Cute place that feels larger than it is listed as. Loved the pair of full size beds in the one room which would allow an extra couple of people to stay with us. Very quiet area but only steps from football stadium. The paved sidewalk to stadium was very nice and well lit in the evening. The owner was very easy to work with and we would definitely recommend staying at this location again.
We just completed our final stay at this property! We stayed here for move-in 4 years ago, parents weekends, and wouldnât have been complete without graduation weekend! Stayed each time with the same familyâŠ.4 years! Great location, great place and great memories! Thanks for everything!Go Noles!!!
Two adult, three teens. TBH, just a little cramped, but it was fine. Master bed with a queen or king, second room two fulls (?). One teen likes sleeping on the floor (!?!?!?!), so it all worked our. Well equiped kitchen. Great proximity to FSU which was why we were there. Good pizza joint just down the road....Aldi and Target close by for any needs. Two parking placed dedicated to the unit. IF we end up having a teen attend, would consider staying here again if available.
Excellent property and host. Clean and updated townhouse close to FSU stadium. Comfortable beds and furniture, updated baths and well- stocked kitchen. Would stay again.
We enjoyed our stay. Jacquie was very responsive when we had a battery issue and was very accommodating. Highly recommend this property, it was close to everything at FSU and TCC.
Great location, close to my daughters apartment and Doak stadium. Well furnished kitchen and comfortable beds! Will be back again for a football weekend this fall.
This is an ideal place to stay when visiting FSU. Clean, comfortable, and close to Doak Campbell stadium. Another review mentioned noise. We did not have that problem and in fact found it to be much quieter than hotels we have stayed at in the area. Neighbors we encountered were friendly. Overall, a very good experience and I'd happily stay here again.
Not much to look at from the outside but the whole complex looks that way. But inside was fresh and clean and very cozy and comfortable. Walking distance to stadium. It was easy peasy to stay here. Highly recommend it.
We stayed here for my daughter's FSU orientation, and it was perfect. The location is great (with a quick path to take you right to the FSU stadium, just a few minutes walk), the place is exactly as described, is spotless, has everything you need, and Jacquie is very responsive. There were a couple of minor issues that we could have lived with, anyway, but Jacquie had her handyman come right by and fix it (he was loads of fun, too, so added bonus for us!). Would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend for others.
This townhouse was perfect for us. The location is right off FSU campus with easy access to groceries and dining. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The shower is amazing! I loved the open concept living room and kitchen. The tree out of the back door is covered in Spanish moss and is beautiful. We sat in the sun on the back porch gazing at the tree for hours.
The owner was awesome with communication. Very nice place to stay.
The neighborhood/development is a bit sketchy in appearance but the home inside is fine. The stairs to the upper level are very steep. The home is well appointed.
Stayed here with my family for a FSU visit. The location is close to the university and easy to navigate all FSU has to offer. It's especially close to the stadium. Clean, cozy and has everything you need for a short stay. We enjoyed our time and would stay there again!
While the building is old, when you walk in you will be pleasantly surprised by how nice the unit is. This is a well laid out two bedroom unit with very nice appointments. The master shower is VERY lovely and we plan on staying here for all future FSU games.
This townhome was very clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay near FSU. It was walking distance to the stadium and had two parking spots in front of the home. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked so making meals at home was very easy. Jacquie even had some bottled water and breakfast bars for us with a cabinet full of spices, oil, coffee and some non perishable foods. Jacquie also accommodated a last minute request due to the hurricane. We look forward to staying here again!
My husband Ken and I bought a cute townhouse near Doak Campbell Stadium in 2009 when our oldest son started at FSU. Then our second son lived there during his time at FSU. When the youngest graduated, we decided to rent it out short term. I graduated from FSU in 1984 and converted my husband to a fan. Our oldest son, Scott, was able to travel to California for our national championship win in 2013. What fun! That unit was so popular we bought this second one three doors down in 2019.
