We enjoyed our stay there. The only suggestions I would have are 1) the kitchen lighting is too dim. Probably stronger bulbs would help, 2) a grab bar for bathtub/ shower. It was quiet and comfortable. The heating system in the living room didnât come on, but I probably didnât understand the settings. It kept saying E-6, but not producing heat. The bedroom one worked fine.
Great location to everything and had all the essentials for a weekend stay! However we did experience some strange things while staying there the bed room light turned itâs self on and off one morning while we were still sleeping and freaked us out. Itâs got everything you need but would like to have had a toaster and a regular coffee maker. Other than that we had a great time!
This was a clean apartment in a quiet area that was perfect for three of us. My wife and I slept in the bedroom (queen bed) and my teenage son slept on the pull-out sofabed in living room. The kitchen and bathroom were nice, and there is also a washer & dryer and even a BBQ grill (which we didn't use). It was perfect location for us visiting my mother at Givens Estates on Sweeten Creek Road. There was ample parking space. The host was responsive and friendly.
I stayed here on business and had long days. This place was nice and quiet and I could easily relax and get a good night's sleep. The property owner was quick to respond to me and very accommodating.
The property was good overall. Unfortunately, the bedroom furnishing were not at the level of the other furnishings in the house. The chest of drawers was missing one of the pulls. The closet was rustic to say the least. These drawbacks dragged down an otherwise nice property.
