Gull View est situé dans un magnifique emplacement, à seulement quelques pas de Woolacombe Bay et son fameux 3 mile drapeau bleu plage de sable fin. Alors que seulement 10 minutes à pied de la mer, la maison est située dans le jardin isolé et privé et une grande terrasse qui en fait un endroit merveilleux pour passer des vacances reposantes en famille toute l'année.

La maison et les jardins bénéficient d'une vue magnifique sur la mer et sur la campagne environnante. Cette belle maison individuelle peut accueillir confortablement 8 comprenant 3 chambres, une salle de réception avec espace salle à manger menant à la cuisine équipée et une salle de réception séparée avec canapé-lit qui peut être utilisé comme une chambre supplémentaire et 2 salles de bains.

Dans la maison il ya beaucoup d'espace de vie de la salle à manger / salon est un grand espace pour les dîners et pour jouer avec les divers jeux de société là-bas pour jouer. Elle conduit également sur la grande espace aménagé grande pour le dîner et les boissons donnant sur les belles vues de détente à la campagne. Le salon séparé est un grand espace pour s'installer en face du joueur de TV et DVD pour attraper les émissions que vous ne pouvez pas vivre sans. Connexion Wi-Fi signifie que vous pouvez rattraper divertissement ou des amis en ligne pendant que vous profitez de votre pause. Une porte mène forme ici pour le côté du pont et à la table de tennis de table un favori de ceux de tous les âges.

En dehors de la grande terrasse et tennis de table zone sécurisée il ya aussi un grand jardin en terrasses à explorer. La terrasse supérieure de l'herbe a un hamac pour se détendre tout en admirant la vue sur la mer. Theres également un grand trampoline 12ft à garder tout le monde en forme.

La maison bénéficie d'un comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des équipements modernes de cuisson, réfrigérateur / congélateur, micro-ondes, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle et tous les éléments que vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant que vous profitez de vos vacances à Woolacombe. Les deux salles de bains sont l'un moderne et entièrement équipée avec une grande promenade dans la douche et l'autre avec une baignoire et une douche. La maison a le chauffage central, eau chaude instantanée, Freesat télévision et d'un lecteur DVD et WiFi / Les chambres sont fournis avec draps, serviettes et couettes. 2 lits de voyage et des chaises hautes sont disponibles sur demande. Il ya une route large, libre, places de parking privé pour 3 voitures.

Lovely base for Woolacombe fun

We loved our stay at Gull View, it was a 20 minute walk to the beach via the holiday park and the property had everything we needed plus more - toys for the kids, games, beach equipment etc. The decor was cool and the hot tub a great bonus.

Lovely stay in a lovely place

Very comfortable stay in a lovely house with everything you could need. Great location and views. Walkable into town for restaurants and beach (15 mins - but the first section is a bit hairy because there is no pavement). Owner very helpful with recommended places to eat and visit. The beaches and surrounding area are just stunning. A really relaxing and enjoyable holiday!

Very Well equipped property

I have never stayed anywhere before which has everything and the kitchen sink!! A definite home from home and for once a decent sized fridge in the shed as well as one in the kitchen! One point to note is the drive up to the house. It is very tight and we have a wide car so the bushes on either side did scrap the car and you have to be cautious driving up and then there is a sharp right up to the drive. A good prune would fix this though! The track down to the beach is perfect and easily found and if you go surfing you must use Woolacombe Surf centre as they were fab!

Perfect house for a beach getaway

We loved staying at Gull View Cottage for our recent Easter trip to Woolecombe. The host was was very helpful and quick to communicate, and even left an Easter Egg each for our boys as well as scones and prosecco, which was a lovely touch. The hot tub was a real bonus and the veranda chairs were super comfy to relax in whenever the sun came out. The house was perfect for our needs and the beds were lovely and comfortable. Having two lounge areas was a plus and gave us space to relax while the kids were playing on the PS4 (which they were very pleased to discover!). Our dog especially liked the slopes in the garden but please be aware that the property is on a fairly busy road and the garden is not completely enclosed. The off road walk down to the beautiful beach was perfect for us (took about 15 mins) but the walk back up this route to the house was always a little tiring! Also the steep driveway was a challenging at times, especially with a fully loaded car! There is plenty to do in the area, and the Woolecombe Bay Hotel even has a small luxurious cinema which was ideal for a local rainy day activity. Thanks for such a comfortable stay. We’d love to return one day!

Woolacombe cottage

Lovely property with everything you could want for your stay. Nice welcome with local tea & coffee plus scones, jam and cream for our cream tea on arrival. Lots of books and games plus (although we never used it) a wii console and wii game. Now TV available for films and tv shows. Hot tub was fantastic and the kids really loved this . It may benefit from cutting back the bush/hedge over the tub. There was a fan provided which was lovely given the heat for the week ( Maybe another would be useful too for the other rooms). Property felt homely and lived in, not one of these where you are afraid to use/sit down on anything. We thought the garden was enclosed, but it is just the decking area that is enclosed so dogs/small children need to be watched or tied up (dogs not kids). Access to Parking area was tight but manageable. About a 10-15 min walk to Woolacombe front but about 25 min back up the hill..... One issue was a triangular piece missing from the centre of one step down from the property resulted in quite a scary fall down steep steps when leaving one day. Minor cuts/bruises for me but if it had been one of the kids I would not have been pleased. This needs to be fixed quickly. It’s about 1/3rd of the way down and about 6 inches across so easy to see but also easy to lose your footing when descending with something in hand. Overall a lovely cottage. Good location and relaxing setting.

Stunning holiday home

Really enjoyed our stay in the house, It had everything you need and a lovely welcome pack. Lovely views from the decking and plenty of space and furniture to dine outside on those lovely sunny evenings. All enjoyed having a hot tub at the end of the day, The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. We would love to book again for another holiday.

Amazing property and amazing views

Location and views from this property are A*. There is plenty of space and the little extras are amazing. Simple things like toys for the children and a welcome tray with essentials. Amazing place and great comms with the owner. Highly recommended.

Lovely Easter stay in Woolacombe

After searching through literally hundreds of properties we settled on Andreya's lovely home in Woolacombe. From point of booking Andreya was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We absolutely loved our stay (5 adults and 2 dogs), the beach is a 10min walk away... and what a beach!!!! The house itself is has everything you would want for a very comfortable stay including a beautiful view out to the countryside. The hot tub was the icing on the cake for us particularly when the evening temperature dropped. Andreya made the stay special by welcoming us with a selection of lovely provisions including a bottle of wine. Highly recommended if you're looking for a seaside break. Thanks Andreya!!!

Super family holiday home with a beach feel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gull View, it has a homely beach feel to it with lots of extra's. The children enjoyed the trampoline in the garden and playing with the toys and games. The adults made good use of the hot tub, a real touch of luxury! We did not watch any TV at all, we played games in the evening, there were lots to choose from. The owners are very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, any queries we had were dealt with very promptly. My husband explored and found a safe route to the beach, it is not safe to walk down the main beach road with children. We turned left out of the house and crossed the road following a footpath down to Woolacombe. We rented a beach hut and stored body boards/beach stuff in there. Our 13 yr old Labrador had trouble with the very steep steps up to the house but he did manage! Gull view is unique, it has the warmth of a family home which helped to make our holiday relaxing and fun.

Superb house - more like a home away from home than a holiday rental. Lots of extra touches - Netflix, toys, games, even a baby bottles steriliser and push chair We particulary enjoyed the table tennis table and hot tub. Would strongly recommend Gull View

Fantastic property, fantastic location!!!

what a find!! Charming property full of character with stunning views. Fully equip with everything you would need for a family holiday from toys in the cupboard to a pushchair in the outhouse. Would defiantly recommend and would definitely return!!!

An amazing week away, we will be back!

We spent a marvellous week in Gull View and can't wait to go back again. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. From beach things to children's toys and books. To board games and even some cooking essentials. There is an endless list of recommendations of where to go and where to eat. We had a fabulous experience before, during and after our stay. We have already highly recommended this property!

Really nice. Great place, great house.

The house has all the things you want for family stay and had a very nice feel to it indeed. Its decorated and feels like a well-provided seaside house. Kitchen was especially well stocked with all the pans and implements needed to cook. Even had a Sonos speaker for wireless music. The beache and surrounding area is truly amazing. The walk back up from the front definitely requires head torches if dark, and requires very careful 'kids management' as the cars tend to shoot up the road and the last couple hundred metres are not paved. A little hairy by not insurmountable.

Amazing place

The property was lovely outside and in.It was decorated really nicely in a quirky style.At the same time it had everything you needed in terms of practical items.We loved the table tennis table and the garden in general.The location was fantastic too with a short walk to the beach and town!perfect holiday place.

Wow, just wow

Lovely house. Very modern and relaxed. Everything you need and more. Fantastic weather enabled us to make the best use out of the beautiful garden and its views. Even had a bounce or two on the trampoline. Had a really relaxing weekend and didn't want to go home. Ventured out to beautiful beach down the road and sampled the local curry on it. Great, will definitely go back.

What a beautiful house!

We stayed here for a weekend in Woolacoombe and we had a great stay! We were 4 adults, 1 child and 1 dog in total and everyones needs were catered for. From finding exciting games to play in the cupboards to a fully kitted out kitchen and even a trampoline! We had a very comfortable stay. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated and the beds exceptionally comfortable. The house was lovely and quiet and we all slept so well! The house in perfectly situated for trips to the beach, the town and with super easy walkable access for dog walks through fantastic fields and woodland to the coast. We also liked the 2 living rooms, so children and dogs could play in 1 room while grown ups could hang out in the other. Andreya and Matt were so helpful in getting the trip organised, nothing was a problem and we felt very welcome. We'd be delighted to return! Fingers crossed!

A true gem: home away from home by the sea

What a truly wonderful stay we had at Gull View. As soon as we opened the front door, we instantly felt at home. The gorgeous sea & hillside views, the stunningly decorated interiors, the quietness & privacy all combine to give this amazing beach pad an incredibly relaxing and instantly homely feel. We found the house to be appointed and equipped with everything that we could possibly want and need - from the super comfy beds, the luxuriant linen & towels, the pristine bathrooms, all the kitchen equipment and supplies to cook up a storm; and to entertain big and small alike, a fantastic selection of toys, games, books and DVDs, as well as a table tennis and amazing trampoline in the garden. Not to mention all the kit and caboodle that makes such a big difference when you have babies and children - highchair, cots, microwave, changing mat, toys, books etc. And the location - a stone's throw away from glorious Woolacombe beach... Need I say more? In summary, the perfect home away from home, by the sea... We will come again. And again, and again.

Wonderful Woolacombe!

This year we had the pleasure of staying at Gull View with another family - 4 adults & 4 kids in total. The house itself is great, it's spacious and modern with everything you could need and more! The children enjoyed playing ping-pong and all the games that had been provide for the rainy days! When the sun came out we got to enjoy the beautiful countryside views from the balcony with a glass of wine! The location is great, it took us about 20 mins to walk into Woolacombe which has lots to offer, the beach really is spectacular! We would love to visit Woolacome again and stay at Gull View, thanks to Andreya & Matt for making our stay such a great one! The Randall Family
