Love this unit, views, hot tub great! Stayed here with kids and pet years ago when pets were allowed. Does need a view updates to blinds, carpet and a king bed would seal the deal. but great location and ground floor entry. Nice amount of room and washer and dryer nice!
Our family of four absolutely loved staying at this cozy oasis in the mountains! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning mountain views, made even more magical by the snowfall that lasted our entire stay. The location was perfectâsecluded enough to feel like a true escape, yet still conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, and top ski resorts. One of the highlights was definitely the private hot tub, which was a hit with the whole family! Thereâs nothing better than unwinding in the warm water while surrounded by winter scenery. The home itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and offered great value for what you get.We couldnât have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this mountain retreat to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!
This is a great place to stay for a small family or 3 to 4 friends. I stayed here at the end of February with two friends and it was everything we needed. The bedrooms are downstairs so you can make some noise upstairs without bothering anyone sleeping. The kitchen has everything you need and the living area has very nice seating and large TV. The hot tub is located on a private deck just outside of the master bedroom. The only possible concerns would be the multiple levels could be hard to negotiate if you have mobility problems and the garage is very small. We had a 4 door Jeep Wrangler, and it was a tight fit. For our stay we had no issues with this condo and would definitely stay here again.
House was not very clean. Comforters didnât smell washed, walls were very dirty, scratches on the doors and the garage door was broken. Tv didnât work well. The bedrooms got very hot at night. Wasnât very impressed and wouldnât stay there again.
We loved our stay at this cozy little condo that had sufficient room for the four of us. The private hot tub was a huge plus and the views were gorgeous. This location is an easy drive to Keystone and Breckenridge - very convenient! Thank you for a lovely place to stay to enjoy our family ski vacation! Would highly recommend!
The place was super clean when we showed up. We came in pretty late and it was great to be able to just relax after the long trip. The views were amazing and we were very close to the venue that my best friend was getting married at. The whole area was gorgeous!
This was a super great place to stay. We loved it. Only thing Iâll say is the double beds down stairs are a little tight if youâre not sleeping with a significant other.
Upon entering the house the view is amazing. The home is nice and cozy but could be maintained better. Areas of the house were a bit dusty and the carpet was not the best. The hot tub cover and grill were covered in pollen/dust. Despite everything, it was a comfortable stay.
Nothing is perfectâŠBut everything is perfect. If you understand this, then you canât make a mistake in renting this place. A great cozy condo. Both bedrooms downstairs had their own baths, the main floor had a bath too. Super convenient.
Hard to list all the perfect amenities. Itâs obvious the owners of this condo put time and effort into making this a pleasant rental.
There where great views but the inside needs updating and a good paint job. The hot tub had low water level and the property management asked me what would resolve the issue. More water? There was no hose or way to fill it myself and they did not seem to want to resolve the issue. A one and done stay for us
We had eight adults and a dog at this property. over New Yearâs weekend. Accommodated our group well. Plenty of dishes and linen for all. Minimal spices. Jacuzzi was nice. However the light went out on the balcony and master BRâseemed like a breaker, but none found. Garage is a tight fit for a midsize SUV. Two extra parking spots on site. Access to hiking/snow shoe trails within walking distance.
Host did not respond to repeated attempts to ask about amenities. Reached Vacasa management after much time on hold. If you have issuesâŠgetting ahold oh, I know it is stink. I meant to grab it out of it. Itâs very difficult to contact someone.
Good location, nice view but all is in details! Really canât get a thermostat for $40-50?! The thermostat was old and was getting on every 5 minutes which made almost impossible to sleep at night for the whole family. Carpet dirty, towelâs dirty with some strange hair in it, water in jacuzzi dirty, no light in the whole bedroom, no batteries in the remote control, and so on⊠but most important Bed Bugs in the Bed! My wife was beaten really bad from bed bugs (if I could I can attach pictures) but the worst part is that Iâm afraid we got them home with us on our clothes and luggage⊠we travel a lot and stay in different houses but this was one of the worstâŠ
Pros:
Location, view, nice linens, comfortable bed, gas grill, new kitchen appliances, good water pressure in shower, Dish TV, plentiful dish and hand soap, fast internet
Cons:
Strong smell of cat pee in downstairs/bedrooms (we ended up sleeping upstairs on the sofa pullout), electric in master bedroom didn't work on outer wall so no power or light, not all jets in hot tub worked, only one thermostat so hot upstairs and cold down, tight parking, only small frying pans, small deck (really for one person), no shade on front door, dirty fans, no pen or paper, no recycling, no ice, only one key
Bottom line: I would not stay here again unless the carpeting was replaced to fix the smell.
Awesome views of mountains and wildlife.
The hot tub was great and very relaxing.
The kitchen was adequately supplied.
If you have allergies or an aversion to the odor of decades of animal excrement or mold, this may not be the place for you.
We didn't use the master bath because of the mold in and around the shower. The second bath in the basement wasn't much better.
The furnace filter was so dirt caked it was coming out of the grill covering it. We purchased a new one.
All of the carpet smelled like years of half a**ed cleaning and stale urine.
There was dried ketchup on the coffee table and crumbs on the dining room table. The covid "frequently touched surfaces" cleaning may have been missed.
We were given a token credit for our displeasure that almost covered the allergy meds, inhaler, and furnace filter required to be able to stay, not to mention time taken from pleasure for cleaning.
Replace the carpets and the housekeepers and I'd probably stay again for the views and trails.
Be careful. The unit is cleaner and more updated than other reviews but be careful. The unit is hard(ish) to find initially and the garage is super slippery with any amount of water or ice and not big enough to fit a larger vehicle (like my suburban); many of the lightbulbs (including the garage) were out and batteries were scarce for the various remotes. My bigger issue was that while the second floor was nice and toasty, the lower floor was frigid. The biggest concern was that the lock to the patio and hot tub automatically locks unless you are intentional about unlocking the thumb lock. My kids were locked out in the snow not able to come in while I was making dinner. Thankfully about 25 minutes of not hearing from them (my one kid is a lifeguard so I was not concerned about the water) I went down to check on them to find them sobbing from being locked out.
I didnât want to leave this review. It was a nice unit with a couple of signs and regular maintenance, it would have been rated much higher. But I reached out to the manager and heard nothing back. Just be careful and you will likely enjoy your visit much more than my family.
Beautiful Place - Lovely Furnishings. Home Needs a Deep Clean and Fixings
Yes lovely views because Summit County Provides them. This home has tasteful furnishings which the owners have obviously take care to select. But per previous reviews - some serious work needs to be done to fix things like paint, baseboards, dog clawed doors (who locks dogs in bathrooms?) and molded caulk in the bathroom, truly worn carpet and I have to say one very distasteful and worn mattress in the master bedroom (needs immediate replacement). Yes beautiful views and location. Yes the owners have made a nice effort to do some upgrades given the home was built in the late 1990s. BUT please fix the basics that past reviewers have pointed out.
Came here with my 2 best buds. We each had our own bed and boy were they comfy. Other reviews had complained about the road/hill leading up to the garage, but there isn't anything to complain about. I rode up there with a Kia Optima without any issue; it's a normal hill, nothing to note negatively at all.
The living room had ample seating, a great smart TV to watch things on Netflix/Hulu/etc., and a fireplace.
The hottub was amazing and right on the deck outside, so easy.
Check in was so easy. They had a lockbox outside, so there is no need to talk with anyone in person, you just go to the house and get settled in on your own time. Same with checkout.
Loved it! Thanks for having us!
There is no âshared community clubhouseâ included with this unit. The pool table, community hot tub, and picture of a clubhouse (AABB) are not included with this unit. This unit is almost 1000 ft above Silverthorne up a windy curvy rather steep road. The parking area is tight. We did get a Buick Enclave backed in the garage after a 20 point turn. Have to pull out about 3 feet of garage to open back hatch though. Unit has all kitchen items to cook meals. All appliances work well except coffee pot that is missing the plug in filter area. Water will run thru quick (weak coffee) and do not try and pour a cup before itâs done brewing or it will make a large hot mess. Beds were comfy. No remote for TV in master bedroom which didnât bother us as we didnât want to use it anyway. Hot tub was nice in evenings. Views are great. Quiet area. Couches were comfy. Unit is a bit crowded with furniture, throw pillows, and knick knacks but overall we had a decent stay here. Oh and the faux fur rug in living room is slippery! I about crashed and burned when stepping down from kitchen to living room. We folded the corners up to avoid a crash thru our 5 day stay.
We stayed at this cabin during my girls fall break and it was absolutely perfect! Not only was the cabin clean, but the beds, hot tub, views, just made it all a magical experience for our family! We left feeling that we were really going to miss this cabin and are already discussing another trip next year! The cabin has everything you could need, and the decor was just beautiful! If youâre looking for a cozy spot to make memories with loved ones, this is your spot!
The house was beautiful inside. I am definitely going to buy me a comforter like the one on the bed. We had such a great time. It was so easy to get in and out. Thank you for letting us stay đ
