Awesome spot. Easy walk to restaurants and bars in the Bottleworks District and quick car ride to convention center. Open floor plan and relatively spacious back patio (for the area) was a nice treat. Only issue was not having the door code prior to check-in time, but host resolved that quickly after check-in time as soon as he got off of a flight. Not a big deal at all. Highly recommend this place.
To anyone who is interested in this property⊠You will have a wonderful experience I can absolutely guarantee itItâs nestled in the perfect place for downtown entertainment, and fun in Indianapolis.I cannot say enough about Bill⊠Heâs the owner of the property and he will absolutely go out of his way to help you out with any information you need. Bill is a genuinely great person in my family and I cannot wait to stay with him again soon.
This is a fun unique property in a safe neighborhood. We enjoyed having a garage to keep our car in. The house was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed.
Stunning interior, industrial look inside and out, name is befitting. Love the placards to explain the antiques and paintings. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was huge. Having a Keurig was great to start our morning. We could have easily packed our food for the few days we were here and cooked in the spacious kitchen. The ambient lighting from the unique ceiling was incredible. Felt safe, which is huge for our family. Mass Ave was wonderful, kept us busy and just around the corner. Didnât have time to enjoy the private courtyard but it looked inviting. Having an indoor parking area was a plus, the attached garage helped immensely. Mr. Kessler was patient with our checking in, was happy to walk me through the process. He was attentive to the details and open for us to call any time with any issues. Would love to stay here again, or in any of Mr. Kesslers other properties.
My friends and I stayed at this property during gencon. It was a great place, walking distance to a lot of nice spots, and a short uber ride to the Indiana Convention Center. Oh yeah, and possibly the fanciest place we have ever visited. This place is done up to the 9s, clean, and almost overwhelmingly fancy. Highly reccomennded.

If you want to add an extra layer to your visit, this house is perfect. The artwork, amenities, and just overall uniqueness will make the house feel like half the fun of your vacation. Add to that the perfect location - walking distance to pretty much everything. Bill is great and was very accommodating. One of our most memorable stays for sure.
Amazing location and amazing place. We were in town for the Brickyard and had a great time. Plenty of room for four adults. Location is amazing with plenty of food options and great places to hang out. Will definitely be back again!
We came to town to attend a memorial for my mother which we ended up having at the condo and it was a perfect place for her. She would have been so happy to be surrounded by those antiques and pieces of art. The unit also ended up playing a large role in healing a bit of a rift between my two boys. The pool table brought them together for hours and hours and hours and for the first time in a long time they had fun together. All in all our short trip home for a memorial turned into a really wonderful vacation. Billâs place played a large part in that. FYI, you should check out his art gallery downtown as well
This was one of the most interesting rentals that we have stayed in! Beautiful, clean and fascinating art throughout. Bill is a wonderful and interesting host! He responds quickly, and was helpful with restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed a special trip to his Gallery too! We cooked several meals in his large kitchen and the beds were super comfortable. We even hosted a pasta dinner for fellow swim teammates! Would highly recommend and hope to come back some day! Thanks Bill for a wonderful week!
When you enter from the garage you are immediately drawn into this unique but comfortable space. You could just hang around there all day or walk fifty feet to streets with any kind of dining or nightlife. I will be going back on my next trip down to Indianapolis.
We loved it! The house was super cool and large and we really enjoyed the pool table.
The sound system was great, and so many supplies like paper towels, toilet paper very well stocked. We want to come back to cook something magnificent in that beautiful kitchen!

This property is an absolute gem. If you love mid-century architecture and industrial spaces, this is place to stay. Not only does it have ambience that cannot be beat, but the artwork and the furniture will keep you and your guests or family talking for hours. Although industrial, it was cozy and warm with everything we needed. William is an incredible host. We will stay here again for sure!
This was easily one of the most unique and well furnished properties we've ever visited. The interior was clean, spacious, and modern with a variety of unique art in every room. Large flat screen TVs in the living room/all bedrooms and awesome full house bluetooth sound system. Also, large patio with unique accent lighting at night. Bill provided every amenity we could ask for. The location is perfectly situated on Mass Avenue and very conducive to walking and exploring downtown Indy. Overall perfect experience and we can't wait to come back!

In 1987 I had the good fortune of playing in the Pan American Games held in Indianapolis. It was that tournament that qualified my team to compete In the 1988 Olympic Games in the sport of Team Handball. I wrote in my diary the day before leaving Indianapolis that I felt as if I would live in this city someday. So here I am, since 1989. Love it!!!
If itâs all about location as they say in the business, this spot is truly in the hottest spot in the city. The moment I saw this property, I knew what it was meant to be. You have to see it to believe it. To be shared by many and welcome to all. I hope to have you as a guest and welcome you to our great city.
