Ce magnifique condo au bord du lac est parfait pour les réunions de famille. Il s'agit de l'une des plus grandes unités du complexe Shuswap Lake Resort, située juste à côté du parc provincial Shuswap Lake. Profitez de la piscine extérieure et du bain à remous, ou passez vos journées à vous détendre sur la magnifique plage de sable et à vous baigner dans le lac Shuswap, à quelques pas de l'unité. Cette unité dispose de trois chambres et d'un grenier pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes au total. Comprend un patio de sortie au rez-de-chaussée, ainsi que trois ponts supplémentaires hors de 3 des chambres. La 4ème chambre est parfaite pour les enfants, avec un grand lit superposé et un lit gigogne. Les équipements supplémentaires incluent une laveuse / sécheuse, un grand réfrigérateur, un petit congélateur, un barbecue, un foyer extérieur au propane, une cuisine bien équipée ainsi qu'une variété de jeux et de bricolages disponibles pour votre usage.

Great Family Vacation

Having the sandy beach right out front of the unit was lovely! There were lots of other families there so our kids quickly made friends. The unit was well equipped and had what we needed to enjoy our stay.

Great for family getaway

With the exception of the hot tub being out of order for the week, we had a great time. Everything was as advertised. Lots of space for 6 adults and 4 little kids. Location was fantastic next to the park and close to store. I imagine it gets very busy in high season but we enjoyed realtive peace at the end of May. Would definitely stay again.

Scotch Creek paradise

The unit at Scotch Creek met our needs perfectly. Four bedrooms accommodated our party of 8 adults / kids very nicely. The beds were all very comfortable. 3 of 4 bedrooms had their own patio, all facing the lake. The location was idyllic. Of the 40 townhomes there, hers is the best situated. Big Shuswap Lake and the beach is right outside the patio doors; you can watch the kids playing in the sand from the kitchen. From the patio, you can see the hot tub and pool. It is right beside Lake Shuswap Provincial Park, which hosts 2 playgrounds and lots of walking paths. Gentle breeze off the lake kept the rooms comfortable without having to even turn on the A/C. We really enjoyed our stay there. Great place for family memories.

Perfect location and ammenities

A spacious and well equipped home. The beds were very comfortable and lots of room for individual and communal spaces. Ample comfortable seating in living room. Able to watch the sunrise from three of the bedrooms. The children loved the beach. Many thanks.

Perfect relaxation vacation!

This place is fully stocked and has everything you could possibly need. The beds are comfy and plenty of extra blankets/towels if you need. The location is amazing! The beach and pool are just steps away and the grassy area is perfect for the kids to play. The townhouse is beautiful. Our family really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be going back again! The hosts were also awesome to deal with!

Peaceful Getaway

We rented this unit for a family get away celebrating my Moms life on the beach we grew up going to. It was the perfect space for our group. Plenty of room for everyone and a perfect beach location. We really enjoyed cooking our steaks on the fire pit on the beach. Communication with the owner Jen was excellent. Would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

Amazing place!

We absolutely loved the location of this townhouse. It was perfect for kids. The cleaners of this property did a poor job though. There was staples on the bathroom floor, dried cereal stuck to the rug in the kitchen table and in general seemed cleaners didn’t do a thorough job. We even had to sweep the kitchen floor when we first arrived. The place is very well decorated and set up perfectly. We loved every minute of our stay. We will definitely book again.

Amazing Beach Property on the Shuswap!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It exceeded our expectations of amenities and was very well stocked with everything you can think of. Jennifer was always quick to reply to any questions we had before our trip as well. The pool was closed due to Covid still but the beach and lake were perfect. Lots of space for the kids to play on the grass and beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Golf Retreat

This property worked perfectly for our group. Our overall rating for this unit is excellent. The only drawback was the cleanliness. Our hope is the property owner is not paying excessively for cleaning. The dusting had not been done, nor had the floors been swept. We left the place cleaner than when we arrived. That being stated, we hope to reserve for next year.

Another fabulous stay!

This was our second year in a row staying at Unit #7 and once again we had an amazing vacation! The townhouse suits our group of 8 perfectly, as there are enough beds, towels and space for everyone. The townhouse was clean, well stocked with things to make our stay comfortable and we love the additional games and water toys there for us to use. The new BBQ worked perfectly and our family enjoyed the new patio fire pit! Boyd and Jennifer are excellent to communicate with, as I always got a prompt, informative and friendly response. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Great spot for families

Sun in the morning and shade in the evening on the deck. Great place to stay spacious and comfortable. Owner was very accommodating in helping with boat trailer parking.

Lovely shuswap condo

Good location. Unfortunately covid meant pool or hot tub was not in operation but still an enjoyable time. Condo is well located and good for families. Very clean. Mosquitoes were very aggressive this year and lake levels very high.

Prime beach and location

Very spacious townhouse with killer views. Tastefully decorated and well taken care of. I would recommend this for large families or a 2-3 couples.

Our family is originally from the Okanagan but currently lives in the lower mainland. We have owned this property for a year and a half and spend as much time at the condo as we can.

This luxurious unit is located in a family friendly complex and is just steps to the beach. On site complex amenities include a community pool and hot tub (great for the kids), grassy play area and large private beach.

The unit is spacious and boasts 3 bedrooms + loft and two and a half baths spread out over three floors. The kitchen is fully equipped, no need to bring anything but food and and includes a breakfast bar + kitchen table for meal times.
