Notre condo d'une chambre, 1. 5 salles de bain entièrement rénové (Gambel Oak 781) avec une cuisine gastronomique avec comptoirs en granit, appareils haut de gamme, foyer au gaz et terrasse privée. Avec vue sur le golf et les montagnes.

Ce luxueux condo surplombe le golf et jusqu'aux falaises rouges. Grande terrasse. Wifi de montagne.
Arrangement de literie: Un lit king-size à baldaquin à l'étage dans le loft avec une salle de bain complète. Le niveau principal a un lit escamotable queen size. Cuisine et salle à manger: Cuisine complète entièrement rénovée avec cuisinière à gaz Wolf, four électrique GE, lave-vaisselle Bosh et réfrigérateur pleine grandeur. Comprend micro-ondes, grille-pain, mixeur, moulin à café et cafetière. Rempli de plats, casseroles et poêles et autres ustensiles. "Mini" réfrigérateur supplémentaire dans le bar. Grill électrique Weber. Pont avant partagé. Pont arrière privé. Divertissement: 50 "Ultra HD Smart TV / lecteur DVD au niveau principal. 36" HD TV à écran plat / DVD dans la chambre supérieure du loft. Foyer au gaz. Salles de bains: une salle de bain complète à l'étage avec baignoire à jets. Demi bain en bas. Toutes les serviettes et les draps fournis. Laveuse / sécheuse Maytag à l'intérieur du condo. LES COMMODITÉS SUR PLACE COMPRENNENT: piscine intérieure, piscine extérieure chauffée, bain à remous, sauna, douche à vapeur, centre de fitness, golf, tennis, aire de jeux, restaurant et bar, centre d'événements. Il y a aussi une navette de ski d'hiver offerte à des heures fixes pour nos clients à destination et en provenance du purgatoire.

Politique d'annulation: Un paiement de 300 $ est requis au moment de la réservation. Ce paiement de 300 $ est appliqué sur le montant total dû et n'est remboursable que dans les 72 heures suivant la réservation. Si votre date d'arrivée est dans les 45 jours suivant la réservation, le paiement intégral est exigé au moment de la réservation. Les annulations ou les modifications qui entraînent un séjour écourté, qui sont effectuées dans les quarante-cinq (45) jours de la date d'arrivée, perdent le montant total de la réservation tandis que les annulations faites plus de quarante-cinq (45) jours avant votre arrivée ne sont perdues que le paiement de 300 $ effectué au moment de la réservation. Pour les réservations d'au moins trente (30) nuits, la politique d'annulation ci-dessus passe à soixante (60) jours avant la date d'arrivée. Nous offrons une assurance voyage.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean, nicely decorated, kitchen amenities, comfortable bed. It met our needs perfectly. Our only complaint is not knowing in advance of booking, how many stairs there were from the parking area to the front door (2 flights) in addition to the upstairs bedroom (which we did know from the website). Carrying luggage and work bags from the parking to the condo was quite a workout. I’m not afraid of the workout but it would definitely be a taxing experience for many who didn’t know in advance.

Getaway in the mountains

Walking in I felt a sense of home....warm and inviting. It was everything that I expected. I was pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine welcoming me on the kitchen counter. The condo was very clean and it was the right size to enjoy time away in the mountains. I enjoyed the fireplace at nights and reading on the deck with guests of pheasants, squirrels and various birds. It was out of town and yet the distance of 16 miles was just right. John was very helpful in answering my questions. He filled me in on the activities, places to eat and the use of the health club and restaurant. I hope to come back in the near future as it is a place I would enjoy staying at again! Thank you John for letting me stay at your beautiful home.

Perfect Getaway!!!

This was a charming property that we look forward to staying at again!! It had everything we could have needed and then some. For me personally the Roku with headphones in the master was the perfect surprise! With the open concept it’s needed for the night owls like myself to not bother other family members while binging some Netflix late at night. I have one at home too and love it. The jetted tub was a very welcome edition after days of skiing at purgatory!! I think the location was the perfect distance from the resort and Durango. We’ve stayed in many vacations homes and this one was definitely one of my favorites! We hope to come back to the area for a summer vacation to take advantage of what the area offers when it’s not a ski resort area. Lovely home and very attentive hosts who made sure we were well taken care of. Will definitely be back!!!

Great Place To Stay

This place is absolutely amazing. Our family of 4 stayed here for our 1st tip up to Durango this winter for a ski trip. The condo is located in a prime spot for short access to the town of Durango and Purgatory Ski Resort. The views are wonderful and the resort fitness center and pools were up to date and a great addition to our stay. The condo is decorated very nicely and has everything you could ever ask for. The interior made us feel right at home with updated furnishings, reliable wifi, plenty of cable tv channels and movies on hand. The kitchen had all the counter space you could ever need along with very nice gas stove and 2 ovens.. I would highly recommend staying here if you need a place to stay in the Durango area. Thanks again John and Jan for letting us enjoy your beautiful condo we had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back!!!

This was the nicest VRBO I have stayed in. Simply Fabulous.The place is beautiful from the decorations to the gorgeous mountain views. They are well organized With little notes explaining how to use Stuff.And the little touches like a bottle wine waiting for you and the fancy soap makes you feel welcome and Pampered. Wonderful Stay!

My family stayed in this wonderful rental over our children's spring break so we could ski at Purgatory. It is the perfect location between town and the ski mountain. We come to Durango twice every winter to ski and have stayed at other units in the same complex, but this was by far our favorite. The rental is very comfortable with plenty of couches to relax, comfortable beds and is nicely decorated. The kitchen was a big plus with a really nice stove that we enjoyed cooking at after long days of skiing. The view from the condo is beutiful and we all enjoyed one morning waking up to the golf course and mountain out the glass doors covered in snow.

Great condo!

This is an excellent location due to the short distance to the ski area and easy drive into town. The condo itself was the perfect size for our party of 3 and we had more than enough room due to the 1500 sq feet. The furnishings were top of the line and look forward to coming back.

Great weekend getaway

We stayed at the Tamarron resort while visiting Durango for the first time and loved it! John and Jan’s home is a home away from home with everything you could possibly need. We were down the road from purgatory and a short drive away from Durango. We were so comfortable in the condo and loved the location! John and Jan made us feel so welcome and responded quickly whenever we needed something. We will definitely be booking with them in the future when we return!
