Les appartements de cette taille moyenne de bloc 'gratte-ciel' start 6 niveaux à partir du niveau de la rue et les chambres ont double vitrage, donc pour un tel emplacement idéal en plein centre, de nombreux clients des commentaires sur la façon dont ils sont silencieux. Il y a 2 rapide, de bonne taille ascenseurs de sorte que vous ne devez pas faire face à beaucoup d'escaliers!

La station de métro la plus proche de Londres est juste à l'extérieur du bâtiment et est Tottenham Court Road (au niveau des jonctions d'Oxford Street, Charing Cross Road et New Oxford Street).

NOUVELLES !: London Underground est en train de reconstruire la station de métro Tottenham Court Road pour soulager la congestion, avec une salle de billet près de 6 fois la taille actuelle, pas le libre accès et l'amélioration de l'échange. Une nouvelle ligne Crossrail est en cours de construction, avec des services à partir de 2017 fournir 24 trains par heure. Une nouvelle plazza est créée en dehors Centre Point. Il sera grand quand terminées, car journies de métro de Heathrow se déroulera direct à l'appartement en 30 minutes - la moitié du temps qu'il faut maintenant! S'il vous plaît être conscient qu'il n'y a donc travaux de construction en cours à travers la route, mais nous avons eu des vacances de location de longue dans le bâtiment de renouveler les baux de 12 mois, de sorte qu'il ne met pas hors locataires. Il peut y avoir TRAVAUX en cours (daytimes seulement) sous le plat comme les unités de vente au détail sont en cours de rénovation cette année

Perfect Flat.

Thank you Si. We choose London as a vacation spot for our family to reunite after 6 months and we could not have been happier with our choice of flats. First, Si was great. All of our inquiries were promptly answered. I know the big concern for this location was the construction, this was not a problem. Maybe some noise during business hours, but we were too busy enjoying London. We had the distinct fortune of staying during last week's heat wave, but following Si's instructions, we closed up tight during the day the and opened up at night and there was always a breeze. We were four adults and loved having the two bedrooms and two bathrooms and our favorite was having two floors. The flat was quiet, there was no noise between the living room and the upstairs, perfect for a group of independent adults. We really loved relaxing on the balcony in the evening and enjoying the city sites. This location is perfect for the theater district and within either walking distance to many sites or the tube. There is a tube station around the corner as well as many restaurants, pubs, shops and markets. We have no reservations renting this property again.

Absolutley Perfect!

Our stay at this apartment was wonderful. Simon was waiting for us when we arrived, and went through all the details of the rental. The location was perfect – within a few minutes walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, and quaint little streets of Soho. The apartment had tons of space and all the amenities you can think of. The construction going on around the building (which Simon had forewarned us about) turned out to be a total non-event for us – it didn’t bother us in the least. No noise or inconvenience (the apartment is very soundproof). We loved coming “home” and relaxing after a busy day sight-seeing.

Noisy with construction, adequate accommodations, nice location

Do not plan on quiet at night, with the clubs and theaters below. Mornings were bright and loud with hammers and machines. No view, except of construction. Beds and linens were comfortable. Location very convenient. Our contact very responsive. Nearby shops, restaurants and pubs were nice. Carpet and decor could be updated. Overall, reasonable for the price.

Whilst there is any local construction and noise going on from 8am to 6pm Mon to Fri (as allowed by the local council), we are both advising everyone in advance of this, and offering the generous discount. So I'm glad you found the price reasonable overall. It is totally out of our control, unfortunately, and is the result of the property boom in many areas of London. Regarding night time noise - there is secondary glazing to cut any noise at night, which is demonstrated to every one on move in. As there are no clubs or theatres below the apartment block, I am a little confused about your first line, and am wondering if one of the neighbouring flats had a party during your stay and that disturbed you?

Perfect for us

I am a mom who travelled with our 16 year old daughter and 15 year old son. This was a perfect location for us and the flat was laid out so that we all had our own space during our week's stay. The construction was a non-issue for us although the lift did not work one day which was a mild inconvenience. Si did a great job going over suggestions around London and the little quirks of the flat - every place has "character" - so that we would not have any questions during our stay. A suggestion well received by Si was that the pillows were too lofted for us and that there should be some softer pillows on hand for people like us. I wish I could keep our linens as sparkling white and fresh as in our home away from home.

Most flats we looked at had only one bath. This had 1.5 baths and the half bath made getting ready in the morning so much easier!

The location was great for us. Short walk to the station, the shows, and Covent Garden. We spent very little time during the day in the flat. Highly recommend Flat Iron right on Denmark Street (for meat lovers only) which is immediately out the front door. There is always a wait but they take you name and text you (even internationally) when your table is ready.

We would stay in this flat or any of the others Si manages in this building (as I think the difference is only color scheme and location in the building).

We booked Airport Direct for the early Sunday morning pick up. Despite being very clear the night before about the church as a location marker, the driver was confused and late and the operator was pretty useless. It cost 65 pounds and was a tight squeeze Prius. I would probably book an Uber which will allow you to drop a location pin which you need while streets are closed in the area for the construction.

It was very kind of you to leave the Oyster Travel Cards with credit on for us, plus the butter, milk and honey was appreciated. For everyone's info: Both of the lifts are being replaced for new, starting next week, as they are due for an upgrade and have in fact exceeded their life expectancy by many years. The Pillows we use are from the very expensive Dunlopillow brand, which give very good support and are generally praised by our guests. We also provide softer/lower pillows in the twin bedroom,(as younger heads tend to sleep there) and I noticed they had been selected when we did the cleaning. I will pass on your comments about providing Feather pillows, but I think the owners prefer non allergenic for health and safety reasons.

3 Moth stay becomes 18-Moths stay > Loved this flat!

We have just left this property with genuine sadness, after what started out as a 3 moth rental for a work placement in Central London. We extended and ended up staying 18 months (hence there are no other reviews in 2015/16, for anyone wondering) Due to work commitments we have to go home now, but we certainly recommend this flat, and we plan to try and live in London again in 2018. If not in this particular unit (it does get booked up), at an identical one in the same building. This will be great time to return to our "London Home", because all the construction work should be over. It has been very interesting watching it all happen (like a circus at times!) and the landscape has changed number of times from the balcony, but we love the plans for the Centre Point public square/plaza that is development right outside. This will make the exterior super modern, clean and inviting. And the Alfresco restaurants and coffee shops planed for directly below the block will add what is already great location for eating out. I can't really fault any of the service, or features of this apartment, because it was perfectly suited to us and our needs, with friendly management and lovely cleaning lady (we decided to keep here on a retainer). So I would recommend this property for anyone seeking a London bases particularly for a longer stay, and a especially while the rates are discounted to off set the contraction works going on around it. Fingers crossed when we return, we will be still offered a good deal and the gentrification won't have pushed it out of our budget. The London property market is still booming.

Such a great place!

One of the best choices for this vacation. I stayed in two of the apartments. The first one, vety beautiful and the second one it really felt like home. Such a comfortable central area and I had a great night sleep even with all the construction was going on around the area. The funny thing is, it was so easy to find the way back, having that tall building tied next to other one. I truly recommend it to others who want to have a pleasant experience. Modern, comfortable and clean! I have not even a negative word to say about it and I'll definitely have consider it as a choice with no hesitation for the next time I'll be in London.
