This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 9, with 2 King beds, a Queen-over-Twin bunk bed, and a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed. Enjoy gorgeous scenic views through floor to ceiling windows in the living area or step outside on to the private balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air.
The entryway features hooks, a storage bench, and closet for guest convenience when coming and going throughout the day. The open concept living area has a large sectional sofa and a stacked stone wood-burning fireplace. Additionally, the living area features a flat screen TV, DVD player, Wii console + Wii games, and board games. Guests can access the private balcony from the living area. The private balcony features outdoor dining area with seating for six, and partial mountain views.
You will feel right at home in the well equipped kitchen, including all cookware needed to make a home cooked meal. The full-sized kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is also a breakfast bar with seating for three. The formal dining area comfortably seats eight and offers surrounding windows with beautiful pine tree views.
The spacious primary suite features vaulted ceilings, a King-sized bed, surrounding windows, a flat screen TV, and dressers for storage. Guests can also enjoy sitting by the windows with multiple cozy seating options. The primary bathroom features a double sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination in the water room for added privacy.
The first guest bedroom features a King-sized bed, windows offering natural light, and a dresser + closet for storage. The first guest bathroom features a vanity with granite countertops and a walk-in shower inside the water room. The second guest bedroom features a Queen-over-Twin bunk bed and a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed. The third guest bathroom offers a single-sink vanity with granite countertops and a standing shower with grey tiling.
The Pines Condominiums are conveniently located in West Keystone, directly on the free shuttle route and within a mile of the Keystone Ski Area. Nestled in a quiet area, The Pines location is a perfect balance of proximity to the resort and some separation from the hustle and bustle of River Run Village so you can enjoy quiet and peaceful evenings. Steps away from the Snake River Rec-path, take a short walk to Lakeside Village or ride your bike to the Dillon Reservoir for a day by the water or the amphitheater. On-site pool and hot tubs are situated in an indoor atrium with massive clerestory windows looking out to the Snake River side of the property with views of the secluded courtyard and mountains beyond.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

This property is professionally managed for the owner by Summit County Mountain Retreats. We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.
VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
