Ce condo est un condo de deux chambres / salle de bain situé à l’emplacement le plus recherché de Panama City Beach en Floride, Edgewater Beach et Golf Resort. Il occupe une position centrale dans la tour I au 5ème étage et donne directement sur les multiples bassins lagonaires, les cascades, les plages et l’océan Atlantique. Le condo et le balcon offrent de nombreuses vues sur l'océan et les plus belles plages du monde. Chaque chambre a été complètement rénovée, ainsi que le salon, la salle à manger et certains aspects de la cuisine. Il y a de nouveaux meubles partout sans aucune dépense pour votre plaisir, votre confort et vos loisirs. Le meilleur restaurant sur Front Beach Road, "Oceans" est juste devant vos portes. Les jet-skis, le parachute ascensionnel et le plaisir de la plage se déroulent directement devant les marches de votre station sur la plage. Tout ce que vous désirez est à portée de main, semble-t-il. Les couples, les aînés, les enfants et les familles trouvent tous cela un paradis.

Very nice unit, well furnished

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in the unit. It is directly over the pool and the view is fabulous. The unit is well furnished with plenty of room and the kitchen has everything you need. Will definitely look at staying in this unit, if it's available, on our next beach trip to PCB.

This was a great condo for our family, we have a 5 and a 4 year old who love the beach and pool! It was upgraded very well and we loved the gulf view bedroom! Would definitely stay again.

This was a gorgeous property that met all of our expectations and more. The pool was warm which worked great for young kids. The restaurant was an added bonus as well. The staff for the resort were extremely friendly. Hope to stay here again.

We've been coming to PCB for several years now. We've also stayed in multiple units/towers. This was by far the nicest unit we have stayed in. The unit was very clean upon arrival and had all the necessary amenities. I would absolutely stay here again!

Nice place to stay

Very clean and cute condo! Easy to get around with daughter in wheelchair. The condo is decorated very cute and modern. Has super comfortable beds. There is an easy access to beach with wheelchair also. The restaurant had great breakfast and service! We do not want to leave!!💕😊

Perfect View

The location was perfect, the condo was amazing and the view was absolutely breathtaking! Only thing I would change is I wish check in/out was 3pm and 11am instead of 4pm and 10am. There was a restaurant on the premises, the waitresses were all very friendly and the food was good. Will definitely stay here again, hopefully longer though as we only got to stay overnight for my daughter's 19th birthday.

We came to Panama City Beach celebrate my son 21st birthday and my birthday. Everything was perfect. Condo was gorgeous!! Felt like I was at home. I didn’t wana leave. I’ll be back fa sure. Love the location. If you in the area take Panama Back hwy to avoid the front beach traffic. Overall great experience as always.

A few hiccups on first day but condo was big and 2 beds in 2nd bedroom was great. Some basics were missing like bath rugs and wash cloths, dish cloths and dish detergents. Would not recommend for small children as no bath tub and lots of decorations to break

Would have been fantastic but they already knew the dryer did not work, when on a beach vacation its super important to be able to wash and dry towels ect..smoke alarm batteries were needed and also remotes that had dead batteries , it was tough without laundry facilities, but overall i love the resort

The view was amazing.

The only disappointment was the balcony. There was cigarette butts and food. I had to clean it before we could use it. The cushions were falling apart. You might want to let the renters know that they need to supply their toilet paper. We had to go to store to buy some.

I appreciated that they let us check in early because we needed out of our other place. Upon entering the condo it looked pretty good. When we left to dinner in the evening and returned, I opened a kitchen drawer and there was a live roach with lots of droppings in there. Also found a dead one under the sink. The next day found another one crawling up the kitchen wall then in the evening found one in the kids room alive and within minutes another running through the dining area. The following day found a dead one in the dining area. Owners were called and nothing was done about it. They said they have never had roaches but there were roach bait traps under the kitchen sink so it was obvious they knew. Was told an exterminator would come out and they never did. Also there was a part of a finger nail lying on top of a dresser and all the beds were very dusty underneath. Was very disappointed with this stay.
