Up pour un peu plus d'aventure que cela? Louer cyclomoteurs, motos et véhicules marins à la marina.

Nous avons été Fripp Lovers et propriétaires Île depuis 2001 et serons ravis de vous aider à planifier vos vacances Fripp Island. Nous sommes également membres du Club Island Fripp - un club privé qui dispose de plusieurs piscines, restaurants, deux parcours de golf, des courts de tennis et de la nature prévue, des activités sociales et de l'artisanat pour tous les âges. Parce que nous sommes un accès Membres Club à ce club est disponible (pour l'achat) pour les locataires de cette maison.

Wonderful Place

It was so nice. The property manager was easy to get a hold of and took care of all I needed very timely. The process was easier than checking into a hotel! Would definitely stay there again!

Seaside Serenity will not disappoint

This house was decorated beautifully and bathrooms are updated! I love that every bedroom has their own bathroom! It felt like you were staying in a NEW home! Crisp, fresh soft linens clean yet so cozy! Perfectly located to restaurants on island, guest services, beach access, pool, and marina! We had never been to Fripp and we were spoiled! Ohhh and all of the friendly sweet deer!! We were so sad to leave but we will be back!! Thank you for renting out this beautiful home! Spaciously accommodated 5 adults a 10 yr old and an infant!!

Great island!

This was our first time to Fripp and we fell in love instantly. The house was nice though it could use some tlc. The paint (especially on the banisters) was dirty and wearing off many things and needed a refresh. The carpet needs replacing along with some of the appliances. Some of the furniture drawers need fixing, and we wish there was an adequately working shower outside to wash sand off you body and items prior to entering the home. Overall these things did not negatively impact our stay and we loved the island. The home owner was easy to get a hold of and we only had a couple hiccups that she promptly addressed and fixed. Our family prefers a place a little less close to other homes (which there are an abundance of on the island) however, we booked last min and this home was all that was available that fit our requirements. All in all we loved our stay and will be back. If we don’t book ahead next time I would totally rent this home again because it was clean and the owner was very friendly and we also decided after cruising around that this side of the island is our preference!

Wonderful Island Escape

The property was clean, modern and in good shape. Property owner was very responsive to questions and concerns throughout the stay. Kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware and common spices. Fast, free internet. Beach is more than a two minute walk - perhaps more like 5-10. The island is pretty remote. If you're not getting a resort pass, the closest restaurant is a solid 15-20 minutes and a good additional 5-10 minutes for each one after that. Closest full-service grocery store is over 30 minutes. A fantastic escape from everyday life, just requires good planning. If you're not getting a resort pass (allows you to use island recreational and restaurant facilities), there's still plenty to do if you're willing to put in the effort and drive time. Charleston is ~2hrs. Savannah is only ~90 minutes. Hunting Island State Park has a ton of gorgeous trails and is only ~10 minutes from the house.

A perfect getaway

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend on Fripp Island at this house on Bonito. The property is well appointed and perfectly set up for a family. The beaches are beautiful and relatively quiet, and the pools and tennis facilities are impressive. Booking and check in were seamless amd easy.

Enjoyable Stay

The owner was very prompt with answering questions when I called/emailed. We had a fun week here. The location of the house was great for us. One feature we really enjoyed was the screened in patio. We ate most of our meals and played games there.

Perfect weekend getaway spot at Fripp Island!

This was a perfect spot for our weekend getaway at Fripp Island. We are regulars to vacation at Fripp and this property is perfectly located in the middle of the island, just minutes from the beach, golf courses, and on-island convenience stores. Perfect for what we needed, and the owner has everything down to a well-run system. Check in couldnt have been easier. Thanks for a great weekend getaway!

Home away from home.

The house was wonderful. My only complaint being 71 years old and bad knees was all the steps. We still enjoyed the stay. I was just slow on the stairs.

There were things that weren’t clean. The house didn’t appear to have been just cleaned. Had to wash towels daily, since only had one per person.

The house was a 2 minute golf cart ride to the ocean, pools and tennis courts. It was our first trip to Fripp and we loved it. The house has a great open floor plan for families. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were great. Check in and check out super easy

Our First March visit to Fripp Island

We loved the property & the location. This was our first time staying near Ocean Creek Golf Course. We have always stayed on Pompano and near that area in July. We would like to book this property again next March.

family vacation

The house was great, first family vacation in years. The owner was readily available when we called her. Alerted her that the oven wasn't working, called repair service but they couldn't come for a week - brought us a toaster oven which was fine. The outdoor shower didn't work. And I did bring it to the homeowner that listed in amenities was a 4 seater electric golf cart - which does not come with the house- luckily my son rented one in advance - because they were sold out when I went to get one. Overall, the house and the owner were great! Would definitely come back. Thank you very much.

Very rude and controlling owner.

The house was nice. This is the reason I didn't give one star. The owners listed the house with a golf cart., Outdoor grill, with house amenities. Upon arrival we found a nasty looking old golf cart that didn't run and a gas grill that was also nasty and worn out. There was glass stopping up the garbage disposal in the kitchen. We were told that we could only have a certain number of cars in the gate. Never was a problem at any other rentals we had at Fripp. We were constantly hounded about things so much that we finally went around the house and documented other things damagesd or broken. Also cable TV and internet are extra charge. Keep all this in mind when you book. They actually came to the house to make sure we weren't smoking or had too many people. We don't smoke and never had more than the limit. We are a clean family and just wanted to enjoy a vacation but they tried to ruin it with their cheapness. Also, don't ask for a military discount, they are one of the few that won't give one. Be Leary. Could be a nice place if it had different owners.

You will love Fripp!!

Perfect location!! We love Fripp. The house is very comfortable but needs a little updating. Propane tank empty and had to refill to grill. Easy accommodations!

We LOVE it!

We spent last summer in this home and I'm in the process of reserving it again for this summer; We LOVE it! The location of the home is perfect for everyone! Our teenager enjoyed being centrally located in order to meet new people and hang out with friends; our adult child loved the short golf cart ride to the point for endless hours of fishing and swimming. My husband and I loved taking bike rides nearby and eating our morning breakfast on the back porch overlooking the golf course. The house is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the amenities are more than you could ask for at such a great price.

Bonito Fripp

This was our second time staying at the house on Bonito at fripp. Great location! The house has a lot of room and was very clean. Also has a golf cart to cruise around the island on. Already planning trip for next year for this house. Definitely would recommend.

Needs LOTS of TLC

My family of 4 rented this house for the week. The kitchen is well appointed and garden tub is nice in the master en suite. Unfortunately, that's about the only things that were in good shape. Golf cart only worked sporadically, outside furniture rusty and dirty, carpet worn and soiled, light bulbs out and/or missing, shower door in the master bedroom continually fell off the track, ceiling fan broken on the porch with post it note stating, "DONT USE!". Owner was sent an email mid week to voice concerns, but no response. Truly disappointed in advertised state of house and lack of follow up.

We have rented this home several times since 2013, as well as another Fripp Island rental home by this same owner. Both homes have been super clean and no bugs, comfortable furnishings and golf cart included. Amenity cards were available for additional price. Both of the homes were well stocked with dishes/pots and pans/cooking utensils/towels, etc. We definitely recommend rental.

We visited Fripp Island for the first time in 2000. We came back a month later and bought our first home here--this one!

Simply said, we fell instantly, head-over-heels in love with Fripp. In the beginning we lived on the East Coast and were able to spend a great deal of time here. Eventually we moved to the mid-west and that first home became a rental. I enjoy the rental business so much--especially introducing First Time Fripp Island Guests to Fripp that we have over the years purchased 3 additional homes. 20 years later I still love what I do and I still have several guests from those early years that return to stay in my homes year after year.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This home is located in a great area. It is just a short walk to the beach or the marina. All the other things Fripp Island has to offer are just a short golf cart ride away. It has a lovely view of the 17th fairway of the Ocean Creek Golf Course.

I cringe to remember--when we purchased this home everything in it was green. The walls. The carpet. The countertops. The furniture. Everything in the home was green. Over the last 20 years we have done many updates. One of the first things we did was install hardwood floors in the living area and update the furniture. In more recent years we have added granite counters in the kitchen and in 2 baths.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We love the serenity of Fripp. There are unlimited things to do--if you choose to anything at all. Or you can choose to lay on the beach, or the deck, or at poolside and do NOTHING at all.
