Perfect for our weekend stay

Easy to get to and from. Perfect for a family stay. Very basic essentials which was fine since we didn’t do any big cooking or stay on property too long. Nice neighborhood to take a morning walk. House was spacious, too.

Lovely stay

Lovely stay in a Boise suburb. Neighborhood was quiet, with easy access to everything in the area. House had plenty of space for hanging out. Beds were comfortable!

Comfortable and quiet

The location was very clean and the area was quiet. While there was only two of us, the home is definitley build for at least six. We would stay here again in the future.

Great location

Overall the property was great and perfect spot to drive 15 minutes to Caldwell or Boise. The only complaint is some light were out in the front. Checking in late was a little hard to see. Other than that, I would recommend staying here

Perfect Weekend Rental

House was everything 3 of us needed while being in town. We didn't need much other than a bed and what we did need, was available. Only complaint would probably be on me and not the property but to access the TV you need to have accounts with streaming or live TV accounts and know how to access them. This was probably user error as I am tech illiterate. Great house and great process and communication with the owner.

Nice Meridian Home

The home is nice and clean. The backyard is nice as is the patio. It is located near stores and restaurants. The reason for the 4 stars is because the shower in the master bathroom did not work. The water does not turn on. I don't know if Joe was aware of this or not but I have not heard back from him since I let him know. If it gets fixed I recommend staying here.

Joe's stay is missleading

All was going according to plan until I recived a message from Joe saying that hed be on the way because none of us looked 24 on the camera he was using to spy on people entering the home. Joes camera on the front and back porch of the house go against Vrbo's privacy policy due to the fact that it wasnt listed on the property description.

Great Value

Overall, great value for the nightly price we paid. Nice neighborhood, easily walkable and within a short drive to supermarkets, dining, activities, etc. Communication with hosts was great and timely. No issues there. I think the property itself just needs a little TLC, but overall great value and comfortable!

The house is very nice and clean. The rooms are spacious enough and the beds are very comfortable. Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. However, the wifi in the living room was very weak so I was unable to watch local television or any of the streaming service. Aside from the internet issue I was pleased with my stay.
