Nous sommes situés entre Phoenix et Tucson, à environ 40 minutes de chaque aéroport situé au cœur du comté de Pinal. À quelques minutes de la vallée de San Tan, de Chandler et de la Casa Grande. Nice Clean unit but could use some items

The unit was clean and comfortable and was laid out well. Plenty of dishes, towels and bedding. There was two problems with the unit. Pantry was totally empty and the spice shelf included an empty salt shaker and a little bit of pepper. Just having some basic spices and basic pantyr items (oil etc..) would fix that. The other problem is that the tv instructions were incorect as they now have a firestick and no antenna that made it difficult to find things to watch and you could not load anything on the firestick because it was password protected. I called on the first day on Saturday and never heard anything the 5 days we were there about that. Fixing those tow items would make it a really good unit and I would suggest it to anyone. Not much to do in Coolidge at night but there was a nice winery in Florence. Multiple grocery stores nearby and the Casa Grande National Memorial as well. Good location if you are going to visit around the middle to southern AZ area.

Horrible and had to spend over 100 to even have blankets for the kids. No money back 7 days

This was a converted office building of an apartment building. It was filthy and a terrible experience. We flew into Arizona from Oregon and this is NOT an apartment like advertised. We used all of our money on plane tickets and our rental and we got into this “rental” at night and there was no working air conditioning unit and no bedding for the other beds in the unit. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling through. When the representative tried to call property management there was nobody available to help us. We tried several times to get ahold of someone and we were told there was nothing to be done. Then because this was a partner of vrbo our refund is now in their hands and we have been stuck in Arizona with no money refunded for 5-7 business days so we were expected to have another 1000 dollars lying around to find somewhere else to stay! We had to have money sent to us to get out of that place immediately in the morning. We were up until 2 am trying to figure something out then we couldn’t even book anything through vrbo because I couldn’t select the following day as an option to find a rental. I had to find a Walmart that was open to even get my toddler a blanket to sleep with in that place and we need all of that money refunded immediately as well! I have no faith that our money is going to be refunded from the “partner” property management. The vrbo rep finally transferred me and just hung up her side of the call to the insurance third party who said THEY couldn’t help either bacause it was all going to go through the property management as well. I cried all night stuck in a state I’d never been in with nowhere to go, all of my money spent on my booking and no car and I. The middle of nowhere. This place is NOT a rental. It is a project type apartment complex with every square inch converted into something that looks like an apartment. We need our money put back immediately and I want a refund for all of the money I had to spend on bedding. There was none. It wasn’t just inadequate there was no bedding and no working air conditioning and the place was disgusting! It may as well have been a motel 6 in a metro area. And to be hung up on while crying and scared with nowhere to go was so horrible. We had to pay extra to find same day lodging. I had to get money wired to me and pay over 750 for same day lodging and had to spend over $120 for 2 sets of bedding in a bag at the nearest Walmart. We need this money back into our bank account

It’s clear the property agency is trying to make this a fun vacation spot. Short term renters would probably enjoy it. Not enough supplies for someone like me staying for 3 weeks. I’m someone who likes to plan ahead so when they told me all the checkin info would come at 4pm I was a bit nervous. But I received it and was able to access the property. Property was as expected except for the missing AC control in the bedroom. When I mentioned it to the property owner they said it should be on the wall. When I told them it wasn’t they never responded back. The kitchen only had a cast iron pan so you can imagine how annoying that was. And there was no cookie sheet, no vacuum. When asked they told me to reach out to the property manager. Which by the time I got home from work they were closed. If you are traveling for work this is not the spot. The wifi kept dropping signal. Sometimes for long periods of time. One morning It rained and I heard water rushing into the living area. It was coming from the electrical socket in the ceiling. When I contacted the agency they said they would get someone there at 9am. It was 5am. I couldn’t reach the socket to unplug anything so I was a bit concerned. After that I didn’t hear from them until the next day. I had to contact VRBO to be moved to another property which was lackluster.

5 days in Coolidge

Property was clean and comfortable. One reason we rented this spot is because of the pool and fitness center. This pool may be heated year round but way too cool to swim, play or float in, I'm not sure what the water temperature was in late February, but it wasn't swimmable. In addition to the water temperature being too cold, the pool was dirty the 5 days we were there. I never found the fitness facility. The living space was small and nice. The large shower was a big plus. Staples for the kitchen were zero...no salt, pepper, oil, etc. Dishes were adequate, eating utinsels a bare minimum. There was a problem with the a/c on day 1 and the maintainence guy came to fix that in a timely manner. No problem there but an inconvience for us and him. Could have been avoided with instructions on operating the AC. Had some problem initially finding the apartment. Was told it was 1A. Originally went to building A in this large condo complex. It was actually in a small (2 unit) building as you initially entered the complex. I actually preferred being here rather than being in a larger multiunit building. This confusion could be avoided by showing a picture of the whole building in the listing. I was very unhappy with the management's insistence that they could not send entry instructions earlier than 2 hours before check=in. What if I couldn't get email because of loss of connectivity. Sounds like a bad practice to me.

Wonderful Stay Very Nice Modern Apartment!

This is a very nice apartment and it had everything my husband and I needed for the week. This was my first instant book location and check in was seamless. I received all of the check in information necessary and was able to access the unit with no issue. It was very close to grocery stores but there was not much around to do other than the ruins. The apartment was very clean and had all appliances, cookware, dishes, and everything you need for your stay. The bed was comfy and the area of the room was separated from the the apartments which made it pretty quiet. We were a little concerned about parking as it was pretty full on day but we lucked out and was able to park right in front the entire stay. It would be great to have a designated spot for the vacation rentals. The only thing that was annoying was that the front door wasn't sealed very well at the bottom allowing a bunch of small beetles, earwigs, and spiders in. I think an extra weather strip could take care of this issue. Overall this was a beautiful, quiet, and clean place to stay! Thank you!
