La Villa Casa Hermosa, située à Los Banos De Fortuna avec sa propre piscine, à 3 minutes à pied des célèbres thermes. Nommé «The Beautiful House» est une paisible villa située dans la célèbre ville thermale de «Banos de Fortuna», à 3 km de Fortuna Town à 30 minutes de Murcie. Les motifs sont clos et sécurisé avec un parking sécurisé, terrasse privée fournit un abri de la journée les plus chaudes, tandis que les transats au bord de la piscine offrent du soleil jusqu'aux derniers rayons de la journée.
La villa est située à quelques minutes de marche à la fois Fuente Spa et Spa Leana bains, jardins, hôtels victoriens pittoresques et magasins vendant des produits de spa.
Tant la situation et les motifs est parfait pour un séjour en famille ou une escapade romantique, comme un anniversaire ou lune de miel. La vue imprenable sur la montagne, les tavernes espagnoles traditionnelles et les restaurants proposant un menu del dia, composé de 4 plats et d'une bouteille de vin à 12 €, combinés au spa à prix abordable, offre une pause rajeunissante respiratoire au soleil. Célèbre pour ses sources chaudes qui ont été grandement appréciée par les Romains. Los Banos est à environ 3 km de la ville de Fortuna. Vous y trouverez les sources d'eau chaude naturelles. Cette eau est utilisée pour traiter les troubles de l'oreille et les rhumatismes, mais elle contribuerait également à atténuer le stress et divers autres maux.
Pour les amoureux de la campagne, au sud de Fortuna, il y a un grand lac, enfermé dans une zone de préservation de la nature et entouré de bois, idéal pour la marche.
25 minutes des grands magasins de Condemenia et Thader qui contiennent la plupart des principaux magasins européens de vêtements, d'articles ménagers et de nombreux restaurants.
25 minutes du parc aquatique et zoo Murcia.
45 minutes en voiture de la plage la plus proche de Guadamar ou à 50 minutes de la station balnéaire de Torreveija ou à quelques heures de Benidorm. Ou 30 minutes au coeur de la ville historique de Murcie avec sa place magnifique.
Alors que nous avons eu des invités dans la villa sans voiture, je recommanderais de louer une voiture et de recueillir de l'aéroport d'arrivée. Animaux considéré.

Just spent a very relaxing week at the villa, we were well looked after by Paul,Tina and Sheila. The villa has everything you need and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in and around the area with local markets and supermarkets all within an easy drive. The swimming pool and garden area is excellent, super relaxing and has plenty areas for sunbathing We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it Steve & Lesley

Excellent property, Lots to do around the location

We stayed at Villa Casa Hermosa in April and have to say had a fantastic relaxing holiday there. The location is beautiful, very quiet and tranquil. Villa itself is well equipped and comfortable, garden and pool are very private walled and gated which was perfect as we have a five year old Daughter. Across the road is the naturally heated mineral spa pool which is a great day out for only seven euro’s. I would recommend a car to get about and see Murcia, Beaches, and Shopping complexes Condomenia & Thader. Can’t wait to come back again.

Lovely house with a great garden for sitting out listening to the birds

The house is in a quiet lane but close to the spa of Fortuna where there are thermal pools and spa treatments available. We found Casa Hermosa to be very clean and well equipped with a lovely garden. We didn’t try the pool as it was too cold but it would be very welcome for a dip on a hot day. It is very quiet at night and we slept really well. Murcia and Cartagena are easy to reach by car and the village has plenty of places to eat and drink in walking distance. I would definitely recommend it and we hope to go again in the future.

Lovely quiet retreat

Our friends recommended the villa after they had visited last year, and like them we loved it too. We were looking for a quiet relaxing holiday and we got just what we were looking for. The villa, garden and pool were lovely, and we had everything we needed. The owners were very helpful and on hand if we had a problem. We felt that a car was necessary, unless you want to eat out all the time at the local restaurants. We particularly liked Leana Cafe-Teatro. We had a wonderful holiday and would thoroughly recommend this villa, so much so that we are hoping to be able to return next year.

Birthday celebration to remember

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Hermosa. Host was very accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. The villa is set in a very peaceful location, surrounded by distant mountains, is fully equipped and very close to the Spa. If the timing allows, visit the market in Fortuna, on Saturday, to get a choice of fresh produce. There’s also a supermarket near the Market for additional items. Spa is great and well worth taking advantage. We will definitely be coming back. Brilliant host and location.

Chalet muy agradable . Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso sin necesidad de preocuparte por nada. Cocina completa , jardín ideal para lectura , piscina, iluminacion y decoración sencilla pero coqueta.. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas.. en resumen , repetiremos en cuanto tengamos ocasión .. es perfecto apra una recarga de pilas.

Sooo Relaxing

We chose this very private location to follow up on two weeks in Madrid and Valencia. We wanted down time, something away from the hustle and bustle, but still convenient. Casa Hermosa was perfect. As I write this review, sitting beside the pool, I listen only to the birds. Otherwise, complete silence. The house is large and well appointed. We are able to walk across the road to the resort or to drive three minutes to the Red Lion, a UK expat bar/restaurant which has incredible meat pies and nachos. We highly recommend this location to any who are interested in a similar experience.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana de maravilla. La ubicación es perfecta para desconectar, la casa estaba en perfecto estado y cómoda. Paul ha estado pendiente en todo momento. Sin duda recomendable.

Relax y tranquilidad

El sitio es precioso, aunque ya el agua de la piscina estaba bastante fría a finales de septiembre. Barbacoa de gas que facilita encenderla, la cama de matrimonio grandísima y cómoda. No hay servilletas, ni aceite y tal como en algunas casas pero imagino que por el covid. Muy agusto!!

Vacaciones Casa Hermosa

El alojamiento ha sido muy agradable, tranquilo y cómodo. La ubicación es buena para ir a visitar diferentes cosas en la zona, el balneario al lado le da un plus. La casa es perfecta para una familia, nos la encontramos en perfecto estado, limpia y en muy buenas condiciones

Fantastic Fortnight in Fortuna

Two weeks just wasn’t long enough. The villa was lovely and cooling off in the pool was great and required often throughout our stay! The second bedroom proved too hot and uncomfortable but once she moved to the sofa bed in the air conditioned lounge our daughter was fine! Paul was very friendly and helpful and the villa was private and well kept, with everything we needed to make our stay go well. Just hope we can return one day. We would all highly recommend The Tipsy Terrace for a lovely meal during any stay, car needed to get there though. Overall brilliant, Thankyou Paul and Tina.

Cozy Casa Hermosa - the ideal place for a relaxing and comfortable stay

Casa Hermosa is a lovely quaint property in a quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of the village. The garden has a varied collection of beautiful plants as well as an old olive tree, perfect for sitting beneath for some shade. Although the pool is small, it is just right for a quick dip to cool off in. The patio has comfortable seating with a stereo and a gas BBQ with table and chairs for dining al fresco - great facilities that we used everyday. Indoors has everything we needed for a great stay and the place was very clean. The double bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning really effective. We would recommend this villa to couples or families with two children as the second bedroom adjoins the main bedroom. The owners were very pleasant and helpful.

Last of the Autumn Sun - ‘Take Two’

We have just returned for our second venture to Casa Hermosa and as expected we have had yet another wonderful time. If ever there was paradise on earth, it is here. What a wonderful 10 nights we had at Villa Casa Hermosa which is truly a ‘Hidden Gem’. The Villa has everything needed and makes you feel like you are in your very own holiday home. The location is perfect walking distance from three of or four fantastic local Spanish restaurants with La Umbria and La Puerta Grande being our favourites. The refurbished Leanna Spa and bathes are wonderful so much that we visited their pools every day and as the pools are 40 degrees this means that Casa Hermosa can be enjoyed all year round. Paul and Tina are fantastic hosts with nothing too much trouble with unparalleled hospitality and friendship. We cannot recommend this villa high enough as the location is simply perfect to chill, relax and unwind. Tim and Nancy

Lovely, Relaxing Villa

We have just spent a very relaxing week at Villa Casa Hermosa and could not recommend it enough. The Villa is well kept and well equipped including a tv, washing machine, garden, BBQ and private pool. There are also plenty of places in the garden for sunbathing. Transport isn’t essential as nearby there are a couple of bars and restaurants, however it would be beneficial as you could then drive to the nearby beaches and shopping centres. Also across the road is La Fuente which is a naturally heated spa pool and very reasonably priced for the day. Tina and Paul are very friendly owners who are unobtrusive but are more than helpful. Thank you for letting us stay and we’d love to come back soon.

Very beautiful villa

A fantastic week spent at Villa Casa Hermosa. Wish we could have stayed longer! The private pool was great for cooling off after a long afternoon of sunbathing. The villa was extremely well kept and has some very picturesque surroundings. The garden is also very beautiful and was great for having a BBQ in the evenings. There are some lovely bars and restaurants close by the prices at which are extremely reasonable. After a very relaxing week I can't recommend Casa Hermosa enough. I hope to come back soon!

Stunning villa, with everything you need !

A group of 4 of us stayed here for a week and it was brilliant, a really relaxed quiet getaway, with excellent facilities including a large BBQ and washing machine on our side! Transport isn't essential but would be a benefit if planning to venture some distance from the area, also there's a large swimming pool nearby which is heated by the earth i'd definitely check out too!
