Cette villa récemment rénovée d'une chambre, d'une salle de bain et de style d'efficacité est située à West Beach Village. Il est juste en face du centre de conférence nouvellement construit et du tout nouveau club-house et restaurant du Cougar Point Golf Course. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée et une télévision à écran plat dans le salon et la chambre. Le sans fil est fourni ainsi qu'un canapé-lit dans le salon.

Faites une courte promenade de cinq minutes ou une balade à vélo rapide et vous serez au bord de l'océan en aucun. Il y a 16 kilomètres de plage magnifique à apprécier et vous pouvez rouler à vélo directement sur le sable dur.

Les séjours débutant le 1er mars 2020 de 3 à 21 nuits sont accompagnés d'un précieux crédit à utiliser pour la location de matériel de plage! Le montant du crédit pour cette propriété est de 200 $. Vous pouvez utiliser votre crédit pour des vélos, des chaises longues et des parasols, des voiturettes de plage, des kayaks, des planches à pagaie, etc. - le choix vous appartient et le processus est simple!

Alligators stole the show!

Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed watching the four alligators; great location to the beach; clean. Only issue was that I saw a review from two months prior that the toilet wouldn’t flush right, and I wrongly assumed this would be fixed, and it wasn’t. So, the fact that owner should have addressed this issue weeks ago, I cannot recommend.

Super Satisfied Stay!

Lovely and well-stocked and very clean condo - great location, beautiful island, loved riding our bikes on the beach and many paved trails. Pond fountain was bit noisy and detracted from the serenity of the porch. (Kiawah lacked ethnic/racial diversity.)

Great location for conference and new h

This unit is the perfect location for conference attendees at the beautiful West Beach Conference Center. It’s is right next door to conference center and across street from beach access. Downside is the bathroom is a little small and the air conditioning kept the main living area cool but not the bedroom. Other downside is this unit did not include access to pools on the island which was a bummer for our 5 yr old. Overall we would consider staying here again.

Excellent location for both beach/conference center.

I would highly recommend this location and everything we needed was provided. Nice having a equipment rental credit as well. Only thing I would like to see is the fees seem a little bit too high but I think that could be said for most vacation rentals during this covid19 era. Thanks!

Not only was the unit updated and decorated well, it had all the amenities we needed included washer/dryer, wonderful shower, dishwasher, stove and full fridge, but it was also incredibly clean! The location was ideal that it was close to the beach, a short 1 minute walk across the street, and close for a short drive to many food options. There was ton of wildlife that we saw daily including dolphins, deer and birds! We cannot wait to be back with the proper equipment to watch the baby turtles leave their nest and go to the water. We will definitely be back!

Perfect property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfectly located for easy bike trail and beach access, we really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic little villa. The entire place has been recently redone and has a wonderful open feel, very spacious for a one bedroom, and we really enjoyed the screened porch. The clean was excellent which, especially during Covid, is so important. ESPM was very good at communicating and were easy to work with, I'd definitely rent through them for future rentals on the island.

beautiful beach

We arrived to find our villa selection was not cleaned. Dirty linens and towels there. Was told there was a mix up and had to be moved to another property that was not great. We missed not having a screened porch and it was farther from beach. Highly disappointing.
