Awesome location and very clean

We loved how clean everything was. The beach was perfect and the two pools were great to ensure there was always space to swim and hang out! Maria was wonderful and if we ever go back to Daytona Beach we will be staying here again.

Daytona Beach Condo

Maria was a wonderful host. The beachfront pool deck and bar were closed due to damage from Hurricane Ian; however, there are beach chairs and beach towels to enjoy the beach. It was a great place to stay while we were in Daytona Beach for Welcome to Rockville.

Short vacation

Maria met me at the location and we walked through it. It was great. The beach was not crowded and we were a short distance from the peer. The condo was as noted. The beach chairs and umbrella were a plus.

Daytona 2022

Very clean and nicely furnished room. Maria called us a few times to tell us checkin info, make sure we were happy with the room, and if anything could be better. Publix, Walgreens, restaurants, and souvenir shops just across the street were very convenient.

Weekend visit

Enjoyed our weekend stay. Location was great, Publix located directly across the street which was very convenient. Condo itself was clean and spacious, beds were super comfy. Communication with Maria was good as well. The pool and parking garage are not accessible at the moment, however, Maria was very forthcoming in making us aware. Even though the parking garage is not accessible at the moment parking was not an issue. The condo was exactly what we needed for the weekend.

Overall, the place was great. There was enough room for 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. Down Falls- 1. Bring your own beach towels...there are no beach/pool towels in the unit, and the hotel will NOT give you any because this is a privately owned unit. 2. Bring extra toilet paper. I sent a message before arriving asking that there be enough toilet paper because there were 4 girls coming. There was only 2 rolls of toilet paper to last 4 days.

Jessica I am sorry that you where unhappy with no beach towels if you have reed the listing dont mention supplying the beach towels we are not part of the hotel as for the toilet paper I told my stuff about your request and they told me they will leave 4 rolls. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Enjoyed our stay

The property is very conveniently located to grocery store and several other stores that are within a 5 minute walk. It is very spacious inside and well maintained. Kitchen was stocked nicely and had small amounts of cooking oils and spices left in cabinet, which made it nice not to have to buy everything. There is a toaster oven that allowed us to make several meals along with the stove top. There is a closet that had beach chairs and sand toys. We left several more things in the closet for the next people to use. The balcony is nice, decent view of the ocean from the side. Only thing we didn’t care for was the elevators in building were extremely slow, they closed the 4th elevator and labeled it as a service elevator sometime during our stay. The parking sucked there is only about 15 spots out front and if they r full you have two options for parking, in the overflow lot which is next door and it’s dark and people just parked everywhere which blocked areas to drive around in, you would have to back down the lane because you couldn’t to around. If that lot was full you then had to park acrossed the road in the shopping plaza. But if you didn’t park in right place your car could be towed. They have parking garage on property but it is blocked off with cones and does not appear to have been used for sometime. Overall would gladly stay here again.

Hi Josh I am glad that you made home safe. I am sorry for the parking situation the garage was close by the county a month ago to be inspected for structural safety. All the high rise along the coast are going to be done and is nothing we can do about it.

My entire stay was amazing and Maria was a joy to speak with. She made the process very easy and answered all questions I had. Will stay at this property again when I’m back in the area! Highly recommended!

Daytona beach

Condo was as described. A few things have been cleaner. Coffee pot was dirty. Bathroom shower needs a scrub to remove black mold in the grout and the shower mat was nasty and smelled. We took it out and put on balcony until we left. The inside pool was dirty and cloudy looking. Over all it was a good place. Communication with Maria was easy

Hi Susan I wish you could it told me and I would sent back the cleaning people, you told me every thing was fine. As for the shower it was scrub but the tiles and grout is old and we need to re tile when ever we have free time in there. The shower was scrub with Zep mold mildew cleaner. As for the shower mat if you told me it was nasty I woulded brought you a new one I replace them very oftem becouse guests do not clean the bath room the time that they are there.

Perfect condo and Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay! This condo had everything we needed and the perfect amount of space for our family of 3. It was clean, decorated nice, had main basic necessities to start, great location and beds were comfy! The condo building has such great amenities all well kept! The pools...1 indoor pool and jacuzzi and then 2 outdoor pools and 1 kiddie pool so 4 total pools!! They had a DJ out on pool area so it was awesome memorial weekend. Not sure if they have that all the time. Plus, you are right on the beach, perfect location across from Dennys, Publix Marshall, a delicious roll up ice cream spot and more!!! Maria is all about customer service, giving you that personal touch! Very sweet and great meeting her! She keeps her condo in great condition. Since it's in a condo building only thing was the shower/bathroom had a musty smell I guess because the drains...idk. But other than that, LOVED IT and would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!! Hope to be back again!

Maria's property at the Daytona Beach Resort

What a great experience! Maria was wonderful to deal with--was very quick to answer all questions and even met us at the property for check-in and gave us a tour/made sure we had everything we needed. The property was beautiful, very clean, and she provided everything we could need, even down to beach towels. Location was great--right between Daytona and Ormond Beaches--not super crowded, which was nice and the oceanfront pool areas and tiki bar were very clean--spectacular view included!

Enjoyed our time

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Our stay was very enjoyable, but cut short because of the virus scare. The owner was very friendly and helpful getting us settled.
