Animaux acceptés Cottage étapes du golfe avec quai privé sur l'Intercoastal

Chalet le plus mignon de deux chambres à Indian Shores. Les sables blancs du golfe sont à 200 pas. Promenez-vous dans le sentier de la nature jusqu'à votre propre quai privé sur l'inter-côtier.

De plus, si vous recherchez un groupe plus important (plusieurs familles) - réservez notre maison sur pilotis sur la propriété (1825488) et disposez d'espace supplémentaire.

Le chalet a été rénové - toutes les pièces ont été peintes et de nouveaux ventilateurs de plafond ont été installés. Le chalet a une chambre avec un lit queen size et une deuxième chambre avec lits jumeaux sur un lit superposé complet. De plus, profitez du spacieux porche grillagé.

Nous avons une douche complète et une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre usage exclusif.

Après une journée exaltante sur la plage, utilisez la porte d'accès extérieure pour aller directement dans la salle de bain et préparez-vous pour une soirée amusante de crème glacée, un pâté de maisons, ou un bon dîner dans l'un des nombreux restaurants environnants.

Profitez de la promenade dans la réserve naturelle de mangrove jusqu'à notre arrière-cour - où il y a un quai privé sur l'intercoastal - parfait pour la pêche, l'observation des oiseaux, l'observation des dauphins, ou tout simplement pour vous détendre et lire un livre.

Si vous préférez passer la nuit, profitez d'un repas fait maison dans notre cuisine complète et savourez votre cuisine sur le porche arrière grillagé.

Pour le voyageur aventureux, nous avons quatre vélos à votre disposition pour explorer cette belle ville côtière. Vous êtes également à seulement quelques minutes à pied d'une société de location de sports nautiques, d'un délicieux restaurant hawaïen et d'une boutique de cadeaux locale.

Thanks for your visit. We love our cottage locations - close to ice cream, bike and kayak rentals, and delicious food. We renovated the kitchen - but eat out more than we cook. Of course the sunsets over the gulf are the best.

Wonderful beach cottage

We enjoyed our getaway at this beach cottage! Perfect location for a quick walk to the beach, the beach wagon was perfect for carrying our chairs and toys, beach was absolutely beautiful and not at all crowded. The cottage had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Will definitely be back!

Excellent amenities!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Karen’s beach cottage. The location to the beach & restaurants was perfect and the cottage was very clean & was fully stocked with all our needs. We even had beach towels, coolers, a fan, smart tv, kayaks , bikes & chairs for the beach! We would highly recommend this cottage!

Wonderful cottage

We had a great stay for the week at this adorable cottage! It had everything we needed to be our home away from home, and the location was perfect! Such a short walk across the street to the beach and the private dock in the back on the intracoastal was also nice! Everything was clean and as expected, so no complaints here! Would definitely stay at this charming beach cottage again!

Location!!

My run buddy and I went to see our friends there. This was the perfect fit for us to enjoy the beach. My friend and I enjoyed the quiet and easy access to beach. Lots of amenities were available as we flew in. Makes it nicer not to have to grab things at the store. We LOVED every evening going to sit at the bay after sunset.

Great Winter Get Away!

Wonderful location, walked the beach every morning. Adorable home, very clean and bright. Nice functional kitchen had everything we needed (again very clean) Washer and dryer on property were a bonus. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed walking to the beach and to the private intercoastal waters behind the property. Lots of places to eat in a walkable and within a short drive. Owners were wonderful, very responsive. Nice little place for a winter get away!

Perfect place for family

This property was wonderful. Had all the strings we needed for a beach trip. Included beach umbrella, beach chairs, and beach towels. (Saved us a lot of room in the car!) very clean place ! Perfect location - very short walk to the beach. Walking location to ice cream shop and store to be able to get supplies. The dock and fishing were fun too ! Beds comfortable! Wish I were still there !

Perfect beach cottage

We had the best month ever here. It’s so close to the local bars and restaurants. We rode our bikes to several stores and restaurants and there are 2 ice cream shops within a very short walking distance. 30 minutes with traffic to the Phillies and Blue Jays spring training facilities. Oh, and the beach is literally across the street. The kids were able to use the crosswalk just outside of the house to cross the street to get to the beach. The house had all of the necessities and even some toys and things for the kids to use at the beach. We had the best time and can’t wait to get back. Would definitely rent again!

Great Getaway

It was much needed getaway since Covid began in March 2020. This was the perfect size for our family. The beach was across the street along with a private pier for the intercoastal waterway. We saw many stingrays in both waters. Communication with the property owner was easy. She was quick to respond when I had a question and offered a quick solution if needed. I would definitely consider staying there again when I go back to the area.

Great Beach Cottage with dock on intercoastal waters

Very nice and clean with nice furniture and very roomy for the size! Everything you need - just like home, including Washer/Dryer, gas grill, etc. Across the street from public beach access. Mangrove behind with walk to deck on water. Very reasonable rate! Located on the scenic gulf road that runs along the fabulous white sand beach between Clearwater & St Pete Beach. If you have never been to this area check it out. A lot of the old Florida charm is still there!

Beach cottage

We rented the cottage for the months of February and March. We absolutely loved it. Perfect location. Beach was right across the street. If it was too windy for the beach we would sit on the dock on the intercostal. It was so peaceful and quiet. The cottage was cozy and bright and had everything you needed. Loved the collapsible clothes baskets in the closet. Enjoyed sitting on screened in porch and grilling out. The owners were readily available if we needed them. We loved the area and the people we met. Can’t wait to go back next year.

Great location!

We liked this rental. The beach entrance was right across the street and was located in a great area. The family behind us were very friendly. The beds were comfortable as were the sheets and towels. There was a beach wagon, toys, and chairs. We were going to attempt the kayak but we spent most of our time on the beach with the kids. Bring bug spray for the nature trail if mosquitoes love you like they love us. 😆 We watched Netflix on the living room tv but we didn’t spend much time in the room. We wer usually at the beach or on the screened in back porch, which we loved!

Great getaway cottage

This cottage was just what was advertised and what we asked for. Karen was very quick to respond to any questions we had. There was a small repair that was needed to the dock and they came out quickly to fix it. Would definitely recommend this if you're looking for a quiet getaway!

Glad you enjoyed your stay. We always enjoy an excuse to come down and enjoy the dock on the intercoastal. Love watching the boats and dolphins go by.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The opportunity to have 2 homes on a single property and our own private dock on the intracoastal while steps to the Gulf was something we could not resist.

Enjoy family reunions while still having your privacy by renting both homes on the property.

Wander through our backyard mangrove nature park to reach our dock on the intercoastal where you can enjoy fishing, dolphin watching, and bird watching.
