We had the best time at sea gem! It was the perfect long weekend getaway with friends and our dogs! It had a lovely beach view and so many amazing amenities for the beach and at the house! We would love to come back!

The home was prefect for our group of 9 friends. View from the upstairs livingroom and balcony was spectacular. This place the bedrooms were downstairs with a small kitchen and living room area. Upstairs housed all 9 of us for dinning, cooking and lounging. Such a great experience!

Lovely place

The property was as advertised. Lovely view of sunrise from living room. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions and checked in regularly. We were all happy with the house.

Great Family Birthday Celebration Location

My three brothers and I celebrated my mom’s birthday by arriving from all over the country to stay in the Sea Gem. It was spectacular. The living accommodations and outside space were perfect for our great get together. We loved that it was so close to the beach.

Beautiful beach house for our whole crew!

Location was wonderful, easy walk and view of beach, house is full of windows, plenty of amenities, and super fun games.

This home was by far one of the most beautiful vacation homes we have stayed in. There is no way you could not enjoy yourself from all the gear to spend a day at the beach with toys for water umbrellas and chairs for relaxing in sun, body boards for water

The only complaint I have is there was not much toilet paper and paper towels. When you look on the website, it stated that toilet paper and paper towels would be provided.

Great view and location

The upstairs view of the beach is great. Awesome space for our group of friends. Plenty to do and room to spread out. The king bed in the master was like sleeping on a cloud.

Wonderful getaway

We had a wonderful time at this well-appointed property. The bedrooms and family room upstairs were perfect and comfortable. The view of the ocean gorgeous and short walk to the beach made our stay even better. We will come again - highly recommended!

Fully met expectations!!

The upstairs meeting area was fantastic and the place accommodated our three families comfortably. It is a block from the beach, yet you don't have to cross the major highway. The house is well kept, inside and outside, and we loved the location! If available, we would definitely stay there again.

Lovely Butler Beach Home

Our family of 10 (includes 6 kids) had a wonderful stay at this rental. Beautiful beach to walk to with a lifeguard. The home had everything you could need. Backyard was great. 9 minute drive to St. Augustine beach/pier. 5 minute drive to groceries. We definitely plan on coming back in the future.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Gem. The house was beautiful, and the upstairs living area was so comfortable with the prettiest views of the ocean and beach. There was plenty of room for 10 of us, with many different areas to hang out at that we never felt we were on top of each other. The beach was a short few minute walk and never busy, with beautiful sand and clean waters. The backyard was so much fun with all the games and activities, we spent a few nights just enjoying that. The hosts were most responsive with a few little things that popped up, and there was everything you need there for the beach, cooking, cleaning and entertainment. It was a fantastic vacation and we highly recommend the Sea Gem.

Great rental house. Fabulous outdoor space with games and comfortable seating. Provided beach chairs, cooler, wagon and many beach towels. Lots of kitchen supplies to cook for large group. Comfortable sleeping arrangements as stated. Open family area upstairs with other options available downstairs. Loved the set up

A lovely home in great location

This was such a wonderful stay for my whole family for a wedding anniversary celebration! We loved all the back yard options for hanging out with kiddos, and the open living space and kitchen were plenty large for our crew of 14. Our only challenge was that the floor downstairs has lots of little steps up and down and we have a couple folks with mobility challenges who found it a bit intimidating and specially at night- but it was navigable for them with extra care. We made a lot of fun memories here!

Holiday family getaway

We had a great experience. Checking in was easy. Because we were a large group, we knew we would be eating in most of our meals, and the kitchen and dining areas were really stocked well with everything we needed. Beach access was very easy and although it was literally freezing, when the sun was out we were able to get out and on the beach easily. It was also nice that the beach was not crowded so we were able to really just unwind and let the kids run off energy. The outside has plenty of entertainment and we spent lots of time playing ping pong, hanging out around the very nice fire pit, putting on the golf green and relaxing in the hammock. we highly recommend this property and we would definitely book it again!

Great Place for our College Reunion

We had 11 guys get together for basically a 30 year college reunion. We practically lived in the backyard, sitting by the fire pit telling stories, grilling, playing bocce ball and cornhole, etc. The beds were very comfortable, and the huge couch in the great room was also a great place to sleep/nap as well (you could sleep 4 people comfortably on that alone) This place was also a 2 minute walk from the Ocean, 2 miles from a Publix store, and was within a mile from multiple restaurants. We brought beach supplies, but the Sea Gem already had everything needed for a day at the beach (umbrella, chairs, footballs, a beach buggy to carry them, etc.) If you want a great ocean spot that is also quiet and laid back (and has great accommodations), the Sea Gem will not disappoint you.

Wonderful location

This home had the perfect upstairs living area for our family as well as a great back yard. There was plenty of parking and it was well equipped. A nice beach wagon and plenty of beach towels were available and there were plenty of trash bags and other necessities. There are only a couple of small issues... one of the queen mattresses “ dipped” in the middle and another queen bed “ squeaked” any time you moved in it.. the trash cans were full when we got there and with a Monday only pick up they were full again when we left. There needs to be an additional trash pick up day especially if guests are there from Sunday to Sunday.
