Facile d'accès avec des routes pavées jusqu'à l'allée, vues boisées de Serene que vous pouvez apprécier sur le porche avant ou arrière le matin avec votre café. Après une longue journée d’activités en ville ou de randonnée dans le parc national des Great Smoky Mountains, vous pourrez vous détendre dans le bain à remous.

Great Family Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was so cute and cozy that we wanted to live there! Sitting on the back porch looking out was gorgeous especially at night. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were close by to do tons of stuff. We would come back definitely!

Great cabin

Very secluded but great area. Only about a 15 minute drive to the main strip in Pigeon Forge. I would definitely stay here again.

Cabin has everything you need to enjoy your stay! Full kitchen if you decide to cook a meal. Not too far from town. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful, and relaxing

It was beautiful, relaxing, private yet not far from attractions. Could use a full size broom and dusting throughout cabin but a beautiful view, and cabin. The claw tub, bored games, hot tub were def some of fav part of cabin. Also thankful for amenities and etc..

Love the location!

I love the location and the cabin was very clean. But the water smelled like sulfur and all the beds need the mattresses replaced. They were very hard and uncomfortable. But the cabin was very nice.

Stay at the Wildlife

The house was beautiful and we loved the location. It’s definitely off the grid so I recommend taking a screenshot of the check in information incase you lose service. The water definitely smelled like sulfur but it did not bother us much, just make sure you have water bottles to brush your teeth. All the appliances were new and clean. The linens were clean and they provided plenty of towels. We would definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant

A nice little property in a quiet neighborhood, close to fun things. The outlets need to be updated (it was difficult finding on to hold a plug), and the sliding bathroom door needs a stop(it hits the outlet when fully opened), but other than that everything was pretty perfect.

Excellent Communication

This was the best communication I have ever had with any property manager. It was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. Easy to work with. Note - the water does have a high sulfur content so be aware if that would bother you.

Good but a little dusty

We loved this location. The cabin description was spot on. Would suggest a good dusting. The walls had dust and cob webs in corners. Vents are caked with idk what. Although that sounds gross it was not. Everything else was very clean and comfortable for our family.

Property was clean, well stocked, stove was so new we had to take the plastic and cardboard out of oven for first use. Would stay here again.

Great stay here in May

The Wild Life definitely met our expectations. The area was wooded and quiet. Not a Mountain View, but we enjoyed the quiet of the Shagbark community and were happy with our stay. Communication with management was great! I will say that as a person who didn’t grow up around bears, do drive safely through there to the cabin. We had a bear come down the mountain side while we were driving from our cabin. It dropped down right in front of our car and I’m thankful our breaks worked well! We also had a bear visit the cabin, he took a stroll on the front porch Tuesday, so we really enjoyed getting to see him. Thank you for the great stay and memories.

The stinky, sulfur water ruined a beautiful trip!

Cabin is beautiful & spot on to the photos and description. Customer service and responsiveness from the maintenance team was 5 star. We saw a couple of bears and enjoyed the gas fireplace. It would have been a perfect long weekend…if the water didn’t stink! The water supply in the area has a sulfur issue. I remembered the second day we were there that it was mentioned in other reviews, so I jumped on the listing to reread the comments. I emailed our host and they responded super quick. Maintenance team told us how to reset the filter and it improved the smell and the water was more clear. For a couple of hours. Then it went gross again. I didn’t get to enjoy the gorgeous bathtub, we couldn’t really take showers without feeling super gross. It was really disappointing and frustrating. I reported the issue and they assured me that they would be looking at the filtration system to see what’s wrong. Hopefully it gets fixed soon…because this really is a gorgeous spot and a great area to be in!

It was alright

Cons: Upon arrival our infant was crawling around and we started to notice how filthy the floor and rug were. We immediately contacted property manager where it was suggested that we vacuum . After being unable to locate a vacuum in the property they agreed to send housekeeping the next day where the rug was cleaned and nothing else. After housekeepings visit we later found large clumps of hair, a piece of popcorn and 2 small plastic puzzle pieces on the wood floor, all of which my infant could have gotten a hold of. The water smells strong of sulfer, no worries they let me know how to take care of recharging the water softener myself. The downstairs bed supports broke on my husband as he sat on the end of the bed to put his shoes on, maintenance came and fixed the frame the same day. The whirlpool tub in the downstairs bathroom is featured as an amenity in the listing, yet has no water supply hooked to it. Pros: Location was good about 25min away from pigeon forge. Beautiful stream that runs through the mountains makes for a nice drive up and down from the cabin. Property manager was timely in responding. Check in was easy. Overall has the potential to be a nice cabin but needs better cleanliness and all around upkeep. For the extensive list of rules posted on the fridge for renters to follow the same amount of respect should be shown to those paying good money to rent their cabin.

Nice and secluded.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a very nice cabin and located in a perfect spot, hidden away but ten minutes away from pigeon forge. The only issue was the water. My wife went to take a bath and the water smelled like sewage. We called the maintenance and was told the water softener system had to be reset, so I went out and reset it and it still didn’t change the smell. I would imagine the hurricane had something to do with it so I’m not putting it against them but definitely wasn’t the best shower. The hot tub was not what I was expecting, the jets are lacking power and the lights were not able to turn on. We were looking forward to staying in there every night but after the first night we decided against it.

Very relay

Overall, we were very pleased. The downstairs shower is a bit small to have a shelf. We didn’t use the hot tub but the pump was noisy. We didn’t even sit out back because of it. Thank you for the use of your home.

Not What We Thought

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: [ ] A lot of money spent & not what we thought it would be. VERY dissapointed![ ] Water smelled like sulfur.[ ] Too much water softener made soap hard to get off body.[ ] Clasp on outdoor trash bin broken.[ ] Never told about not being able to go through gate until check-in time. Just thought couldn't enter cabin until check-in time. TERRIBLE PLACE TO TURN AROUND AND WAIT![ ] Never told our trailer would have to be kept far away from cabin.[ ] Pictures of cabin not up to date (i.e., different tub in master, no armoire in upper room)[ ] Thought there were 3 bathrooms based on ad.[ ] No storage space/hanging space in loft or upper room...had to live out of suitcases for a week.[ ] Very dusty & didn't appear to have been cleaned prior to our arrival[ ] 2 upstairs beds very old & squeaky/creaky. Could feel all the springs.[ ] We feel some money should be returned.
