Ce condo a une chambre principale avec un lit king size et une chambre avec lits superposés avec lits superposés. La chambre avec lits superposés dispose également d'une baignoire avec douche à l'italienne.

Beach Retreat est une petite communauté de plage fermée pittoresque avec 44 condos. Nous avons une piscine magnifiquement paysagée et une plage privée. La vue imprenable depuis Beach Retreat 207 présente l'eau vert émeraude bleu du golfe du Mexique.

La communauté a également un centre de fitness sur place à la disposition des visiteurs.

Cette unité a tout. Granit, carrelage, animaux acceptés, lecteur Blu Ray dans le salon, Wifi gratuit, DVD et TV à écran plat dans les autres chambres.

Tout a été entièrement redécoré en 2011.

Un jour de pluie, profitez des films en streaming Netflix depuis le salon

Les jours chauds, profitez de la disposition sur des chaises et des parasols gratuits sur la plage. Le service de plage est fourni en saison

Bold and Beautiful

Even though the weather was "bold," the condo was "beautiful"!!! Everything was comfortable and nicely maintained. We loved listening to the waves and watching everyone walk by as we enjoyed the incredible balcony. Its location keeps you sheltered from the wind, so you get a lot of sun...even when it's 40 degrees. During one pretty dramatic nighttime lightning storm, our view was spectacular! We fell in love with a new part of the Emerald Coast and will definitely be back to Miramar Beach.

Beautiful Beach View!

Our stay at the Beach Retreat was nothing short of amazing! The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect! We enjoyed our beach view every morning and evening on the balcony, spotting dolphins in the water every day. The bunk room is small, but it was perfect for our teenage son. Two grown children would have been quite crowded. The size of condo 207 was perfect for the three of us. We had trouble getting into the unit upon arrival, but our host was very responsive and the issue was resolved within minutes, great communication. We spent every morning by the pool doing Pilates. Loved the privacy and beautiful surroundings in the pool area. The umbrella and chairs on the beach were so convenient, it truly felt like heaven lounging on this gorgeous beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Overall, it is a great property. Great location. Close, easy access to the beach. Nice pool area. Convenient for pets. Safe, secure property. Comfortable beds. The unit could use a deep cleaning, but we would definitely stay here again. We had a great vacation.

The accommodations were nice except the bunk room was very small, hard for any teenager to sleep in the top bunk. It rained 4 of the 6 days so bad timing on our part, but we made the most of it.

Fantastic Location!

This was our second time to stay at the Beach Retreat, and first time as this unit and everything was great! The complex is very pet friendly, and this condo was perfect - clean, fantastic view, and well stocked. Hope to return again soon!

Enjoyable stay with some disappointments

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. The view was great! The unit had a few issues that could be easily resolved. The floors had sand on them the moment we arrived. We made the mistake of walking around the unit barefoot which caused our feet to turn black. For the remainder of our stay we kept our flip-flops on to avoid this. Several of the receptacles in the unit were no longer connected to the wall properly. We observed this in the main living area but also in the bunk room. While we did have 2 adults staying in there for our trip, if children were using the bunks this would certainly be a hazard for them. The water pressure was quite low in both showers. The refrigerator had an ice and water dispenser built into the door. The water came out very slowly which likely is due to the low pressure and the fact that the filter for the refrigerator needs to be replaced. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was not working properly. Even on it's highest setting it turned very slowly. With all of this said we never complained about any of the above as it didn't stop us from enjoying our stay and due to COVID we weren't interested in having maintenance come in while we were there.

Comfortable Beach Front Home!

This condo has great views and close to the beach. We really enjoyed the furniture on the back patio looking over the water and spent a lot of time out there. The beds were very soft and comfortable. Loved the big chandelier and round kitchen table for family meals. We would definitely return!

Condo with a Beautiful Ocean View

This gated secure rental is nice. It is pet friendly, but dogs aren't allowed on the beach. The ocean view is awesome; we saw dolphins nearly every day; the white sand is like silk on your feet, and the beach service was great. We were impressed by vehicles always stopping to let us cross the street to and from the beach. There are church services on the beach Sunday mornings. The condo is very nice, with a well-stocked kitchen and new washer/dryer. The bathroom faucets were leaking, so owner had them replaced the next day. The king-sized master bedroom was comfortable. The twin bunks are not suitable for adults; maybe for a small adult or child on the lower bunk, but the upper bunk is very close to the ceiling, and there is no railing. Pull-out couches are never comfy. Would suggest owners advocate for dogs on the beach. Also, suggest cleaning staff to deep-clean these rentals periodically (scrub everything, get into the corners and under furniture, mop base-boards, clean sand out of patio track, etc.) Overall, the location is great, with many good restaurants, great shopping and fun beach activities available.
