Cette maison de plage exquise laisse peu à désirer! Du décor parfaitement aménagé à la vue imprenable sur l'océan, à l'accÚs privé à la plage et à la douche extérieure, cette maison est le lieu idéal pour des vacances en groupe! Le plan d'étage ouvert est idéal pour se divertir et coule sur les ponts couverts en bord de mer. Quelques pas et vos pieds sont dans le sable!

The property was lovely. The views and proximity to the ocean made our little retreat extraordinary. It was very easy to get in and out, the communication was excellent, and the location was close enough to necessities but far enough to feel like a true getaway. The decor was perfect. The chairs are a bit worn and uncomfortable in the living room space and need to be replaced but everything else was fine. Plenty of space and lots of room to cook, hangout, and enjoy the beautiful view from multiple locations both inside and outside of the home.

Great place and great location! The house was laid out great for the 3 of us. The master bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was spacious. The house has plenty of nice beach chairs but you'll need to get an umbrella. The only nitpicking would be water pressure, but didn't effect us much because of our small group. We also had a cleaning issue when we got there, but it was solved quickly. Only wish the communication would have been more by phone instead of email, but it worked all out. All in all, would highly recommend this house and differently eat at the Reef,150 yds away!

Property mangement was bad but house was great

Property Management: Check in is at 4. My sister arrived at 3:20 with her 3 year old. She was not going to go in because the housekeeper was still there but her 3 year old said he needed to pee. She knocked and asked if they could use the bathroom. The housekeeper said no and was rude. She said the guests cannot see the property until its ready. My sister said it was fine and left. I received a rude voicemail from Valerie telling me that we told the housekeeper we had permission to be there and we DID NOT and to get our luggage out even though we never went in. The voicemail was long, totally inaccurate of the situation, the tone was unprofessional and patronizing. Our family arrived by 4:30 which is after check in and the housekeeper was still there. Seems like bad planning to have the housekeeper that late. I called to report the situation to the property management team and the lady said she reported it to their CEO for a response. Well that person never responded. It started the trip off on a bad note. We probably wouldn’t have cared that much except for how ridiculous they were about my sister being a little early. I don’t blame the property owner. It just seems like the property management company is not very good. We should have been offered a little bit of a refund for that day. Property and stay: The house itself is great. The location is wonderful. It is right on the water with easy access to the beach. Its very close to restaurants. I would stay here again.

Excellent beach stay!

Very nice property with a lot of amenities and close to the very interesting city of Saint Augustine! We like to stay at properties on the Atlantic coast and the gulf. We would highly recommend this one and would consider returning a heartbeat.

Disappointed

The location was great. Unfortunately, the house was not. There were too many little to bigger things wrong, air-conditioning wasn’t working well, jacuzzi tub did not work, garbage disposal not functioning, gas grill half functioning, too few supplies for the group (paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, etc.). We were there a few hours early and even though the house was empty, we had to pay a 25/hr fee to get in. For the overall cost, it is a poorly maintained house.

The place was Perfect for our family beach getaway. Lots of space, easy access to the beach/ocean, great food within a short walk, not too crowded and short drive to town. Will stay here again!

Great Beach House

Great property right on the beach. Was also very close to good restaurants (caps on the water was great). House was perfect size for two families (4 adults and 5 kids). Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location close to 3 great restaurants for all ages plus major grocery store. Convenient for trips to St Augustine. The views from the beach side decks are outstanding. The house is fully equipped.

Beautiful beach in a charming house that looked better in pictures

This was our first stay on Vilano beach. The area is really neat. Relatively peaceful yet a close drive from St. Augustine. The house was clean and stocked with helpful items like shampoo, dishwasher soap, detergent, garbage bags etc. More things than you typically get at a short-term rental property. That was really useful. There was an extra fridge in the garage that helped us keep a great stockpile of cold beverages. We were disappointed with two things. One, the sinks in all of the bathrooms and the hallway shower were all very slow draining. That was not ideal, but we delt with it. Mostly a problem when brushing teeth. After bringing it up with the management team, they said they would look into it. Second, the pictures of this property make the house look bigger and newer than it actually is, including the parking area. The house is listed as one that suits 13, but should really be listed as a house for 9 people with a pull-out couch and blow up queen mattress that can squeeze in 4 more. If the house were more spacious, and had a bigger den, or extra living room, where those extra 4 people had more privacy, I'd get it. But it's a pretty tight, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. I liked the simple modern decor (I am turned off by houses with a lot of stuff all over the place and dark old furniture). The long beach only steps away from the house made the above two issues easy to live with. We had a great time and will always remember our week there! Thank you!

Perfect location

Amazing property close to everything you would want to do or see in st augustine . Could walk out the back door right on to the beach which was not crowded could always find space for our family to set up a spot for the day. Everything you need was provided beach towels , chairs,tents and games to play. Would highly recommend staying here.

Awesome beach home

Fantastic property, management, facilities, location. Own private walkway to beach, sounds of ocean, lots of areas to sit and enjoy the water views, multiple patios with seats, some beach toys available. room for 5 cars to park, 2 miles from Publix, liquor store, 10 mins to St. George Street and the fort (St. Augustine). Extra fridge in the garage. Highly recommend the property .

Vilano Beach House

This home is immaculate and beachy. We had an amazing time right on the beach! The home was stocked with everything we could ever need. We loved being so close to the restaurants and shopping too. This is our second vacation here and we will 100% come again !!!

Serene View Review

The experience to rent was fantastic. I will say the 13 guests is a bit tight for the space only having 3 bedrooms. The sofa bed arrangement was difficult, to find the sheets, the springs were very hard on my shoulders and back. However with an added mattress pad it would be the second best area to sleep in the home with the gorgeous windows! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed this space and most importantly my mother got her beach weekend close to home. Thank you!

Beautiful Oceanfront Getaway

We loved waking up to the sunrise every morning and taking a morning dip in the ocean. The house looks newly renovated and was so modern, cute and clean. The loft upstairs is such a special little nook and the whole house was just perfect for our needs. We had one small issue when the house lost water but I immediately contacted the owner and she tracked down the problem and let me know someone was working on fixing it already. It was less then 45 mins before the water was back on! I would highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

They thought of everything. Beach toys, coffee, filters, beach towels, laundry basket, a good hair dryer. They even had a baby gate! The house was tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. We WILL be returning!

Stay at Vilano Beach Property

Well furnished and appointed property. I chose this property over others because of the fireplace amenity and the cold spell that worked into the timing of the visit. The listing clearly features pictures of the fireplace burning. It also mentions it as one of the property features. I prepared and bought wood. I was surprised to find out upon my arrival that the guest book deemed the fireplace only ornamental and use of it prohibited. I felt that the listing was very misleading. Check In was easy and property managers arranged early check in which was appreciated. The location of the beach was very nice however being right on AIA the road and traffic noise is loud.
