Gale You were informed way prior to artival the gutter cleaner had located a build up. ftom ice and notrd the roof had a leak as a result amd comimg .through the ceiling. Uou did not.reply to telrphonr calls or texts about the situstion when explained .to you but came and telephonrd me screaming and hung up on.me. I told the workers yo stop despite the rain that evening ehivh resulted in damage because the roof was open You were departing Wed whent the workers arrived . You telrphoned me Wed and requested a full refund after staying 4 nights with no workers and never tesponding to.my vslls or texts or answering the phone when VRBO attempted to telephone you about the situation. Yet after being able to get a 100 % refund before arriving you opted to stay and failed to declare a dog, didn't clean up sfter her, and demanded a total refund. As a lawyer snd psychologist I view no damages as you ignored the situation, and accepted the emergency situation in which the workers had only 2 hrs of work remaining which they carried over until the hour before your departure at a greater cost due to.more damage to accommodate you. Had .you responded .this would not have occured.. Adding to the mix we sent.you 4 separate copies of the guest letter snd door code . We also texted the code to.you. But .you screamed fornyhe code upon your arrival . Wr orally gsve it to you and a text. The result No one worked during your stay .
