En arrivant à Grand Caribbean East, vous serez surpris par les magnifiques palmiers, l'aménagement paysager soigné, le parking privé réservé aux clients et, à mesure que vous vous déplacerez au GCE # 313, vos rêves de vacances commenceront.

En arrivant au GCE # 313, vous entrerez dans un long couloir qui comprend les entrées de la chambre et de la salle de bain, le placard pour la laveuse / sécheuse et les lits superposés dans le hall.

La suite principale dispose de sa propre salle de bain privée. La suite dispose de 2 lits queen avec une salle de bain commune. Il y a des lits superposés dans le hall et un canapé convertible pour les couchages supplémentaires.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer, cuisiner, cuire et faire des cocktails. Il y a une cafetière, un mixeur, un grille-pain ainsi que des casseroles et poêles.

GCE # 313 est entièrement approvisionné avec des draps blancs et des serviettes pour votre séjour.

La laveuse et la sécheuse intégrées facilitent le lavage du linge.

Great stay!

Enjoyed our stay and found the condo to be very clean and comfortable! Love this location with easy access to the beach and appreciated the accommodations. We had only one downfall and that was due to the dryer not working communication was good with reporting and keeping us updated. Unfortunately, because of the weekend service was not able to be completed during our stay

Breezy Balcony

Check In was easy. We asked if we could check in early and the host said if it was available we could. We got a notification between 12-1 saying our room was ready but unfortunately due to traffic we arrived later than 5. The unit felt bigger in person. It was clean and comfortable. The couches have been updated and were very comfortable. The view and location are fantastic. There is a nice breeze out on the balcony. The pool was clean and a nice size. There is a nice grilling area. This is the most well stocked unit I have ever stayed in as far as kitchen supplies and we even had a fan in our closet. The dryer took a while to dry our laundry. Overall I loved this unit and I recommend staying here. We would love to stay here again.

Spring break with teen boys

We had a great spring break stay and loved the view from the balcony. Our teen son and friends enjoyed beach walks and saw a fisherman catch and release a shark on the beach. We had plenty of space for two adults and three teenagers. The condo has comfortable beds and ample kitchen space with all of the pots and pans you could need. We had easy communication with the property manager about repairing the satellite TV and the dryer during our stay. The only negative about this condo is the "couch". It is built from 4x4 timbers and covered with patio cushions. You can not snuggle into it for rainy day movie watching or sleep on it to escape a snoring spouse. We would stay again with a different couch.

Reviewer Comments: Stayed the Months of Jan and Feb 2024 - was a great stay - everything we wanted , location was perfect -Harmony was right there when you needed them and Maintaince help was quick to arrive if needed . I have to say only a couple things on the downside was the couch it felt like it was homemade with outdoor cushions placed on them - i hope this gets replaced as we had to watch TV in the bedrooms for comfort - also Neighbours smoking on the balcony ( nothing against smoking) but for the non smokers you get the tail end of the smoke smell and it was strong - there is a designated area outside but was not being used - Building Management will need to address that - Other than that there is a good chance we would come back to this location

Great Place to Stay

We had a family of four adults and two kids. There was plenty of room with a beautiful view of the beach. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I did not like was that we had access to the private beach but the area for guests not renting two chairs and an umbrella for $60 was very small and very crowded.

Reviewer Comments: We were notified that our room was available about2hrs before we arrived....when we entered the room there were suitcases and clothes everywhere! We called...they said it was "an honest mistake"..??? not sure how that is. They did reclean the room and move the ppl there...just not sure what really happened.Also, for the price....def NOT worth it!!

The Perfect Getaway Place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our trip was rescheduled from August of 2020 to August of 2021 due to Covid. Harmony Beach Rentals was extremely accommodating in the processes. We switched to this location and couldn't have been happier with it! The condo was clean, spacious and well equipped with all you might need. The location can't be beat if you are a beach goer. Directly across the street from public beach access. Literally a two minute walk to the beach. And the views from the balcony made our morning coffee spectacular. Randy the maintenance man was super friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this place to my family and friends and we will be back to rent it ourselves. Thank you for a perfect vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation in Destin was overall very good. We enjoyed the location with quick and easy access to the beach and able to watch the action on the boardwalk. A couple of things came up somewhat short of our expectations. We were on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. Move in and move out were a sweaty affair but otherwise good exercise. The condo was not real clean, especially the floors, there were some electrical shorts in the kitchen lights and the dryer took forever to dry you tell me, is this up to your standards? We adjusted and had a great time in the area. Would recommend with some reservation. Clean it up and my rating goes way up.

Great Escape
