Une fois entré dans Casa Tortuga, vous remarquerez immédiatement un «mur de fenêtres» offrant une incroyable vue panoramique sur l'océan sur le deuxième étage. Ce niveau comprend également le concept de cuisine ouverte qui réunit famille et amis. Une grande table de salle à manger offre beaucoup de place pour tout le monde pour bien manger et rire. Juste à l'extérieur, promenez-vous sur le pont et respirez l'air frais de la mer pour laisser derrière vous les soucis de votre quotidien! Ce niveau offre Queen Bedroom # 4 avec une salle de bain complète juste à travers le hall. La suite principale avec grande salle de bain complète est
juste un vol au troisième niveau et ne déçoit pas avec plus de vues sur l'océan depuis des jours.

Prenez l’escalier en colimaçon jusqu’à la salle de divertissement du premier niveau. Cet espace est idéal pour regarder des films et jouer à des jeux. Ce niveau offre trois autres chambres Queen et un accès au pont inférieur pour aller à la plage!

En parlant de plage - le surf et le sable sont littéralement à quelques pas de la maison via sa propre promenade privée. Ça ne va pas mieux que ça !! Apportez vos jouets car Flagler Beach est une zone de surf et de sports nautiques prisée. De jolies vagues faciles à sortir de votre jardin !! Casa Tortuga est situé sur Oceanshore Blvd, plus connu sous le nom de A1A! Beaucoup de restaurants, magasins de crème glacée, marché de producteurs locaux sont un court trajet.

Celebration of life one year anniversary

We came here to celebrate my son’s one year anniversary of going to heaven. It was an amazing trip. House is amazing. Host is amazing. Everything we did was great. Absolutely wonderful. Remembered all of his favorite things. He was 18.

The pictures don’t do this place no justice of what you are really going to be walking into, it is absolutely beautiful, love the open floor plan on main floor where everyone can gather & relax. There is plenty of space to accommodate a large group, the beds were very comfortable. The view was unbelievable, walking down the private boardwalk right to the sand, it felt like we had our own private beach. View was unbelievable & our stay was absolutely amazing. Every part of our stay exceeded our expectations and the quality of this home were impeccable. The host Scott was absolutely great at responding in a timely manner. Our family is already looking forward to returning in a few weeks. I posted family vacation pictures on my Facebook & several friends are looking into renting this place.

My guess is because it is a sliding door, it’s closed and not seen by the cleaning crew.

Perfect Family Outing

Excellent beach front property. Great location resulting in no other beach traffic for about 0.5 mi either side of you. Great place to relax and play on the beach. House is very comfortable and lots of space for our family of 7. Good restaurants driving distance away as well.

Very nice place at the beach

The place was gorgeous with a tremendous location and view. The great room with high ceiling was nicely connected with kitchen and dining area. As a party of 10 (sleeps 10), we were grateful for the 4 kitchen stools to fit around the dining table, which was large enough to accommodate.As we had 3 couples and 4 singles, 2 of us slept on couches, which was fine. We did employ one extra blanket from our car.The driveway is steep, but we could park in the garage, which is snug for 2 cars.The information binder should have some pages removed that applied to some other condos, so we found some contradictory information.The kitchenware looked brand new. There was no hand soap for the kitchen or laundry soap provided.The wifi was pretty sketchy.We did see some cockroach activity downstairs.It was however a little impersonal and we had no rapport with the hosts, apparently a largish impersonal company.Overall, an very nice experience.

Great vacation home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Casa Tortuga is definitely one of the nicest vacation homes my family & I have stayed in. Everything was positive except for the comforters needed a good wash (the master bedroom comforter smelled of sweat) and the showers were a bit slippery due to the grade to drain & tiles were not non-skid type for shower floors.

Can't Stop Thinking about Casa Tortuga!

If you read many review on rentals, you'll occasionally see "I'm not sure I really want to rave about this, because I want it to be available again"... I've never written that, and rarely write a review... but Casa Tortuga is something special indeed. The lovely and spacious house overall, the beautiful kitchen, the view from every window, oh ... the serene, quiet beach is unlike any other! And, the host team that can't be beat (talking about you Lauren!). My family spent Easter there, and had our own private sunrise service -- beautiful memories for a lifetime. We loved it so much that we extended our stay (again, thank you Lauren!) and then came back 3 days later! Now, 1 week later, am scanning to see availability again. As said already, this place is something special ... love it!

Multi-Family Beach Trip

The location of the house is second to none. The beach was basically private, We only saw a few other people on any given day. This property has the potential to be great with a little more attention to detail. Lots of little things that could have been better. Several lights burnt out and ceiling fans didn't all work. Hose nozzle was broken. The listing stated no Beach Towels and you must bring your own. Each family paid for an additional suitcase in order to bring beach towels for 9 people only to find them available at the house. No mention in the listing of beach chairs yet there were 10 of them in the garage. I purchased 4 beach umbrellas to use and left them there for the next guest. The deck box was full of broken and rotting toys and boards that all needed trashed. The deck also only provided 2 chairs, considerably less than the capacity of the house. The beds and pillows were basic and poor quality in comparison to the house and rental cost. It was very nice to have a garage and the use of the opener. Overall I would return because of the location and privacy. But hopefully the little details will be given attention and this property will be a 5 star next time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good afternoon I hope you found everything in order at the Casa Tortuga after our departure. We had a good time other than a few mishaps. They are listed below so maybe they can be corrected for the next visitor. 1. Not having direct beach access was very disappointing and an inconvenience to everyone. Received email Jan 10th saying walkway had been repaired and House received no damage from the storm. With notice we could have made other arrangements. 2. No remote control found to work the third floor TV3. Someone’s underwear, toothbrush, and a few other items were left in 3rd floor bedroom bedside table from past guest. We did not touch them and left them there. 4. Washing machine would not work properly. Kept repeating the cycle, had to catch it as soon as it finished or it would start to fill again. 5. Dryer took multiple times to dry clothing. 6. In description on house it would have been nice to know the drive way was a steep hill since we were coming in on motorcycles. Just a few things that may help on future rentals. As far as the financial side of our stay. It was easy booking and payment transactions for our stay. Thank youPam Sanchez

Great Location but...

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great, and room was ample for our group however the boardwalk access was damaged and no beach access was very frustrating. The boardwalk was unstable and yet there was no barricade or signage to prevent guests from walking out over the unstable structure (huge safety and liability concern). Additionally, we had to search for towels as there was none in the master bedroom or bathroom upstairs. The property did have wifi, however it took a day to find it, as the info was not in the binder as noted.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a long weekend with a group of friends. The home was in a great location and perfect for a large group. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only complaints would be, for checkout, they ask to not take comforters to laundry, which leads me to think they aren’t washed after each use. My second complaint was, we saw quite a few (live) roaches. One being on a baby’s bassinet when waking up in the morning. I know this issue is very common in Florida, but I would recommend spraying more frequently.

Nice getaway right on the ocean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time with our family at Casa Tortuga. Enjoyed being able to walk right out to the beach. House was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the sunrises every morning and the sunsets from the bedroom balcony every evening. The location was convenient to the Flagler beach area with lots of great dining and a little over 30 minutes to St Augustine. They included a garage door remote which enabled us to park in the garage which was great because the driveway is pretty steep. Would definitely come back here again.
