À propos de cet hébergement

Condo 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain avec WIFI - à quelques minutes de l'entrée des parcs Disney et SeaWorld. Le propriétaire a loué et installé pour être une maison loin de la maison, avec des jouets pour enfants. Pas de réveil au grésillement des pieds, nous sommes au deuxième étage.

C'est notre deuxième «maison» que nous utilisons plusieurs fois par an, nos enfants l'adorent, nos locataires ont dit: «C'était tellement agréable de ne pas avoir à traîner de jouets.» "Notre fils est autiste et a senti le confort dans une atmosphère familiale." «C'était une maison loin de chez soi».

Il y a des courts de tennis, une piscine, un bain à remous, une salle de fitness et un accès Internet sans fil au club house. Le condo est situé dans un endroit plus calme juste à côté de 192. Nous sommes à une heure de Cocoa Beach, du Kennedy Space Center et de Busch Gardens. Universal Studios est à 10 minutes, Old Towne est à 1,6 km. Le centre de conventions du comté d'Orange est à 10 minutes et à 1,5 mile du Gaylord Palm.

Pour ceux qui souhaitent faire du shopping, les magasins d'usine Lake Buena Vista sont à 3,5 km. Il y a un fantastique zoo pour enfants sur la même route que notre condo appelé Green Meadows Petting Farm, il est à 4, 5 miles. Pendant une journée loin de la file d'attente dans les parcs, les enfants bénéficient d'une balade en foin, en train, à cheval et de nombreux animaux.

Notre condo est également idéalement situé près du Super Walmart et du Super Target pour tous vos besoins de magasinage économique et de votre siège social de souvenirs Disney à un rabais important des parcs.

My family and I had a great stay! David was attentive and even went out of his way to message me about upcoming inclement weather! Area is super clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Week vacation

Excellent area, nearby all the parks. Walmart is couple minutes away which is convenient as well as tons of restaurants/fast food. On-site pool is nice and closes at 11pm. Owners are nice and very receptive if you need assistance. Would definitely go back.

Nice stay- for the most part

We stayed in July, 2015. The condo was clean & comfortable. It's not high-end decor, but that's not our priority. It's nice, clean, & a good value. It's easy to book & to work with the owners. There's a pond in the back that is viewable from the master bedroom. We had a daily "visit" (meaning view-of) a young gator (about 4') & a turtle! The condo is very well-equipped. I was very impressed at the strollers & toys provided - our daughter is too old for strollers, but still! the biggest issue we had was that I contracted a severe infection in my big toes. The doctor believes it was from a pool (I hadn't even told her yet that I had swam in it - one time). A neighboring renter had advised us that they got a rash & their son got an ear infection, that they suspected was from the pool-but they weren't sure. But this is not the owner's issue, this is on the management. I just have to mention it in hopes that 1. The owners can express this to the management; and 2. To let others know that this is a possible issue. I received the infection on day 1 so we couldn't use the pool during our whole vacation! It was also very painful & i had to use a wheelchair at the parks. So disappointing - especially for our daughter. The pool & area around it were nice & clean (by appearance) though.

Worked for us

The property is in a great location if you are visiting the Disney parks. We stayed for 4 nights and basically only slept and ate a few meals at the property. As others shared in their reviews, the condo is slightly dated and in need of a few basic repairs (peeling wallpaper, one kitchen cabinet off the hinges, master bedroom mattress has a dead spot, etc.). I'm not sure we would stay here again as neither my husband or I slept great the entire trip, but the price was fair for what we got with this property.

Amazing

We ended up at this property during hurricane Ian and I was not comfortable trying to outrun the storm. David was absolutely amazing and constantly checking on us to make sure we were ok. He sent us a list of how to be better prepared for it and was there for any questions. I would 100% stay there again.

We came into town for a conference. The condo was perfect for us.

With two bedrooms and 2 baths. It was perfect. It was very clean and plenty of room to get ready for the next day. The grocery store is right around the corner so we could pick up food or anything we forgot very easily. We will definitely look at staying again when we are in town.

2nd Stay, no complaints

This is a great condo close to all the parks, shopping, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed our second stay here just as much as the first time. The condo needs a little tlc to fix up some small niggles you would expect from a home constantly in use however it is clean and has excellent facilities.

Good location

The location of the property was perfect in terms of proximity to the parks and also to Kissimmee attractions. The condo complex was easy to find and the property was clean and well maintained. The condo itself is definitely outdated, but the size was good for a small family. The kitchen sink had barely any water pressure, and there is no sprayer, so it was difficult to wash dishes. The appliances were old but worked. It was definitely nice having a washer and dryer. The temperature dropped into the 40’s on the nights we were there, and out of 5 nights we were there, the furnace did not work for two of the nights. The owner did respond quickly and had it fixed and did give us a one night refund. It was very very cold on those nights. For two of the five days we were there, the pool was shut down. There was a chain on the fence and a sign saying it was shut down by the city for unsafe conditions. It did open on day three. We just wanted to sit at the pool for a little sun. It was kind of a bummer. A few outdoor chairs would be nice outside the front door on the porch. Even though I would say we didn’t have the best of luck here, I would stay again because the price was right and we were within 15 minutes of all Disney attractions. We didn’t spend that much time at the condo. It worked for us. Again, you can’t beat the location.

Spacious, clean, lots of light, great hosts....

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dave and Colleen's place in Kissimmee. The condo was spacious and clean. Comfortable master bed. Very easy check in - no problems communicating with hosts several times prior to our arrival. This unit has lots of light and is in an easy-to-get-to-everything location. The condo community has a neighborhood feel to it, and while right off of Highway 192, is quiet and feels cozy and tucked away. We were able to take morning walks just out of the complex. While there, we had some questions for our hosts and they responded immediately to our needs. Very personable and accessible. We would absolutely stay here again if we travel to Kissimmee. Many thanks to Dave and Colleen for providing such an enjoyable stay.

Comfortable and clean

Perfect

4 of us - 2 adults and our 2 children who are 9 and 6. We used the property for sleeping in basically as we were out all day. TV had lots of channels and we were able to wash our clothes. Had a lovely time, and Davud is very responsive to any questions

Wedcation

We were in Kissimmee for our son's wedding and family vacation. I was very impressed with how personalible to owners were. I was able to reach out to them with any concerns and they responded quickly to ensure that our stay was uneventful. We will definitely consider contacting the owner again.
