Villa SKYLINE is a modern villa in Cap-D'ail, located at the border of Monaco, ideal to reach Port Hercule, Monaco attractions and La Mala beach within 10 minutes by walk and within 20 min by car all the rest of Cote dâAzure. You can enjoy wonderful sea views from each and every corner of the property. The villa is composed of 2 independent apartments of 140 m2 total surface. Ideal for the family with children and their service staff or 2 families. The apartment on the first floor is compose of open living space with an open kitchen and a dining room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with an hydro massage bath, and a hydro massage shower, bidet and WC. The apartment on the ground floor consists of living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom with a direct access on the terrace and bathroom equipped with hydro massage shower, bidet and WC. The property offers a unique location with an up most privacy and comforts for the guests. Property featured with a garage and large public free parking within 50 from the entrance.
