Récemment rénové deux chambres et deux salles de bain complètes, appartement d'angle dans l'un des condominiums les plus emblématiques d'Isla Verde, à Porto Rico. Directement sur la plage d'Isla Verde, élue n ° 1 de la meilleure plage urbaine 2016 par USA Travel Reader. FRONT DE PLAGE! L'appartement dispose de deux balcons, de chambres très spacieuses et d'espaces de vie confortables. Excellent endroit pour passer vos vacances bien méritées. À distance de marche de la pharmacie, des supermarchés, des hôtels et des restaurants et à quelques minutes de l'aéroport SJ et du vieux San Juan

Family Vacation

The place is in a great location on a private beach with a pool and the owner was good at communicating. We rented a car and a parking space was provided. The only issue, which had nothing to do with the owner, was that we were there on a holiday weekend and could hear noise from the street during the night. Overall it was a good experience!

The apartment is clean, comfy and its location makes it easy to get around. We had everything we needed for our stay. There are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. Nydia is so helpful and friendly. We truly enjoy staying there—we hope to be back soon!!

Beautiful getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us. The 2 balconies are lovely for relaxing. All the little extras were greatly appreciated. The beach chairs and equipment were used daily. The beach is stunning but can get crowded in the afternoon. The location is wonderful. You can easily walk to restaurants but there is also a parking spot for a car.

We loved our stay at the property. Great security and the apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. Nydia was an exceptional host and very responsive. We really appreciated an early check in and late check out which gave us more time to enjoy our visit. Definitely hope to come back again!

Wonderful vacation

This delightful condo was spacious, clean and sunny with 2 great balconies for a perfect relaxing beach vacation. Our host left a case of water for us and enough paper products for our entire stay. So nice! The gated property , in a tower complex has direct beach access on 1 side and city restaurants etc on the other., our friendly host made it all easy. A Lovely place!

Outstanding Visit

I felt at home - away from home. Nydia was a great host and had many amenities in place for my family to use. Everything from beach towels, to beach chairs...to Alexa (my kids drove me crazy playing every song loud...lol). The unit is pretty airy when the balcony doors are open. I realized the second day (during a bad storm) to open the front door with the gate door locked. This was so relaxing we all fell asleep looking at TV. Outstanding view of the beach as well as the street life on the other side. I will definitely utilize Nydia's unit again during my next stay.

Great trip!

The apartment is spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Nydia was quick to respond when we had an issue come up and so great to work with. The location is perfect for the beach as well as walking distance to tons of restaurants, a grocery store, and everything else we needed during our week long stay. The only con is that it can get loud in the evening, but nothing out of the ordinary for staying in a city. My favorite was morning coffee on the balcony with an ocean view. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

Nydia’s condo is decorated super cute, impeccably clean and smells amazing. She stocks it with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beach access, walking distance to many restaurants as well as having a CVS close by. She responds quickly and is an amazing host. We loved our stay and will be back!!!

I DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE

This was a great condo!! Very clean, had more ammendities than we expected..having beach chairs, bags and a cooler was a nice bonus. Very Very clean, beds were comfortable. I could just keep going. From the time you walk out the door it is less than five minutes to be on the beautiful beach. Nydia was so nice with answering any question I had. I really didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back. Thank you so much Nydia!!!

Exceptional Experience

Nydia is an exceptional host. She had excellent communication in the weeks leading up to our trip. The apartment is huge, clean, fully stocked with 2 large balconies. A short elevator ride takes you to an Olympic sized outdoor swimming pool and steps beyond that is the gorgeous beach. The complex is very secure and monitored 24/7. I spent the week with my fiance and 9 year old daughter who loved every minute and didnt want to leave. A 24 hour CVS across the street and grocery store right nearby. If you go with kids the main street is hoppin at night but she slept right through it after a long day at the beach. I strongly recommend getting Uber Eats from Metropol just up the street. Incredible food delivered to the lobby. A short Uber ride takes you into old San Juan where you must tour del Morro castle. You'll have a great time here.

Convenient location & spacious condo

Only 5-10 minutes from the SJU airport. Gated property. Lock box on door made check in easy. Walking distance to several stores, restaurants (Mist, the rooftop restaurant was one of our favorites close to the condo) etc. Rental cars just down the street if you want one for a day (Charlie’s). Easy access to the beach. Nydia was very helpful when we had issues or questions.

Two things

First, check-in was confusing. too many assumptions. Poor signage (Tower 1 vs 2) didn't help. Second, has nothing to do with your property, but you might want to warn future renters. The bioluminescent kayaking is a total rip off. We did it in 2005 and it was magnificent. This year was a farce, Your government needs to stop the companies from stealing tourists money and further destroying the plankton.

my three friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Nydia’s place. It was clean and well stocked with utensils ,towels , toiletries etc. Very spacious. The balcony is super large. Direct access to the beach. Great location. A lot of stores and restaurants close by. Nydia kept in close communication during our stay and was available when needed.

PERFECT STAY!

The entire process from beginning to end was a breeze. Nydia, the host, is nothing short of amazing!. She was super helpful and totally accommodated my every wish. Whenever reached out to her, her response time was on point! The condo was beautiful, spacious and totally SPOTLESS ! The pictures on the site don't do it any justice at all. It had all the amenities you need for the house and the beach. And the location couldn't be better, it is only a few minute drive from the airport and ideally located. I highly recommend this stay!

Beautiful Place

I cannot emphasize how great this VRBO is. The place is large, clean and very organized. Two nice sized bedrooms both with walk in closets. In the condo the host has pots plates cups a toaster microwave oven anti bacterial soap beach chairs iron etc. Place is also in a convenient spot close to a supermarket CVS fast food places We loved it. We will be back

I LOVE this property, my new home away from home!

The condo looks exactly like the pictures, even more spacious than I thought it would be! Miss Nydia was very helpful with my check in/out process and was readily available with any concerns or questions I had during my 9 day stay. I stayed with my 3 year old, my 85 year old grandmother and my bf and it accommadated all of us comfortably. It's a corner apartment, so no noisy neighbors and it has one of the largest balconies on the complex, PLUS the master suite has it's own balcony! The views are of Isla Verde (to the left), the pool/ beach (to the right), and tower 2 (straight ahead). The pool and other public areas were cleaned and sanitized every day. Direct access to Borinquen beach from the complex. There are MANY restaurants, supermarkets, casinos and shops in the immediate area so no need to travel far if you don't want to. I do recommend getting a rental car to explore other sides of the island. The host also has parking accommodations, so don't hesitate to get a rental if you're staying a while. If you're a beach bum, like me, have no worries, Miss Nydia has 2 chairs, a blanket, 2 boogy boards and coolers for you in the master closet!!! I definitely put those to good use! Speaking of the closets... THEY... ARE... HUUUUUUUGGGGGEEEEE!!!!! Lot's of room if you'll be staying a while. There's WIFI, Netflix, Disney+ and other apps on the TV, for entertainment during those rainy days spent in the condo. The air conditioning is amazingly refreshing. I need a few of those for my house here in NYC! There is one in each room- the master suite, the other bedroom and the living area. Another VERY IMPORTANT FACTOR is that they DO have an emergency generator in the event of a black out, which we experienced. You WILL be able to park your car in the garage and ride the elevator, but the apartment will be dark. However, depending on the temperature it won't be super hot as the apartment gets LOTS of fresh air. There was a black out due to no fault of the complex or management, it was metro wide. Isla Verde, Carolina, Condado, Viejo San Juan and several other sections of the metropolitan area were affected. Security was tight and we were able to park our rental and get to our apartment safely. Power did come back on within a few hours. Was not a huge inconvenience to our family. Overall, the condo felt like home. I want to revisit the island when things calm down a bit and aren't so "touristy". Miss Nydia, thank you for EVERYTHING! We'll be back!!!
