We enjoyed a wonderful week here! Communication was outstanding from start to finish, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The location was excellent, we easily used Uber and Lyft to get to the parks each day and really enjoyed having the option to stay on the property for dinner a few evenings. Everything made for a convenient and relaxing stay. We had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Our host was wonderful. We had some issues with our condo on property and Bonnet Creek’s communication amongst the staff is really lacking. Overall, things were finally taken care of for us but it took almost 4 days.

Christian was very responsive. When we arrived at Bonnet Creek our reservation had us listed as checking out and back in twice over the week. Our name was not on the last reservation number and thus we could not check in. This was frustrating, but Christian responded quickly to resolve the issue. Bonnet Creek was lovely and we had a very pleasant stay. We will return.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience was frustrating. We understand how stressful it can be when there is an issue with reservation dates, especially when it takes time to resolve. We’re glad the reservation was ultimately corrected, but we recognize that the process did not meet the level of service we strive to provide. We take concerns about communication seriously and are always looking for ways to improve our processes and provide clearer, more timely information to our guests. Thank you for sharing your feedback.
