Près de tout Asheville - restaurants à distance de marche, près de la promenade pour le vélo, la randonnée, à quelques minutes de Biltmore House, Grove Park, au centre-ville. La maison a une vue magnifique à 360 degrés et un porche relaxant avec foyer. Cette maison est grande 2000 pieds carrés avec véranda grillagée avec vue à l'avant et grand porche arrière et cour avec salle pour se détendre. Il est moderne et d'une propreté éclatante. Asheville a tellement à faire que nous espérons que vous apprécierez votre temps libre et que vous reviendrez pour une soirée relaxante.
Il y a une cuisine complète pour préparer les repas et une laveuse / sécheuse pour faire la lessive si nécessaire. Il y a 2 salles de bain complètes. Il y a une entrée privée et des porches. Cette grande maison a sa propre entrée avec un porche grillagé à l'avant pour profiter de la vue et une grande terrasse à l'arrière pour profiter d'un feu. Le pont est clos sur une petite zone clôturée pour que votre chien puisse être dehors avec vous! Il y a beaucoup d'herbe pour promener votre chien. Le garage et l'appartement sont à nous, parfois nous y sommes, parfois nous avons des invités. La maison et la grande cour sont pour vous. La seule zone partagée est la zone de stationnement mais un parking désigné pour vous et vos invités. C'est un endroit idéal pour profiter des moments en famille ou renouer avec des amis!

Family weekend in Asheville

This lovely home was perfect for a weekend with my son and his family, including by toddler grandson and their dog. We really enjoyed being just a few miles from downtown but in a country setting surrounded by the beautiful fall colors. The house was spotless and comfortable, the hosts are great, and we really enjoyed the screened porch.

Lovely relaxing mountain views

This house was perfect for our family trip. We loved ending our active days with drinks in the front screen room featuring beautiful mountain views. The location made it easy to access both Asheville and the surrounding towns and state parks. Kerrie, the host, was super responsive when we had a minor issue in the kitchen, and made sure not to impose on our time.

Another Wonderful Asheville Getaway!

This was our third time booking with Michael & Kerrie. Such exceptional hosts! Every detail of our stay was perfect. Sisters Together

Perfect place for us sisters to gather. Four bedrooms and two baths served us well. Trundle bed not as comfortable as queen beds. Two inside living rooms, screened in porch and back deck also gave us places to gather.

Hi Jeanne, I'm so glad you enjoyed it. I noticed you slept with the trundle on the floor. There are instructions in the house manual to raise it up and make a king bed out of it. Great place/Great location

The house is just a short drive out of Asheville and so very convenient for going back and forth. It sits in a lovely valley and has wonderful views of the mountains from the screen porch. We sat there morning and later in the evening enjoying the view and lovely breezes. The house is perfectly appointed with all you will need, even bagels and cream cheese in the fridge and snacks and a bottle of wine to welcome you. Great find!

Home Away from Home

This home is bright, spacious, clean and comfortable. It had all of the amenities that we needed during our stay. We enjoyed the screened-in porch and the back deck with its comfortable outdoor furniture and gas fire pit. The property was great for walking our dogs and letting them play in the fenced in area off of the back deck. It was peaceful and quiet for our entire stay. We truly enjoyed this home while on our vacation. Kerrie was very responsive to any questions we had. We would rent this home again and highly recommend it.

Great location…convenient to food, grocery, convenience stores, etc. Quick trip to downtown. Super clean and upgraded interior. Back porch gas fire pit kept us entertained and our guests. Exceeded exceptions in every way!

From the moment we walked in until the time we left, we felt cared for and special. The nice music playing and the fireplace were what greeted us as we walked in. The owners left little perks throughout the house to make the experience unforgettable. From the welcome card on the counter to makeup wipes in the bathrooms and the breakfast foods in the refrigerator, there were so many little things that make a big difference. You won't be disappointed with this gem. Only 10 minutes to the Biltmore Property. We would definitely stay again!!

Amazing Home

Our stay with our two dogs was wonderful! We are so grateful to the hosts for offering their home to our furry family members. We had everything we needed in the spacious kitchen for making meals. The home is very comfortable and cozy. It had all of the amenities we could possibly have needed. The location was very convenient for all of the activities we had planned for this vacation to visit family and take in all that Asheville and the surrounding areas have to offer. Michael and Kerrie were very responsive to all questions we had and checked in now and then to see if we needed anything, which was greatly appreciated! We are looking forward to our next visit to Asheville and will definitely book this "home away from home" again!

Quiet but close to Asheville

We were looking for a place to stay with our dogs. I was nervous that a place that took pets would be a compromise in quality. I was pleasantly surprised that it was very clean and nicely decorated. It was so convenient for our pets with the fenced in yard. It worked well with our family too due to all the bedrooms. The hostess was very detail oriented and thoughtful. It has a beautiful view of mountains and the neighborhood is surrounded in trees. The short dead-end street had very few houses and was only a 10 minute drive to downtown Asheville. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Florida to North Carolina bike trip

We had a wonderful time at this location unfortunately it wasn't long enough. The house is beautiful, four bedrooms, the beds are real nice ,firm comfortable .all the amenities including gas fireplace, cable TV ,internet ,barbecue grill, gas fireplace, outside it was just a very nice property and the owners were very gracious with the little things that they did like a welcome kit and little Hershey Kisses by the beds. And if that wasn't enough when you went to bed and shut the lights off you were sleeping under the stars on the ceiling of the bedroom very unique. And the location being right next to the entrance of the Parkway and close to Asheville was a plus. The only slight negative I would mention is the driveway up to the house is gravel and not the best if you have a motorcycle but other than that beautiful place

Family Getaway

Another great visit to Asheville! This was our second time staying at the property. Michael and Kerrie and wonderful hosts! We enjoyed our time at the house which was very relaxing with the screened in front porch and gorgeous mountain views. The property is close to all Asheville sites and attractions. A big plus for our family is our furry family members are welcome. Michael and Kerrie are attentive hosts who make sure you have everything you need! We are excited to start planning our next stay!

The house was clean, neat, and exceeded out expectations. We really enjoyed the screened in porch, and the fire pit on the deck out back. The views were beautiful. The hosts were very accommodating, and even gave us some good advice for restaurants and other venues. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Fun in Asheville

This Property worked great for us. It was for Spring Break with our adult boys and a GF. Plus our dogs. It was clean and as advertised. Very comfortable and cozy. Pretty central to everything we wanted to do - hiking BRP, multiple Breweries/Restaurants and shopping. Michael and Kerrie's recommendations were spot on. I would say Greenman and Highland were brewery favorites. Liked Packs Tavern and Juicy Lucy's. Not fancy but good food. We took our dogs with us in most places and hiking. Certainly recommend this property if you are looking for a similar experience. Asheville is very accommodating for dogs.

Great family get together

We loved out stay at this Asheville home. It was a perfect setting for sisters, niece and daughter to spend time together. It was close to downtown, to the Biltmore and also to quick trips to a pharmacy and grocery store. We also felt like we were far away from the hustle and bustle and could enjoy the outdoors in the front porch or back deck. The hosts had also thought of everything, and made sure we were comfortable. We loved it!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The East Asheville views are amazing! When the colors change you will enjoy them even more, especially while sitting by the fire. It is close to everything you want to do in Asheville and is the easiest route to downtown to avoid traffic. BREWERIES Asheville has around 40 breweries most are 10-15 min away. WINERIES IN HENDERSONVILLE Wineries and Apple Orchards approximately 30 min away HIKING We are 5 min from the Blue Ridge Parkway Montreat is probably 20 min. Warren Wilson along the Swannanoa River Bearwallow Mountain is probably 30 min. MILLS RIVER (25 MIN) AND BREVARD (38 MIN) HIKING AND BREWERIES Head to Mills River for Sierra Nevada, Burning Blush, Bold Rock and Mills River Brewing, then continue onto Brevard for great hiking and waterfalls like Looking Glass, Triple Falls, Bridal Veil and on a hot summer day brave the Sliding Rock. Of course, Brevard is home of Ecusta Brewing and Oscar Blues. Hiking at DuPont in Brevard, you can make as little or long as you want and there’s 3-4 waterfalls. Also the Cradle of Forestry is a great place for kids. Moore Cove is just before Sliding Rock, waterfall and picnic area. GOLFING There are several golf courses Asheville Municipal 3.7 miles (7min), Broadmoor near the airport 20 mi,22 min, Black Mountain 14 mi, 20 min, Reeds Creek18 mi, 22 min. HORSE BACK RIDING Places to ride: Hickory Nut Gap in Fairview about 10 min away. Sandy Bottoms in Marshall is about 40 min. AIRPORT Asheville Regional Airport is 20 min away
