`Infinity` villa is a perfect option for relaxation, featuring a private infinity pool and a hot tub (whirlpool). Beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets are all within a convenient five-minute drive. While the villa is in a secluded location, it remains easily accessible, with the small village of Atsipopoulo just 800 meters away, providing all necessary house supplies.

On the outside of the villa, you can find an infinity pool with panoramic views of the sea and Rethymno’s old fortress, while drinking a cocktail and sitting on the sun beds next to the pool. Moreover, a BBQ area can be found next to the pool where you can cook and taste Cretan food flavors, for a maximum Cretan experience. The villa has 2 floors containing 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Stepping into the villa from the entrance, one finds himself in the kitchen and the living room, with its comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and also wifi is available, where you can rest after an adventurous day in Crete. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with an oven, toaster, coffee machine etc that will make you feel at home. The 3 double bed bedrooms on the first and second floor have balconies that offer panoramic views of the ocean and landscape. Additionally, there is a ping pong table for guests to use.

There is an extra charge for heating of 100 euros/week.
The main renter must be at least 25 years old.

Villa Atsipopoulo is located 800m from the sea and 5 km from the centre of Rethymno (Rethymno city is known for its old town and its old venetian built port, a place where you can enjoy countless walks and a vivid night life).

A car is recommended for your transportation. We can organize a transfer in order to come to the villa and the day after rental cars can be delivered at the property (extra charge).

Sustainability

-The villa uses solar systems in order to heat the water
-Most of the light bulbs are replaced with LED lumps
-The villa only uses water-efficient toilets e.g. low-flow toilets, dual flush toilets
-All windows are double-glazed
-Offer tours and activities organized by local guides and businesses

This is a house and not a hotel, so please treat the property with respect as if it was your own :)
1. You can arrive at your accommodation after 15:00 on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 11:00 on the Departure Date. But in any case if you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than the mentioned hours feel free to contact us and we will fulfill your request if the villa is available with no extra cost. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the Arrival Date and you have not contacted us, we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not enter the property or stay overnight in the property. Any kind of Party for more than the people staying in the property must be informed prior booking the villa, which in some cases it might not be accepted and if accepted extra charge might apply. In case you do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or can require you to leave. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancelation of the booking by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid to us
in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion

3. Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. In particular, complaints of a transient nature(example: electric power issues, warm water is out etc.) cannot possibly be investigated unless you will let us know as soon as possible whilst you are in residence.
Also after staying in the property for 48 hours and we have not received any message or email from you about any broken facilities/amenities in the property, we will hold the guest responsible for any damages caused and must be paid or replaced by the guest on spot.

4. . Smoking is Not allowed in the properties so we request all of our guests not to smoke in the properties
but to smoke outside on the exterior areas such us by swimming pools, balconies, verandas, patios or terrace

5. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Cleaning and linnen change is done every 3/4 days.
In case you wish for the villa to be cleaned more often, it’s possible for an extra charge.

6. Hot Tub: No children under the age of 5 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival therefore it may not be warm until later that evening.

7. Pool: The pool is not covered, built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization EOT. Parents have full responsibility for supervision of their minor children No children under the age of 12 permitted the pool at any time without adult supervision. When using the pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.

8. Fireplace: The fireplace is working with wood which will be provided.

9. Tenants agree to respect the property. In case of any damage that will be made, the tenants will have to pay the cost on the spot and before leaving the villa

10. The owner agrees to provide a clean home, cleaned just before the arrival of tenants.
Cleaning is done by us, changing towels and bed linen is included in the price.

11.There is an extra charge for heating of 100 euro/week.

12. The lead guest (the oldest member of the group) must be at least 25 years old.

13. Please respect the quiet hours from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM and from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
