The living area features a sleeper sofa for two and an accent chair, a 55-inch cable TV, and 500+ Mbps high-speed Wi-Fi. You will also find a breakfast bar with seating for four. The living room's sliding glass window opens for fresh air and unobstructed sunset views. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, five-burner gas range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig K-Duo coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, and blender. A starter supply of dishwashing and paper essentials is provided, along with locally roasted coffee from Dynamite Roasting Co. and tea from Asheville Tea Company.

Bedroom: King bed. Living Room: Sleeper sofa for two. The bedroom also includes an additional chair. Linens and an extra blanket are provided, and a white noise machine offers a variety of relaxing sounds and volume settings.

Bathroom & Laundry
The bathroom includes towels, a hair dryer, and a starter supply of bath essentials. The toilet area is enclosed for additional privacy. An in-unit stacked washer and dryer with a starter supply of free-and-clear laundry detergent adds convenience during your stay. The bathroom includes grab bars in the shower and toilet area, along with wider doorways and a spacious shower.

Pet-Friendly
Mountain Day Dream welcomes up to two pets per reservation. A $150 one-time, non-refundable pet fee applies.

Downtown Asheville
Step outside the Arras building and experience Downtown Asheville on foot, with restaurants, breweries, cocktail bars, galleries, boutiques, and local entertainment just steps away.

Building Amenities
Guests have access to the third-floor fitness center with Peloton bikes, treadmills, rowing machines, Rogue strength and conditioning equipment, and space for yoga and stretching. Urban Exhale Massage is located next to the fitness center, with appointments booked separately. On the first floor, Bargello serves Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, while District 42 offers seasonal and craft cocktails with shareable plates. Bargello to-go is also available, with ordering information provided in the in-condo guidebook.

Parking & EV Charging
Valet parking for one vehicle is included with your reservation and provides in-and-out access throughout your stay. Guests who prefer to self-park may use Downtown Asheville public parking. The closest public garage is directly across the street at 16 Broadway Avenue, attached to the AC Hotel. Valet attendants are unable to connect, disconnect, or process payment for EV charging equipment. The closest public EV charging option is at 16 Broadway Avenue.

Access
After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message through VRBO and a welcome text. The rental agreement will also be provided through VRBO messaging and by email for easy completion, and it must be completed before access information is released. Your lockbox access code is sent by text on the day of arrival.
