Notre une chambre (Gambel Oak Unit 783) dispose d'une cuisine complète, d'une salle de bain complète, d'un foyer au gaz dans l'espace de vie principal et d'une terrasse privée. Offrant une vue sur les parcours de golf du Glacier Club et une vue imprenable sur les montagnes environnantes de San Juan.

Vues privées dans ce dernier condo au Tamarron Resort situé à 20 min au nord du centre-ville de Durango et à 10 min de la station de ski. Profitez du centre de remise en forme du lodge principal. 780 pieds carrés. 4 couchages. Ce condo à un niveau a tout ce dont vous avez besoin ~ cuisine complète, salle de bain complète, une chambre avec un lit queen, salon confortable avec canapé-lit, coin repas, grande terrasse avec des sièges, télévision à écran plat, foyer au gaz. Grande terrasse avec des sièges et de superbes vues. Laveuse et sécheuse dans votre condo!

LES COMMODITÉS SUR PLACE COMPRENNENT: piscine intérieure, piscine extérieure chauffée, bain à remous, sauna, douche à vapeur, centre de fitness, golf, tennis, aire de jeux, restaurant et bar, centre d'événements. Il y a aussi une navette de ski d'hiver offerte à des heures fixes pour nos clients à destination et en provenance du purgatoire.

Politique d'annulation: Un paiement de 300 $ est requis au moment de la réservation. Ce paiement de 300 $ est appliqué sur le montant total dû et n'est remboursable que dans les 72 heures suivant la réservation. Si votre date d'arrivée est dans les 45 jours suivant la réservation, le paiement intégral est exigé au moment de la réservation. Les annulations ou les modifications qui entraînent un séjour écourté, qui sont effectuées dans les quarante-cinq (45) jours de la date d'arrivée, perdent le montant total de la réservation tandis que les annulations faites plus de quarante-cinq (45) jours avant votre arrivée ne sont perdues que le paiement de 300 $ effectué au moment de la réservation. Pour les réservations d'au moins trente (30) nuits, la politique d'annulation ci-dessus passe à soixante (60) jours avant la date d'arrivée. Nous offrons une assurance voyage.

Place is truly a mountain beauty. Provisions were great, communication and maintenance very fast and efficient. The migrating Hummingbirds to our feeder we took for the deck was icing on the cake. Would love to come back.

Fantastic location to relax and unwind!

The condo was very comfortable, clean, stocked, and quite. We enjoyed having access to the fitness center and pool area. There are so many areas to explore nearby, our favorite being the Durango Hot Springs. Totally worth a day pass (or 5)! Not a far drive to downtown for the shopping and restaurants. We also loved James Ranch for their delicious food and market. We will be back, thank you so much!

The property itself was nice. The view was nice from back patio of golf course . A couple things need attention. Bathroom sinks did not drain well .Realized on our last evening there was no extra toilet paper in bathroom.Privacy was nice. Just had loud neighbors above us. Could hear walking and talking.Overall was a nice long weekend stay.Love the area.

Nice location and unit

We traveled to Durango to fly fish with Heads Up fly fishing which is an amazing guide service. The location of the unit made it easy to fish in Silverton and Durango. The unit has a full kitchen, nice balcony and the separate bedroom gives you the opportunity to enjoy the living room while someone is sleeping. The only noise you will encounter is the unit upstairs. We slept with a sound machine that helped mitigate the noise. It is a comfortable unit with everything we needed and more.

Great unit with nice furnishings and oversized tub

The mattress types should be noted in the description when renting as we were trying to avoid a memory foam pad of any type. In addition, the traffic is noisy when sitting on the patio which was unexpected. Also many spider webs along the ceiling which hadn't been knocked down in some time.

Great stay

Property was just as advertised. The outside deck was covered with pollen (not much you can do about mother nature) other than that it was well cleaned and stocked with more items than anyone should need. Only issue was the loft above which is over the bed bath and kitchen. If they are heavy walkers you will hear every footstep. Especially if they stay up late it can be hard to get to sleep. Only had issue with this one night. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

We like to cook while vacationing and this place keeps that in mind. The back patio is private and perfect to enjoy a nice cool summer morning coffee. Probably a few odd things to mention but I like as a traveler. Good water pressure, a nice cozy bed & comfy furniture. Clean to a high measurable standard. If you don't like stairs or cannot handle them well, this is not a place for you. We will always keep this place in mind when returning to the area. Thanks for adding to our much needed vacation.

(Hermosa Creek Grill was delicious and the Old Schoolhouse Cafe was a quirky locals hangout with great pizza and other dishes). The fitness center, pools and hot tub were awesome. While the condo is about 20-30 minutes from the downtown Durango area, it is peaceful and quiet and a short, beautiful drive. It was the perfect vantage point for us - we spent time in Durango exploring the restaurants and breweries. Don't miss taking the train up to Silverton (we took a bus back) for stunning scenery. We also took a day trip to Telluride through Delores - more breathtaking photo opportunities. We returned via the northern loop from Telluride to Ouray/Silverton, but going past Ouray is not for those who don't like mountainous hairpin turns with no guardrails :). We were absolutely pleased with our stay, and definitely plan to return!

Overall Great Stay

Overall this was a great stay. Let me start with the negative to get that out of the way. When we got to the property, the AC was not working and the temperature was 78 in the condo. I discovered that the AC was froze up. The short version of this story is that the maintenance man working on the weekend had no knowledge of AC systems and told me to turn it off, then turn it on the following evening and “hopefully it would work”. Due to it being a weekend, I could get no further assistance and turned to the internet. I was able to discover that the likely cause was that someone had set the AC to 50. I learned how to thaw the system, which I did. I also changed the filter. I was able to get the AC on in a few hours. The reservation management company did refund us a portion of the first day’s fees. The condo was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was very nice. Mattress was very comfortable. The washer and dryer were great as they allowed us to pack less clothes. Everything in this condo was top notch! This condo was perfect for my wife and I and we loved our stay there.

Inside was fine but disappointing view

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Inside had practically everything we needed, seemed clean, and was a nice experience. The amenities around the property are excellent. The view from our room was okay, but the pics advertised a more expansive of a view, but the back porch seemed unkept, the view was about 30% of what I saw in photos, and mostly obscured by trees. Additionally, yard maintenance equipment was laying about in the grass so the view was not quite picturesque. Also every day there were random people (I presume staff but some didn’t seem so) walking in the back yard area near the balcony, and I hope they couldn’t see into the back window. We ran out of toilet paper with one day left on the trip and management advised it was our responsibility, so we had to drive the 40 mins round trip to the nearest place at a very inopportune moment. The last night we stayed there, some people must have checked into the room above us bc the noise of walking around kept us up during the night. The inside of the room was very satisfactory, had what we needed. Checking in wasn’t great, the woman at the front desk said she had no other check ins for the day and we had to wait an hour after check in time with two young kids after a long travel day to be able to get to our room but there was a restaurant nearby we could kill some time. Great food options on property, great spa.

I'm sorry the view didn’t match what you anticipated from the photos, and we’ll ensure they more accurately reflect current conditions. I also apologize for the lack of clarity regarding the maintenance in the yard area, as well as the disturbance of guests or staff passing by – I completely understand how unsettling this could feel. We will make sure future guests are more informed about the frequency and purpose of visits to the back yard to maintain privacy. I regret the inconvenience regarding the toilet paper. This shouldn’t have interrupted your stay, and we’ll be more proactive in making sure essential items are fully stocked. Beautiful Location

The pictures shown on VRBO are mostly accurate; however, the lighting in the actual unit is NOT that bright. The condo is actually very dark, especially when it's raining. These pictures have been brightened to make it look better. There wasn't any blinds in the living room or kitchen to close at night for privacy, although the back patio overlooked the golf course. The blinds were sitting in the bedroom closet. The bedroom lighting was very dim and no way to brighten them. The kitchen was well stocked for utensils, pans, etc. and had some seasonings to cook with. We usually cooked breakfast/brunch in the mornings and ate out for dinner. The bathroom was a big disappointment as the lighting was horrible. The picture shows it very bright; however, I had to turn on every light in order to put makeup on and the vanity was way too deep (over 3 1/2 to 4 feet) from front to back that you couldn't see yourself like a normal vanity you have at home. The sinks are way too big and are metal and there isn't a plug in the drain to hold water. The tub is very deep as well. It was nice to have a washer/dryer and we did make use of that. They provided laundry soap, which is nice. The unit itself needs a deep cleaning as we found a lot of spider webs all over, especially on the walls at the top of the bed and the bathroom window. We also think someone before us had a dog in the unit as we had dog hair all over the bottoms of our socks the first couple nights. We had to vacuum the floors. I also was sneezing a lot from either dog hair or dust. There is a loft above this unit so be prepared for a lot of noise above you. There were three different renters in the unit above us the week we were there and people walk really heavy and drop stuff on the floor all the time. People aren't considerate of others below them and just don't seem to care these days. The location was pretty nice. The condo is about 15-20 minutes north of Durango. We also took trips north to Telluride and Ouray which we loved. The area is very beautiful. The week we were there it rained pretty much 7 of the 9 days but we made the most of it. I don't think I would rent this unit again but the area is nice. We didn't care for the restaurants at Tamarron. One was a plant based restaurant and the other was a bar/restaurant which was very loud. The staff weren't all that friendly at the bar. If I did rent in that area again, I would look for a different unit. Good luck.

The homeowners do occasionally bring their dogs to this condo and we have alerted our housekeeping team to pay closer attention to this as having remaining dog hair leftover after the clean is not at all consistent with our normal standards.
