Really great spot! Awesome location. Clean. Easy to use. Only request would be some fans in the bedrooms - the air can get a bit stagnant at night and we couldnât get the windows to open.
I stayed in this condo for almost 4 weeks this Summer. The "pros" to staying here were (1) lots of space and each bedroom had its own bathroom, (2) nice location at the bottom of the mountain, (3) I could tell they had completely re-done the deck (although there was no furniture on the deck and no privacy) and (3) always nice to have a full kitchen rather than staying in a hotel! Unfortunately, like some of the other reviews on here, there were some "cons" such as (1) construction going on on the condo next door for almost the entire time I was staying here (at one point the workers were even banging on my wall from the outside of the building-- not exactly relaxing and peaceful, (2) some minor issues with things being broken-- blinds in the 1st floor bedroom could not be opened and closed, blinds in the living room didn't open and close properly either and screen door out onto the deck wasn't attached to the frame properly and couldn't really be opened/closed (I reported all of these issues on my first day in the condo, but they never got fixed) (3) some oddly placed high windows in some of the bedrooms and bathrooms did not allow for much privacy and let in too much sunlight in the mornings, (4) I stayed here in the Summer and it become quite warm in the living room and upper bedroom during the day-- luckily we'd brought fans, but there were no fans available for guests to use in the condo- so maybe bring your own if you can, (5) stains on carpet.
Awesome location, comfortable, spacious, and clean. The location is great for skiing - itâs hard to get much closer than this to ski Sun Valley. The finishes are definitely dated), but honestly I am happy there are still properties like this that are more accessible to more people. I knocked it one star because of one fixable complaint: single-ply toilet paper. There is no excuse for single-ply toilet paper unless itâs in some nasty public park bathroom.
We enjoyed our stay, nice condo with plenty of room for 5 of us. Kitchen had lots of condiments, plastic wrap and tin foil which always comes in handy. I liked the natural light from all the windows. Beds were firm but very comfy. It was very clean and I would stay there again.
For the price, the house being so close to the lift is awesome. The view is amazing, and the condo is quite spacious. The catch? This condo is still in need of some simple fixes as noted by other reviewers (kitchen cookware and utensils, simple repairs to the blinds, dated furniture). I read these before staying, and I knew this going in. I spent more on a cleaning fee than on the rental for the house itself; that is incredible to me.
This was one of 2 units rented for a group of 30-40 year olds. We enjoyed this property. The price, sleeping arrangements, and location were all great. Many reviews point out this unit could use some love - and it could, but that wasnât an issue for us at all. Beds were comfy, water in the showers was hot and the location is great to access the mountain and all communications were simple and sufficient. Thanks!
This place was an 3 minute walk from the lift. The walls were thick and had a deliciously comfy couch. It had a shared fenced in backyard for our pup. Theres also a great offleash dog park a five minute drive away. The fireplace was nice after a day on the slopes.
This unit has a super excellent location in Ketchum! Within 5 minutes of downtown and extremely close to Warm Springs Lodge. The unit was clean but there were alot of dead bugs that we noticed. Overall, we had a great time and we would definitely stay here again!

Can't beat the walk to the ski lift. This is our 2nd vaca here - rented next door last year. We have a large dog so options are limited and this was perfect with our dog and 5 adults. We had a few issues with being sent the wrong entry code to get in at first - but got it figured out.
This condo has a great location, but its very dated and needs care. This is our second year staying in the same condo and some of the same problems existed last year in 2021.
First, the deck is in great disrepair, and in fact there is a sign stating that it is closed. They do not tell you that on the reservation however, but it cannot be used. The deck was in poor shape last year (2021) as well - nails up everywhere on the deck, peeling paint - there's really no excuse for not having repaired it in 12 months.
Second, there are at least 6 windows that cannot be opened - the mechanisms do not function. They are in the stair well between the 1st and 2nd floor, by the dining room table, and upstairs in the loft. In the loft the right hand window has no screen. There's no AC in the condo - so if you are renting this in the summer getting a cross breeze will be impossible.
Third, there were a lot of lights that were out or missing - the bathroom on the second floor, the front porch light, the back porch light. That speaks to simply not keeping up the property.
Finally, the heater in the second floor bathroom doesn't work in 2022 and it didn't work in 2021. We heated it using a small heater we brought!. Vacasa said that an electrical company was coming on our last Friday in the condo, but they never showed up.
Bottom line - if you are skiing all day and only use the condo to sleep in, it will be fine. But if you want to do more than that, buyer beware - its dated and a lot of things simply do not work in the condo (the decks, the heater, multiple windows, various lights will be missing or out).
Great spot for skiing. You can literally walk to the lifts. Backyard is fenced for your pets. Only drawback is the place looks a little tired, i.e. could use some updating and no deck furniture.
Listing says newly updated. They might be referring to one bathroom. Very misleading. Carpet is original from when it was built. Carpet is stained. Unit was dirty, really dirty. It needed to be vacuumed. There were dead bugs in the bathrooms. Lots of dust on the windows sills.
Thereâs no AC in the unit. I was told to open the windows and shut the blinds during the day. The blinds on the south side are broken, seriously only half of the vertical blinds was there. Only half the windows would open.
We were told not to go on the deck as the HOA deemed it âunsafe.â And it did look unsafe. Thereâs plastic/tarps on the roof.
Neighboring unit can look directly into the downstairs bathroom, no window coverings for privacy.
Door locks are sketchy. You canât actually tell if you lock the doors without testing them from the outside. Wrong keys were provided and it took almost a day to get the correct keys.
