L'appartement Alice est situé à 50 mètres de la célèbre Piazza San Marco. Exactement à Campo San Gallo. Entièrement restauré, il est situé au deuxième étage d'un petit immeuble vénitien, très lumineux avec de grandes fenêtres cintrées donnant sur le canal d'Orseolo. Les belles poutres apparentes le rendent élégant et accueillant. Autour, restaurants et boutiques. Le célèbre pont du Rialto est à seulement 5 minutes à pied avec son marché caractéristique. Tout autour des restaurants et boutiques.
L'appartement se compose de: grand salon avec canapé, mezzanine avec deux lits simples, kitchenette bien équipée et séparée, micro-ondes, lave-linge, grande chambre et deux salles de bains avec (site Web caché) et Wi-fi gratuit.

A fantastic stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Venice. The apartment is excellent and is in the perfect location. It was very clean and comfortable. Host Luciana was helpful and communication was good.

What a location!

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. Luciana was a wonderful host! She gave great instructions, met us upon our arrival and conducted us to the apartment. She had lots of helpful advice on what to do and see. The place is right by St. Marks and we walked everywhere! It was especially nice to open the windows to watch and listen to the Góndolas pass right below! Catch an evening Vivaldi performance of The Four Seasons. Go to the Venezia FC stadium to see a nice park and get away from the crowds!

Amazing location with a window to the heart of Venice

This property is in the perfect location for a holdiay in Venice. Staying here gives you a glimpse into life of a Venezian on the canals of this famous town. Luciana is a fantastic host and great communicator with many wonderful tips and suggestions for a full and enjoyable experience.

Best location

Lucianna was a gracious and accommodating host. She gave us great information about the city and worked with us when we miss booked our reservation guest count. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The location could not be better! You are just around the corner from San Marco and gondola access. It is a short walk to Rialto bridge and vaporetto stop. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful venetian experience! Close to restaurants and shopping, especially Piazza San Marco. Luciana is a wonderful host she takes the time to explain the sites and the history. It was so wonderful to meet her, I would definitely reserve this place again.

Perfect location!

We lived the property and its location. Able to see everything we wanted easily. If you have heavy , I suggest getting a porter, it’s well worth the money. Beautiful place overlooking a canal with gondolas.

Great location and comfortable accommodations.

This is a perfect location for tourists. Close to the center of everything. Our hostess was wonderful and the accommodations were very good. One word of warning, there are 50 stairs to climb and no elevator to get to the apartment which is a bit difficult with 2 large suitcases. Otherwise, it was great!

Perfect for us

We could not have been happier. The location was perfect, the apartment was just as advertised, and our host was very responsive and helpful. If you want a place in the heart of Venice you will be please with this choice.

Fantastic Apartment in perfect location!

Steps from Piazza San Marco and short walk from Rialto Bridge. Entrance is through a gated Campo. So Venetian! Very clean apartment with beautiful little canal view. Host was very kind and gave you an introduction to the apartment and came by when you left. Very easy to talk with. Would stay there again!

Location Location Location.

This is perfect place to start and end your day, Everywhere you want to go is in easy reach. The property is actually more beautiful than described and it's fun to watch boat activity right out the window. Luciana was great. We had plenty communication before our visit and everything went smooth. She met us at Rialto Station, took us to the apt, and then spent a considerable amount of time explaining the ins and outs of Venice. All in all we had a memorable vacation and hope to return. Ideal!

Terrific location -- close to everything, but not noisy or congested at all. Yes, you walk up about 3 flights of stairs -- but that gives you more sunlight and better views. Kids loved the loft beds. I loved hanging clothes out to dry -- call me strange. Awesome bathroom set-up -- two separate bathrooms with a shared shower -- and shower is a bit bigger than simple stand-up shower. Didn't use kitchen bc there are many dining options very close. Would definitely stay again if we return to Venice.

Great apartment and better location

The apartment was a beautiful combination of classic and modern. It was well appointed and did not lack for necessities. Luciana met us as the vaporetto stop Rialto, as promised, and led us to the apartment, pointing out the names of the calle to be sure we knew the way. She was very helpful in explaining the apartment and giving us information about local bars and restaurants. She also made it clear that she was always available, if we needed anything. She returned to the apartment when we left as a final walk through and to wish us well on the rest of our travels.

Listing was nothing but lies, NO A/C No hot tub/whirlpool

There was no A/C at all. We had to leave the windows open to cool the place off and after the first night my wife was covered in mosquito bites. There was no hot tub/ whirlpool there is not even a tub. We were supplied with 2 hand towels each, they were more like the size of dish towels. I would not even call them towels. Although the location would have been great if there was not construction workers waking us up at 6 AM every morning.

Perfecto!

Our host Luciana was helpful and gracious. She met us at the Rialto stop and walked us to the Apt. It was close the everything. She took time to show us places on the map and provided us with directions for the best way to get to areas of interest. The apt was nicely appointed with items and the 2 bathrooms are a great feature. It was awesome to see and hear the Gondoliers go by right under the window, some even serenading guests. We heard the busy outside world and felt like we were living in Venice during our stay. Extremely close to St. Mark’s but not in the hustle of the crowds. The stairs are not for the faint of heart but think of it as training for all of the bridges during your stay. It would be a Great spot for families with the extra twin beds. The WiFi worked well and came in handy when we had dead zones in St. Marks. Luciana was very communicative before and during our stay. Lovely place overall and the restaurant/bar downstairs had great brioche and cafe.

Venice Classic

This "little palace," is on a mini-campo inside one of Venice's smaller campos for extra privacy. On the other side of the building, is a canal frequented by gondolas, which provides an ongoing source of private entertainment. It is very close to Piazza San Marco, but the small back streets of Venice provide an almost equally quick access to the Rialto Bridge, which places the traveler in a most enviable location (right in the middle of all the action). If this apartment is available, you must stay here or you will miss out on a truly unique opportunity. Luciana is sweet, helpful and makes herself and her vast knowledge of Venice available. We loved staying here and consider this a real find for any future trip to Venice.

Amazing apartment and host!

We had a fantastic family time in Venice! The apartments where we stay is super critical as we have two boys and want to make sure we have great memories with them in a warm and welcoming environment. The apartment has a great soul, you are in a boutique/antique place. Luciana is a person with great humanity. She met us at Rialto bridge. With a strong sense of empathy and integrity quickly helped with my kids/taking care of luggage. It felt as if I met a member of a family that we hadn’t seen for a long time. She gave us all the great tips about Venice. Venice is an amazing city but if your host is also part of the history of Venice, the whole trip takes an unforgettable turn. What a noble yet so humble beautiful Venitian lady. We will come again. The apartment is equipped with everything you need! Location is not debatable: walk in less than a min to San Marco plazza, less than 5 min to Rialto bridge, to Bovolo palazzo, etc... we will come again!

Great location!! So close to St. Mark's square. Very clean and plenty of room for three adults!

Luciana was very gracious and helpful. She met us near Rialto Bridge and escorted us to the apartment. She gave us great suggestions and helped us navigate Venice recommending restaurants and shops. Luciana was so instrumental helping us track down out lost luggage. It took three days to find it and get it delivered to the apartment. She checked on it daily and was communicating and coordinating with the delivery service to ensure we got it. Don't know what we would have done without her!! Grazie Luciana!!' Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Apartment is located on the second floor (which really means three flights of stairs )so remember you have to carry your luggage up all those steps, so don't overpack! Full kitchen although we never used it. TV but we never used it. The washing machine came in handy especially due to lost luggage. Standing shower was nice and plenty of hot water! Hair dryer also a plus. Beds were comfortable. The location was great. Maybe a three minute walk to St Mark's and 5-10 minutes to Rialto Bridge depending on how many stores you stopped to look in. Free WiFi in the apartment was a plus. We were right along a canal often used by the gondoliers so loved listening to the singing and watching the gondolas go by. Slept with the windows open but forgot about mosquitos. Not too bad though. There is an AC unit but it is located in the kitchen for the main room and not the bedroom. We didn't really need it. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again if our travels take us to Venice. Ciao!

Excellent séjour dans un appartement confortable et très bien situé au centre de Venise. Parfait pour un couple avec un enfant. Nous y avons passé une semaine ensoleillée avec notre petite-fille pour ses 10 ans.

Great location in Venice. Luciana was very welcoming. Apartment was clean. We would have preferred air conditioning for sleeping, due to mosquitoes, but otherwise had an enjoyable stay.
