offered no support. It was uncomfprtable to sit on and only useful to for storing things.
It's a nice place in good location but due to very old pull-out couch and furniture there is a smell and we both had a very hard time sleeping due to air quality. Unknown how long its been since the blankets and pillows have been cleaned let alone the couch and recliners.
Also the pull-out bed is so old can't sleep on it comfortably. It'll hurt your back for sure.
With possible deep cleaning of furniture or new furniture and cleaned blankets and pillows this can be a great place to stay. But we left with a cough from sleeping there. Once outside in fresh air was much better.
Our 3 week stay in this studio was a success. Five Diamond Lodging was great to deal with. Resolved issue with TV quickly. Semi-private bedroom area is comfortable with plenty of storage, Kitchen area is perfectly adequate and table easily seats four. Living area is very compact, but something has to give in a small studio. Timber Ridge staff does a great job of clearing walks and parking after a snowfall. Never had an issue getting to the slopes in the morning like I have had at other condo complexes.
This property was exactly as advertised. Very quiet condo complex. Plenty of parking near rental unit. Property is easy to find and convenient to nearby attractions. Would stay here again.
This was a great option for us while we stayed in the Silverthorne area. The condo was clean & comfortable and the check-in/check-out process was easy.
Les points faibles : Communication et emplacement
OK condo, but management is a bit off
The property is adequate for the money, although smaller than on the photos, no much privacy between sleeping spots, and located at far outpost uphill. The couch and chairs would benefit of better cleaning, but all good otherwise. Quality kitchenware, nice window view despite first floor.
What's worth noticing though is a management style (5 Diamond Lodging).
First, impressive 4-digit security deposit which is still not back to my account after 2 weeks. May be VRBO delay though, but again it wouldn't be a problem in case of few hundred like everywhere else.
Then, we had to cut our vacation 2 days short due to coronavirus quarantine. Was trying to reach the office over phone and email for two days straight, to officially pass the possession of the property, and finally got a long dismissive response, teaching me patience and understanding. Instead of quick confirmation.
Bottom line, the condo is alright, but I would keep looking for a more reasonable provider.
Cozy, comfortable, spacious, equipped, clean with incredible views. A quiet neighborhood and a delicious clubhouse. 100% recommended. What a rich vacation, what beautiful memories I take in that place.
