Une maison d'amis est un espace propre et mis à jour avec de la place pour s'étaler et être confortable !! Ouverte et spacieuse, elle est juste prête pour que vous puissiez déchausser vos chaussures et vous détendre dans son confort décontracté dans un cadre très tropical. Début parfait pour des vacances incroyables!

Le décor est confortable et décontracté. Chaises et causeuses surdimensionnées avec des housses blanches, une cuisine entièrement rénovée, une salle à manger formelle avec une table de style vieilli pouvant accueillir 6 personnes confortablement.

La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend des appareils électroménagers modernes en acier inoxydable, des armoires blanches brillantes, des carreaux de métro en verre de bon goût et des comptoirs en quartz lux. Tout ce que vous pouvez imaginer dans une cuisine bien garnie. Un tout nouveau téléviseur 55 pouces. Obtenez une bonne nuit de sommeil dans l'un des deux matelas queen (un doux et un semi-ferme) avec de nouveaux draps, des oreillers incroyables et des couettes légères.

Le patio extérieur privé avec une table de bistrot et 4 chaises installées parmi les palmiers de Noël et les fougères géantes est préparé pour la détente. Le patio est une charmante retraite parfaite pour dîner en plein air, faire des grillades, lire un roman ou siroter votre cocktail ou votre vin préféré. L'espace est éclairé la nuit avec un éclairage de style ampoule Edison! Un moyen idéal pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie à la plage. Nous avons également des chaises de plage et des glacières à emporter avec vous. Avons-nous mentionné que nous ne sommes qu'à quelques kilomètres des plages du golfe, Bradenton, Coquina, Holmes Beach - et Anna Maria!

The villa worked well for us. I didn’t know it was a villa/duplex prior to arrival. But it still worked out for our trip and group. Had a good time. Communication was great.

We felt like it was home it was so comfortable here. Pool are was so beautifully set up and bonus games to play by the pool. Had everything we needed. Close to shopping and restaurants. 10

The house is a little deceptive from the outside. It is much larger than you think. Spacious bedrooms, plenty of closet space. Plenty of seating for a larger group. The decor is adorable, perfectly beachy. There are multiple options for kiddos to play in the back yard. The pool is the perfect size. They have all the main necessities in the kitchen and bathrooms (you need to bring aluminum foil or baggies) but all other pots/pans/plates/glasses/flatware/cooking utensils are already there. The owners are very responsive if you have any questions. They check in regularly to make sure you have what you need and to inquire if you need anything. I will definitely plan to return to this location.

Trip to Anna Maria Island

The house was every thing the add said. Very nice and clean. With children, the pool was a must and it was perfect for them. It was very easy to get to the beach. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had the most amazing time at Coconut Dreams! The owners thought of every detail! The property was beautiful and very clean. The owners were incredibly responsive to all my questions and gave excellent suggestions for restaurants and activities in the area. Fantastic!

Its exactly what it looks like in the pics. Clean, well kept, nice pool, comfortable beds ect. Drive to the beach was quick. Kids liked it so much they wanted to always go back early from the beach trips to swim.

We had everything we needed

This property was perfect for our stay for our party of 7! The home was clean and well kept. Everything we needed was in the home. We enjoyed the pool after long days at the tournament we were in town for. We slept like babies on the super comfortable beds. Hosts were quick to answer all of my questions prior to arrival and made sure we checked in ok. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town!

Family vacation

Our stay was excellent! It far exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well equipped. Communications with owners was great. Pool and back yard were perfect for our family. We spent a lot of time out there. Layout worked wonderful for each family to have some private space. Check out was the easiest of any VRBO we have stayed at. Location is close everything we needed and wanted to do while there. We loved it and are hopeful for a return trip.

We loved everything about this house. The layout, the pool, the decoration. It was so beautiful and comfortable. It was very close to shopping, the beach and the town.. Perfect location and amenities for a family of 10. Spotless, organized, welcoming and had everything we needed. Pleasantly surprised to find a high chair, pack and play and stroller! Very satisfied!

This stay was everything my family needed, and more. There was quite a few items that we had forgot to bring on the trip such as sunscreen, bug spray, small items, etc. Not to worry, though the host had that covered everything in the house was for our use, and it was very much appreciated. In addition, house was very clean and nicely decorated. Location was close to beaches and you didn’t have to travel far for activities. We had lots of fun and plan on coming back in the future.

Perfect Family Getaway

The owners have done a fantastic job in renovating this home. Everything was extremely clean, and came equipped with all we needed. The linens felt like we were the first users. They provided lovely dishes and glasses, both plastic to use for the kids and pool area, and china for indoors. the back pool area was beautifully landscaped, had a large picnic table, great grill, couch and coffee table, and even floats for the pool. I would definitely rent again.

Just Like the Picture said "Stay at a friends house"!!

From the moment we arrived Scotty was very accommodating, making sure we had everything we need for a relaxing stay. The place was neat as a pin, and having many things we hadn't thought to bring, just made it that much easier. Beds were amazing and the layout works really well. Home away from home

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at John and Chrissy’s. The entire home is equipped with more than you need and it’s very secluded and quiet. Very up to date and clean. Tidy & spacious

We wanted a weekend with our granddaughters at the beach. Although the weather wasn’t the best, this apartment was! Clean, tidy, has everything you may need for the kitchen, going to the beach - we had s lovely weekend with quality time with our girls!! Thank you for sharing the “Queen house”. Our granddaughters really enjoyed looking at the butterflies outside their bedroom window.

Perfect Place to stay

The property is so easy to find and get to! I rented this property for my sister and her family to stay at for the week of my wedding! 6 adults and small 4 children.The kids loved the pool and it was close proximity to everything (beach, the wedding venue, restaurants, a Walgreens and Dollar Tree). The house plenty of dishes and pot and pans. There was also ample amount of linens and towels. We could not have asked for anything more and the price point was perfect for them! My new husband and I live in St Petersburg and are frequent visitors to Anna Maria Island/Holmes Beach, we will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic in every way!

This property is extremely well-maintained and beautifully equipped. John and Chrissy are so responsive, they answered every question immediately. There are no surprises here - the pictures are very accurate, the location is absolutely perfect, and amenities, (pool, grill, etc.) are in great shape, (no excessive wear and tear like you may see at other properties). We loved driving over to the island, literally a 5-minutes' drive. But we mostly loved hanging out at the pool, grilling, and spending time together. Lucikly, this house offers you both options-- easy, breezy! We'll be back next year!

Vous êtes reçu par Chrissy & John

John and I have been married since 2016. Our passions are real estate, traveling, and helping others learn about real estate and vacation rentals. My husband, John, who is originally from New York (been in Florida since 1994) has the brains in the family is an electrical engineer and entrepreneur. I am originally from Michigan, am a local realtor here in Sarasota and been here since 1999.

Our hobbies include fishing, scuba diving, traveling, skydiving and taking our dogs on the boat. When we do travel it has typically been to the Caribbean, but hoping to go over seas sometime soon.
