Bienvenue chez TARPON FLATS! Une maison surélevée de 3 chambres avec plan d'étage ouvert et garage pour deux voitures. A 3 minutes à pied des plages de sable blanc du golfe du Mexique. Vous serez également à quelques pas d'un parc au bord de l'eau sur la voie navigable Intracoastal, offrant une vue pittoresque sur la baie, des ponts et de magnifiques levers de soleil! Vous y trouverez également une aire de pique-nique, une aire de jeux pour enfants, une rampe de lancement de kayak et des terrains de basket.

Le grand Greatroom est ouvert sur la salle à manger et la cuisine d'un chef bien approvisionné! Les portes françaises mènent à un balcon à côté du salon principal pour des moments décontractés en sirotant votre boisson préférée! Ici, vous pouvez profiter d'une vue sur l'eau et d'une brise incroyable au large de la baie. Nouvelle propriété et première propriété de vacances! Tous les meubles, draps, ustensiles de cuisine et tout ce que vous voyez sont tous neufs! Les propriétaires ont décoré avec goût les appartements Tarpon pour une ambiance décontractée et "beachy". Détendez-vous dans le confort entouré de beaucoup de lumière naturelle et d'un nouveau décor frais!

Comprend 3 grandes chambres et 6 couchages. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size super confortable; les chambres supplémentaires disposent d'un lit queen-size et de deux lits jumeaux. Il y a une abondance de nouveaux draps, oreillers et couvertures parmi lesquels choisir. Vous ne serez pas déçu!

Il y a un immense balcon / véranda à l'arrière avec des meubles de patio confortables et un hamac - parfait pour une sieste l'après-midi! Le porche donne sur une cour luxuriante et un autre patio en béton en dessous.

This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay at ! Everything was very clean and it was super close to the ocean.The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We also loved the beach supplies and the host was great!

Cute home on the bay with close proximity to beach as well as free trolley to explore the surrounding areas. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. The decks were nice as well.

Perfect Vacation

This property worked out so well for me, my husband and our grandchildren. It had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and fun! We appreciate the wagon, beach chairs, and beach toys to make our beach adventures fun and easy.

Great holiday retreat.

The house was clean , comfortable and well furnished. Great location short walk to the beach. Nice quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of quality linens . Enjoyed the water views.

Great stay steps from Bradenton Beach

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, well equipped with plenty of amenities in the kitchen, beach equipment, lots of towels and beach towels, a washer and dryer. The couch was so comfortable and great to laze on in the evening. We enjoying sitting on the front balcony/porch having a morning coffee, this side of the house is east and bay side facing so you can watch a beautiful bayside sunrise. Communication with the host was flawless and we would definitely stay again.

Great location tow blocks to the beach. Across the street from the bay. Nice upgrades throughout the home. Definitely will stay again.

Excellent Spring Break!

AMI is our yearly destination for spring break. This was our 10th year. We’ve stayed at condos and multi-family houses throughout Bradenton beach. This was our favorite space. Communication with Laura was top-notch. Location, accuracy, affordability, all exactly what we needed. Well-stocked kitchen, beach necessities, laundry, etc. Looking forward to our stay for spring break 2026!!

Great place

Easy access to the beach with a short little walk. Host has a wagon to get your stuff to the beach. There’s a great crosswalk on 25th street. Other beaches are just a short drive. The interior was clean and comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed sitting out on the back balcony and enjoy the evening.

It can be a little quieter down there and they are both th same distance:) A lot of folks love their morning coffee and a nice breeze on the balcony. Thank you for mentioning that!! The best week!

Great location. Perfect house. We had everything we needed for our family vacation. One of the best hosts I’ve ever rented from. Laura was so helpful and accommodating. The house was in a great location to walk or bike to restaurants and the beach. The view of the bay was incredible. The beaches on Anna Maria are unmatched. We can’t wait to stay here again soon!

a month in AMI

Though the weather could have been a tad warmer, it was still a glorious place to be. So close to the beach and bay, Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Great places to dine and close to some friends. The house was very comfortable and clean with all the amenities we needed. Very comfortable bed, great shower, nice living room and TV's. Kitchen was very well-equipped. Porches were nice.

All you will need is your bathing suits and flip flops!

Wow! What a great time our family had on this vacation. This house is in a great location and is a close walk to the beach or for a short stroll to view the bay. Our family loved the restaurants and experience of the places that Laura suggested. Laura has prompt communication and is a wonderful host. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Great stay

Overall this was a great place! Location was great..could see the Bay from the balcony and the beach was a 3 block walk. Close to everything- however we rented a golf cart for the week so that made getting around 100% easier. Neighbors we encountered were all very friendly. If I could give recommendations for anything it would be that the bathrooms could use some updates. And the beach chairs werent the best - but we brought our own also. AMI is amazing and we had the best time and will be back.

Tarpon Flats

We spent 2 weeks at this near perfect property! Clean, well appointed, quick walk to the beach and access to the garage was a life saver for the beach cart. Laura was great and very responsive. No complaints! This felt like home away from home! We will be back!! Fridge is a bit older but very large and works great!

The property was exactly as described and pictured!!! It was just a few minute walk to the beach and beautiful waterway views from the deck. Had everything we needed for cooking and anything you might need for a day at the beach, chairs, umbrella, buggy, etc. Laura was phenomenal every step of the way and extremely prompt and courteous when responding. Would definitely recommend!!!

Great rental

My family and I which consisted of my two boys, my parents, and my husband and I found the accommodations to be quite spacious and very comfortable. We are only three blocks from the beach. There was a tent that everybody fit under to block the sun at the beach, a wagon, & plenty of chairs. The beds were all very comfortable. And I’m pretty picky when it comes to beds. But I slept great. The outdoor porch was good it was screened in. Everybody enjoyed the hammock. The neighborhood was wonderful everybody felt safe. And Anna Maria Island was great we loved it!

Met basic needs but…

The house met our basic needs but needs some work. One of the doors to the front balcony wouldn’t shut properly nor lock. During our week long stay we had to prop a dining room chair against the door to keep it shut. Reached out about the issue, the manager responded via messages very quickly but the problem was never fixed. Another major issue is the “master” bathroom. This bathroom has the only shower/tub. So with 5 people having to share was a timely inconvenience. The biggest problem with the bathroom is the “contemporary” glass blue sink. The sink had a green mold growing from the handle and the sink was very loose. My wife and I refused to the sink for any reason. Often going to the kitchen to brush our teeth. We did love how close to house was to the beach and the screened in back baloney with the hammock. We definitely appreciated all the beach gear.

Hello Donald, I appreciate your review. I am sorry that the property did not meet your expections. I apologize that our maintenance person was not able to come out to adjust the balcony lock until the day you checked out. The locks were brand new, but one of them wasn't lining up just right. It is now working perfectly. As far only having one and a half bath, the property is listed that way in VRBO. When it comes to the blue sink, I am sending your comments to the cleaners and I assure future renters that we strive to keep everything as clean as possible. Thank you for your comments. Laura

Great Location but...

The pictures show the property accurately but you miss all the fine details. The location was good. Bay views and breezes. A short 3 block walk to the gulf where the beaches are beautiful. the house itself is spacious and has a great shower (only 1). On our second day the faucet in the kitchen stopped working which was replaced the next day. the kitchen was well equipped. The main bed was extremely soft and low to the ground which didn't work for my husband. He switched he'd to another bedroom and that seemed to work for him. The floors let my feet black and I sent a picture to the manager and never heard back from her. The sink and faucet in the bath were very wobbly which was fixed as best as possible. The pipes under the sink were not correct so the handyman came back again and fixed that. The screened in porch had a torn out screen which was removed and never replaced. Most of the window had no screens and had to be propped up to keep them open. The tile floors were cracked and chipped. The bathroom cabinetry was old and in need of replacement. The garage door opener didn't work properly, but that was fixed also. Out door lighting was askew. The stairs heading down to the grill had feces on them. the screened in porch had outdoor debris inside that wasn't swept out. the fence in the side yard was broken down and laying in the neighbors yard. The tv and internet was spotty at best. Outside needed a good cleaning also. Good Luck if you rent.

Hi Wendy, I appreciate the time you took to write your review. A little confusing as I positively not only responded to you right away and personally came twice to make sure all was taken care of. Prior to your arrival I informed you about the garage doors being serviced on Monday. I also informed you of the screen. Both were just reported by a prior guest and were scheduled asap. The evening your arrived you contacted me about not being able to connect to the internet. I immediately reached out, tried to trouble shoot on the phone and then set an appointment for 9:00 am the next morning. We resolved that right away. You took me through the house with some concerns about how to turn on lights and I showed you. You mentioned your feet being dirty, never sent me a photo. You were still walking around barefoot but never showed me anything. All of this being said, we were very quick to address all of your concerns. The cleaner, handy man and I were all there the next day to clean the floor, which did not appear to be dirty. I turned on the kitchen faucet and it worked perfectly, but we still replaced the faucet. The bath sink and faucet were tightened in the main bath and the screen was replaced, although another panel was found torn and since been replaced. The fence is the next door neighbors and was ruined during the storms. I pride myself on being responsive to our guests and I appreciate them reaching out with any concerns. Laura

Our stay at Tarpon Flats was wonderful! Laura is a tremendous host! She is quick to respond, accommodating, understanding and working with her is super easy. The home is as advertised. The kitchen is well equipped, neat, clean and current. The entire house was very clean with a nice supply towels; bath and beach. Check before shopping for incidentals as they are available on the property. The five minute walk to the beach was easy and the wagon for hauling our beach things was appreciated. Enjoyed our stay and we're coming back! Thank you, Laura!

When we found this property we knew it was in the perfect location! It's a great neighborhood and so close to the beach. It's super close to grocery, pharmacy, beachy shops and restaurants. Our purpose was to create a comfortable, well stocked beach home where you can litterally arrive and relax.
