Cette belle maison unifamiliale avec quatre chambres, trois salles de bain et demi comprend une grande salle avec des plafonds voûtés, du parquet, un foyer au gaz et de grandes fenêtres orientées au sud qui ouvrent de magnifiques vues sur les falaises et les cascades de East Vail. Une grande terrasse récemment agrandie avec un gril à gaz en acier inoxydable offre une retraite relaxante par beau temps.

NEW HOT TUB passe de la porte sur le pont. La cuisine a TOUS les nouveaux appareils électroménagers haut de gamme en acier inoxydable (plaque de cuisson au gaz avec plaque de cuisson et four à gaz nouvellement installée), comptoirs en granit et sièges de style bar. Appréciez les moments de détente en vous assoyant à la grande table de la salle à manger pouvant accueillir 8 personnes confortablement et ajustez-vous au repos de la grande salle spacieuse équipée d'un son surround, d'une grande télévision à écran plat, de chaises rembourrées, d'un canapé et d'une cheminée à gaz. Également équipé d'un accès WI-FI gratuit et d'appels téléphoniques nationaux gratuits. Nous avons également une laveuse et une sécheuse extra-larges dans notre buanderie pour répondre à vos besoins.

Notre grand garage chauffé pour deux voitures dispose d'un casier à skis pour vos cieux et vos chaussures resteront chauffées dans notre buanderie.

FUN Family Vacation!!

Great place to stay! Close proximity to everything, yet a neighborhood feel. Hot tub was nice to relax and house was well-equipped for us! Highly recommend!!

Great place to regroup between wedding events.

Quiet neighborhood, great parking, enough room for 8 adults to get ready and to relax between events. It’s also a short walk to a great park for the dog.

Awesome condo, the location is perfect!

We had such a great time! The condo was very comfortable and the open kitchen was great! We loved the hot tub and the mountain views as well. The beds were also very comfortable!!

Holiday stay

The house is comfortable (beds were great) with space for all to spread out. It was also spotless. I would say that the house could use updating. The heating system didn't turn on one evening, which wasn't ideal, but we managed. The hot tub and privacy of the home are ideal. Know that East Vail is a bit "out of the way" from acitivity and the grocery - but that can be viewed as a plus by many!

Very pretty home

This is quite a very pretty home--very well appointed--lots of supplies. Very comfortable for four people with pets. It's really a lovely home--the big family room was great and we enjoyed the gas fireplace.

Girls getaway!

Great property! Spacious great room and very well stocked kitchen. Lots of sleeping space and bathrooms. The property manager was super responsive. We loved the experiment. One suggestion is to have some maps with local attractions. Otherwise, everything was terrific. Highly recommend.

Perfect Mountain House!!

I have stayed at this property multiple times and am always impressed every time I am there. It is the perfect size, unbeatable location, and has all of the amenities you need for a superb mountain vacation! The kitchen/living room area is the best part of the house! The open floor plan and mountain "feel" give it a great coziness you want when staying in the mountains! And they have absolutely everything you need in the kitchen. I will be sure to check out this house again for my next Vail vacations! It can't be beat!

Nice house

Nice house in a nice neighborhood in east Vail. The garbage/recycling had not been taken out from the previous vacationers so we took out their garbage and our own. No big deal. Hot tub was clean and fully functional.

Family Vacation

This property was an excellent location for our granddaughters due to the proximity to a local park and walking trails. Also Gore Creek runs through the park area. The house was outstanding for our family with most of our meals eaten on the deck. The family room and kitchen were spacious and we enjoyed the fireplace most nights. We all enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking and spending time up on the mountain. The bus line into Vail was easy to use and a short walk through the park to the bus stop. The owner, Jane, was very responsive and answered all our questions before we arrived. Great family vacation.

Very nice place, overbearing property management

The house is very nice, plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms for a large group. The kitchen is well appointed (dishes, cookware etc). The hot tub is right out the back door, very nice! The house is conspicuously missing things you expect in a ski house - for example, peg hooks near the door for your ski jacks, pants, a place for your ski equipment in the garage. The only real complaint is the that the property is managed by Berkshire Hathaway and they hound you. We received no less than 8 messages (via email AND text) reminding us checkout time was 10am...it gets to be very annoying after you get these messages. Just tell people check out time is 10am and if they don't check out on time, add a fee...but nagging is very unprofessional. Also - they have so so many rules - all easy to follow, but it makes you feel like you are visiting your great grandmother's house with the plastic covered furniture. All in all, a very nice place, but the atmosphere of walking on thin ice is unpleasant.

Highly recommended home and renter!

I think the location of the home is the best part; you are SO close to the bus stop which makes getting to and from town a breeze. Parking can be crowded(and expensive!) and the bus comes every 15 minutes. The home is well decorated and was stocked with plenty of clean towels, sheets, and cleaning supplies for any "uh ohs" we may have had (previous renters even left a 6 pack in the fridge! WINNING). Most of the bedrooms are downstairs, which was great for a couple of our companions to retire earlier than others and not be bothered by any noise upstairs in the main room. There is a very well maintained deck with grill hot tub, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing. The hot tub was the perfect temperature and we very pleased that hot tub maintenance came near the end of our stay to ensure that chemicals were balanced and things would run smoothly for the next guest. There are plenty of games and a nice set up for streaming music from your phone/iPad/iPod. I would HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking for a Vail escape. I will definitely be booking again.
