Ceci est un condo de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, vue sur l'océan à South Hampton à l'intérieur de Kingston Plantation. Admirez l'océan tout en profitant de notre condo entièrement rénové avec une cuisine, des appareils électroménagers, des meubles, des salles de bains, des sols et plus encore mis à jour. Unité pour 8 personnes avec 1 roi, 2 reines et un canapé-lit.

La Kingston Plantation, la plus importante communauté de bord de mer de 145 acres située à Myrtle Beach, offre un demi-mile de larges plages de sable blanc, 23 acres de lacs naturels d’eau douce entourés d’arbres matures méticuleusement préservés et de terrains soigneusement entretenus. Kingston Plantation est une communauté fermée. South Hampton dispose de 2 piscines en bord de mer et la plantation de Kingston a une superficie de 50 000 pieds carrés. Centre sportif et de santé avec neuf courts de tennis (supplément journalier facultatif de 10 $ par jour ou par personne ou 45 $ par personne d'utilisation), pêche dans les lacs d'eau douce et sentiers de randonnée autour de la Plantation que vous apprécierez à toute heure du jour !

Kingston Plantation est situé au centre de Myrtle Beach et à une courte distance des épiceries, des centres commerciaux, des magasins d'usine (1 km), des attractions de Barefoot Landing et de Broadway at the Beach, ainsi que de toutes les autres activités sur la plage.

Much needed vacation

Great place to stay. Wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. Location is great as close to restaurants, activities, Broadway at the beach and downtown. Beds were comfy and unit was very nice.

Checking in and getting key

We always arrive before lunch on the check in day and just go straight to the resort and hang out on the beach until the room is ready. When we have rented from other people in the same building in the previous years they gave a code to the door or use the lockbox outside the door and they would email the code to us at 4:00 or when the room was ready but with this condo we had to drive back up to North Myrtle Beach at 4 to get the key; it would have been nice if this condo would have done the same way like previous years.

This was a very well maintained condo right on the beach Close to restaurants and shopping Very nicely updated and the kitchen was well equipped with anything you might need to cook a meal. We will definately stay here again

South Hampton Jewel

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this condo and I will do it again and recommend it to anyone. It is clean and well maintained. The ocean view is gorgeous from the balcony and the location of the apartment complex in Kings Plantation is terrific. The entire place is like a paradise.

Wonderful Getaway

Fantastic accommodations with a luxurious master shower and private balcony. Great view of the beach and the pool and a short walk to either. Gated community for an extra sense of security. Close enough to many restaurants and shops, though you really don't have to leave the resort area, and a short drive to the more touristy Myrtle Beach attractions. In my book, a bargain for everything at your fingertips.

Great location

The first day we were there we discovered that the AC drain tray was clogged and water was under the floor and oozed up as we walked on the floor. The property manager dispatched an AC tech who fixed the issue. Otherwise, quite nice, great view of ocean. Terrific location and good parking.

Nice Stay

Size was good for our family of 7. Furnishings are a bit outdated. Clean enough. Some staining in the bathrooms and laundry room. This is not a hotel but wish it had some amenities like having someone in the lobby to answer our questions, a convenience store, towels for the pool, exercise room, etc. But overall nice stay.

The location is great and the unit had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Nicely renovated kitchen and master bath. We liked that it was an end unit on the 6th floor. It could use new couches and beds but that’s nit picking. The building was nice and clean with a renovated lobby, well maintained pools and grounds. Overall it is a nice condo. We would recommend and stay here again.

Nice Location but Could be Cleaned

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the condo was in a nice location and had everything needed, it was not very clean. While one or two small things would have been forgivable, there were so many items that were not clean. There was a stain on the couch, an old water bottle on the balcony, a floss pick on the bedroom floor, a potato chip on the guest bedroom chair, floor mats in the clothes washer, and the bathroom vent didn't work. The cherry on top was the extremely dirty floors. If you were not wearing shoes, the bottom of your feet would be black after walking around. The condo just needs a deep cleaning and it would be wonderful. The beds were comfortable and was great for a girls' trip.

South Hampton 601

My son, his daughter and I stayed in Room 601 at South Hampton in Kingston Plantation. The room must have been renovated recently. The bedding looked new and the beds were very comfortable. The ocean view from the multiple balconies was really nice and private. The kitchen was well stocked and very tastefully decorated. The master bathroom shower was unbelievable. Very nice cultured marble and very nice matching tiles. Honestly, 15 people could take a shower in the master shower area. Haha! It was a safe step in shower with very nice hot water. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and large sized bedrooms and bathrooms. We heard absolutely no noise from other residents. It was a very nice, uncrowded beach and the beach service was great for umbrella and chair rentals! The pools were clean. The furnishings were very up-to-date and modern. I would absolutely recommend this rental and we definitely will be staying here again in the future. Thank you to the owner and rental company, North Beach Realty Company in North Myrtle Beach. Check-in and out was very smooth and quick. Overall, a great stay for our family to relax and enjoy this beautiful coastal area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and in an amazing private community. The location was great. The only downside was the cleanliness. The floors had not been mopped in so long that our feet stayed black if we didn’t wear shoes in the condo. We would take a shower and have black feet 20 minutes later. The dirty towels from the previous tenants were sitting on top of the washer so we had to wash them also. The washing machine had some type of oil or some residue in it that got clear oil stains on half of our clothing that will not come out now. The elevators in the building that are supposed to be serviced annually have not been serviced since 2020 which is a huge deal. Again, the condo was great, we loved it. Would even go back to the same one if the cleanliness was better. The realty company was very fast and I picked up my keys and on our way in less than 5 minutes. They were very friendly. I imagine going from place to place cleaning, it is easy to make a mistake here and there. But the floor was the most disgusting thing and could not have been mopped in at least the previous several months if at all. It was swept and to the eye looked clean, but my feet showed different. Overall, loved the place. Plan on staying in the same community next year. Just hope the next one has cleaner floors.

Location is great, nice pools, the beach is not wall to wall people. Very clean! A trash chute down the hall makes it easy to take out the trash. Well equiped kitchen. Two balconies so you can have a little alone time if you need it. The have a lot of books and some games/puzzles. The two bedrooms are on separate sides of the condo with their own exits to balconies.

Wonderful stay

Not ocean front, located at back of condo with side views. The views are nice anyway. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Loved the option of keurig or regular coffee maker. The major issue we had was with plumbing…. Toilets don’t flush very well and had to call maintenance once(quick response). There was a water leak on floors above us first night. We were awakes after mid night and kept up all night while they brought machines and fans to deal with water. We had to work around them and deal with the loud noise until our next to last day when they removed them. I thought they should compensate us for that.

Girl trip

This was our first ever girls trip. We all really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for everyone and the lication was great for us beach goers. The shuttle was great for getting around the property. We would definitely stay here again.
