Our stay was great. The location was quiet and secluded. Good way to escape the hassle and bustle of California. The place was clean and the area was comfortable. Great place to stay. Loved everything about it.
The house is an ADU (accessory dwelling unit) right behind the main house. It would have been nice if that was disclosed on the description. It was a bit awkward walking to the back of the property knowing someone lives in the main house. It made it seemed as though we were being watched the entire time. Although, we did have the ADU to ourself. The trash cans were sitting outside, so every time we walked by the back of the main house to the ADU, you can smell the stinky trash. The house is a cute small 2 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. There are no fans in the house or bedrooms so it did get stuffy in there. Thankfully there's AC. Our son slept on the sofa sleeper and he said it was not comfortable, no complaints on the beds. The back patio area was nice to sit and relax. There are no parking on the property and you have to park on the streets. You do have to move your vehicle on Wednesday. Which the host should have notified in the beginning. The fridge is right next to the stove so it was a bit tight. The neighborhood is nice. We did liked that it was close by to stores and a nearby park for your pet. The location is also close to Knotts Berry Farm, Angel Stadium and Disneyland.
Cobra was an amazing host!!! The unit was extremely functional, very close to disneyland and tons of restaurants! Definitely stay here if you are traveling with friends family and pets
Thank you Cobraâ„ïžâ„ïž
Renting the house was easy and convenient. The host did an excellent job of making the place feel like home. The listing description was accurate and the host went above and beyond on addressing any questions that we had. Great time for the holidays!
It was just right for the 4 of us. Coffee & other amenities were provided. Def. has a homey feel.
Overall the property was what we needed. The pull out futon was hard to sit on. The property manager was nice and left us flowers by the front door and a Starbucks gift card. Itâs a small place but we would stay again.
It was just as described. Owner even had k-cups and coffee maker for us. Plenty of towels and blankets. Bathroom fully stocked with soaps and shampoos. A/C worked great! Nice little yard area for our little pups!
This property was exactly what we were looking for. A safe, quiet neighborhood and centrally located, it took us 13 minutes to get to Disneyland, 15 minutes to get to downtown Orange, 30 minutes to get to the beach.
The unit is a newly built ADU behind a larger home but the properties are separated in such a way that you don't interact with the tenants on the main property.
It was immaculate. Very clean. Cobra provided several unexpected amenities that were very much appreciated. The beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure and temp was perfect.
The only knock on the place is the kitchen. While it's functional and has everything you need, it's small and the cabinets are situated in such a way that you need to climb on the countertops to reach many things. The full sized fridge extends into the cabinetry, making a few of the cabinets unusable. A great addition to the unit would be a stepstool to allow you to reach the higher shelves without needing to climb on the countertops.
All in all though, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was exactly what we needed.
First of all the place needs a deep cleaning, it was filty and there was all kinds of stuff left behind by other people, (used bar soaps with hair on them, shampoos, e.t.c.) The blankets smelled horrible. Even before I left the property I looked underneath the bed (to make sure I didn't leave anything behind) there was socks that weren't mine(gross!) there was some batteries inside the fridge! And the whole idea to rent a Vrbo property was to be able to cook my own meals, this place did not have any dishes to cook with there was some dirty run down pots way too small and gross and the microwave is a big one just hanging weirdly on top of the counter, The shower was dirty too (I had to buy my own supplies to clean it) the water was way too cold my 6 year old would cry to take a shower. I contacted the renter (who kindly showed up) she was nice but she could not do anything to fix it. Thankfully we were visiting family so we didn't stay there too long during the day..And be aware the washer and dryer are OUTSIDE the property, (covered by a tarp) it was raining so hard we could Not use them!! I had to do laundry at a nearby laundromat. Over all this property is NOT worth what I pay to stay there.
My sister, friend, and I stayed in this cute house for a trip to Disneyland. It was easy to get in and the owner stopped by to see if we needed anything. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It took us 30 minutes to get to Huntington Beach and around 13 minutes to get to Disneyland. I went for a run in the cute neighborhood each day and found a park and other areas to explore. We were very happy with our stay and would stay here again!
