À seulement 100 mètres de la plage et proche de toutes les commodités, la Villa Irina est un lieu de séjour spacieux et bien équipé, idéal pour des vacances en famille dans le quartier paisible de Blue Water Bay à Kapparis.



Cette villa de trois chambres bénéficie d’un emplacement privilégié — à quelques pas des restaurants, cafés, boutiques et de la côte. Située sur un terrain d’angle, elle offre une grande intimité et une belle vue sur la mer depuis la villa et deux des chambres.



À l’intérieur, le salon est lumineux et confortable avec vue sur la piscine, une grande télévision avec plus de 1 000 chaînes internationales, et une connexion Wi-Fi. La cuisine moderne est entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, machine à café et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner facilement.



L’espace extérieur comprend une piscine privée, de nombreux transats, une salle à manger en plein air, un barbecue intégré et un coin salon ombragé — idéal pour les repas en famille et les moments de détente.



À l’étage, trois chambres confortables : la chambre principale avec lit double, climatisation, volets occultants, terrasse privée et grand espace de rangement. Les deux autres chambres disposent de lits simples — parfaites pour les enfants.



La villa comprend trois salles de bains : une grande salle de bain familiale à l’étage, une deuxième avec douche, et une salle d’eau au rez-de-chaussée.

Thank you for another wonderful stay. The villa was spotless and you provided everything we needed. Your customer service was 5 star and we can't wait to return next year. Everything was perfect. Great swimming pool, lovely outdoor area, very private and peaceful, and a brilliant location, only 5 minutes walk from the fantastic restaurants of Kapparis and the gorgeous beach.

Great villa, good sized pool, walk to a really lovely beach and good choice of restaurants close by We did see several cockroaches inside and on the terrace, would be good to get rid of them…

Great location and really responsive customer team

We stayed for a week in October 2022. The Villa had everything we needed and was in a good location for the beach and local restaurants. It was also in a quiet location too which was important as we had a small child with an early bed time with us. What mad ethe stay fantastic was the responsiveness of the operations and customer services teams. Whenever we had a question, they came back to us quickly with an answer and or a resolution e.g. we needed an extra drying rack as had a lot of laundry. It was with us the same day. I would definitely recommend this property.

There was a stale water smell in the area of the upstairs washing machine, laminate had come off the Kitchen units. Air conditioning didn’t work until we fitted new batteries in the remote. Bed was uncomfortable. Property needed some attention to make it brilliant as the location was great

Overall we were happy with the star at Villa Irini. Just a couple of issues. The pictures on the website are out of date and could do with updating. The villa is definitely showing signs of wear and tear which would have nice to know about. Communication was very good except for one day when there was no water. I contacted the company and they informed me that the whole area had no water. It would have been nice if they had let us know first. Also a few basic instructions about where to dispose of rubbish would have been helpful. The villa was in a good area, close to beaches and restaurants

Great value for money. Communication with agent excellent. Very peaceful location Outdoor furniture a little tired and worn. Although we did go at the end of season.
