8/10 personnes. Villa de luxe neuve de 4 chambres avec piscine privée et vue sur la mer. À seulement 400 mètres de la plage de Coelha, qui abrite un excellent restaurant-bar sur la plage. Une des rares nouvelles constructions si proche de la plage. Situé au bout d'un cul de sac, dans un complexe privé et fermé de 5 autres villas similaires. Meublé et équipé à un niveau très élevé partout. Portes patio de toutes les pièces du jardin. Piscine entourée de terrasses un jardin avec pelouse et de hauts arbustes pour la vie privée. Proche de toutes commodités, commerces etc. ÉCONOMIE DE BAGAGES: Chaque invité recevra une serviette de piscine pour la durée. Il y a aussi l'un des meilleurs restaurants 2 étoiles Vila Joya dans le quartier qui se trouve à 10 minutes à pied, 2 autres restaurants préférés sont très proches. Des courts de tennis sont à seulement quelques minutes, tout comme un petit magasin avec des pâtisseries fraîches tous les jours. Événement spécial ? Nous pouvons réserver pour vous, s'il vous plaît demander.
Grande villa familiale, sûre pour les enfants. Proche de toutes commodités, restaurants, boutiques et bars. Chambres spacieuses et lumineuses.

In a busy enough area yet quiet enough to relax. Very attentive hosts although we didn’t need to call on them much as everything was as expected. Highly recommended.

I had the most wonderful stay here. Highly recommend this villa to all. The managers are absolutely lovely and attentive. Everything was easily accessed and facilities very well-maintained. The layout of the villa is stunning with everyone having own space but also homely for us all to come together and catch up. I can't wait to come back!

Family get together holiday

Great to get the growing up family together for a holiday again. This time with our grandson. It was nice to go somewhere that was even better than described. The standard of fixtures and fittings show that Manfred & Tracey have given a lot of thought to the design and build of the properties. I would have no hesitation in going back or recommending this villa to anyone. We would love to return.

FABULOUS

This was our 2nd holiday at Oasis Holiday Villas, and it did not disappoint. We were two families staying at Oasis, and it worked very well with the interior layout. Everything is top quality, clean, spacious, and just all round fabulous .The location is perfect for the beach & local restaurants, it has a great pool and garden area and views to the sea. The hosts, Manfred & Tracy are very welcoming, helpful, and on hand most days if you need any additional information. We also had a 'croissant fairy' !!!!!! Magnifique villa au calme et proche de la plage

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cette magnifique villa ! Tout est facile avec Tracy et Manfred qui sont très réactifs et disponibles, aussi bien lors de la demande d'informations et de la réservation par mail, que sur place. La villa (Oasis 4) est très agréable : spacieuse, moderne, très bien entretenue et très bien équipée, il ne manque absolument rien. Il y a 4 chambres et 4 salles de bains, ce qui est bien pratique quand on est nombreux. La cuisine est également très bien équipée. Nos enfants ont passé leurs journées dans la piscine et se sont vraiment bien amusés. La plage, accessible à pied en 5 minutes, est magnifique et sans trop de monde, en tout cas en cette fin juillet. Nous avons apprécié la proximité d'Albufeira (10 min en voiture) sans en subir les désagréments. Nous remercions Manfred pour sa disponibilité et ses gentilles attentions, merci beaucoup. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Déçus

Nous avons réservé cette villa 5 semaines avant notre séjour. Ayant du annuler notre séjour pour cause de santé ,nous avons demandé le remboursement de l'acompte représentant le tiers du loyer. La propriétaire nous répond que c'est impossible, elle accepte les annulations seulement jusqu'à 6 semaines avant le séjour . Mais comme nous avons réservé 5 semaines avant et annuler 3 semaines avant l'arrivée elle refuse le remboursement .

Tivemos uma excelente estadia. A propriedade é fantástica e o Manfred foi um excelente anfitrião. A surpresa do pequeno-almoço no segundo dia foi fantástica. A proximidade da praia foi fantástica permitindo que cada elemento da família tivesse o seu ritmo. A casa em si tem tudo o que é necessário para proporcionar umas férias excelentes! Muito obrigada.

Luxury beach holiday

With out a doubt one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed! The villa was immaculate we felt like royalty. The managers went above and beyond to make our holiday memorable. I would definitely recommend this to families holidaying in Portugal. Side note. It’s only a few minutes walk to some wonderfull sunny beaches 10/10

Portugal im Oktober war klimatisch der perfekte Ort für uns!

Das Haus selber und der Pool waren da und dort schon etwas verlebt. Der Pool wird aber nächsten Monat renoviert. Manfred war jeweils eher kurz angebunden und manchmal etwas pazig. Er hat uns im Vorfeld angeboten, die Villa ihm direkt bar zu bezahlen und nicht über die Plattform. Das fanden wir unprofessionell. Ob wir nochmals diese Unterkunft buchen würden? Eher nicht. In Portugal werden wir aber auf jeden Fall nochmals Herbstferien verbringen.

Stunning modern beach villa

We have just returned from 2 weeks holiday staying at Oasis no.5 and what an amazing time we had! We were a party of 8 comprising 3 couples and 2 children aged 5 & 9. The villa was so comfortable and spacious that we didn't feel like we were in each other's pockets all the time. We paid to heat the pool which was well worth it as we used the pool every day. The rear garden is a bonus and we used this for some chill time away from the pool. Towels were changed and all bathrooms washed out mid week then sheets/towels changed and full villa clean at end of first week which we didn't expect! This place far exceeded our expectations and whilst the photos look lovely the place in reality it is so much more better, if that is even possible! Manfred and Tracy are perfect hosts popping in every few days to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything, this is not in an intrusive way at all. So kind in lots of ways, a run to the supermarket on arrival day, fresh pastries dropped off on day 2, Manfred the "Easter bunny" for the grand kids with the lovely Easter egg and the much appreciated gift to my husband on his 60th birthday.....amazing kindness shown throughout our stay. The short walk to the beach, cliff walks, restaurants and mini markets make for a perfect location. The only time we went afar was for the Slide and Splash and Zoomarine parks. A car is not essential for this villa unless you like to go and explore further afield. A taxi from the Apolina store was €6/7 and return journey to Aldi €16 and the driver even waited for us while we did our shopping. Antonia's taxi service was very reliable and I would highly recommend using them for airport transfers as he knows the location well - we used for the parks too as it was cheaper than the park transport given size of our group. Communication from booking through to arrival was excellent and any queries were answered very quickly. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Oasis Villas, safe and secure quiet location but not very far from other amenities if you want them. We will definitely return again, thank you Tracy and Manfred!

Fantastic Luxury Villa

Great holiday location

Beautiful villa , very large & spacious. Great location with all you need very near . Own private swimming pool and short walk to a beautiful beach cove . It was a little more expensive than some we looked at but well worth paying a bit extra . We will be booking again . Highly recommend.

What a fantastic Villa !

We visited Villa Oasis end of October and had a great time. It is a very comfortable and spacious villa in a good location -near to local restaurants and a lovely beach. Manfred was very helpful and welcoming and brought us croissants and pastries on our first morning. As we went out of season the pool heating was a must and the kids were able to go in the pool all day. Thank you Manfred and Tracy for the use of your villa and we hope to visit again in the future!

You'll just love it!!

Everything you need is here. Top quality villa and great location. Local beach is just a short stroll away with lifeguards to keep everyone safe. Great little cafe serving reasonably priced food and drink which we all enjoyed. When you have had enough just pop back to the pool. Every amenity is provided in the villa and the lawn areas are a bonus for the children to play. Local restaurants are really good - we had excellent meals and children are welcomed. The large supermarket, Apolonia, is a good 30 mins walk but a taxi back is required and only 7 euros. Albufeira is a 9/10 euro taxi ride if you like that sort of thing. We prefer the tranquility of the villa and local coastline. Manfred was great and popped in on our first morning with croissants and cakes - such a nice touch as were the offers to run us to the supermarket. We didn't take up his kind offer as a walk in the sunshine allowed us to believe we could then have an extra drink and cake without putting on weight ! Some hope!! If you are thinking about booking stop thinking - do it! You won't be disappointed.

Exceptional!

I chose this Vila for an overdue family holiday/reunion based on the previous reviews and pictures. I knew it was going to be nice, but I was absolutely blown away on arrival, at how spacious, modern and well equipped the villa was, the photos don't do it justice. for 9 adults it met our needs entirely. The 5 full bathrooms was definitely a highlight, as our group was predominantly female. It is obvious Manfred and Tracy know how to cater to their guests, the villa came complete with power adapters, Wifi, a DVD selection, board games, table tennis a fantastic BBQ and outdoor dining area as well as a folder compiled with all the local knowledge, maps and amenities. I honestly can't speak highly enough of their hospitality. On arrival we were greeted with a fridge stocked with beer wine, butter, bread and all the essentials. On our second day, much to our delight, Manfred called in with a bag of freshly baked croissants and pastries. It is these little touches that make Villa Oasis well worth the expense, and if I didn't live in Australia I'm sure I would be back again soon.

Fantastic villa

This is our second stay at the villa. Our party of seven had a fabulous time. The villa is amazing. Manfred & Tracy are on hand if you need anything and even a lift to the supermarket! Wonderful

We stayed at your lovely villa from 12th to 19th April. It was a family holiday that we had all been looking forward to, we were not disappointed everything was just perfect. The villa was very comfortable, clean and well looked after. It was exactly as described on your website. From the time of booking to arrival everything went very smooth. The villa location is brilliant, a short walking distance to the lovely secluded beach at Cohela. Nearby good quality restaurants. My Grandson loved the swimming pool and says thanks to Manfred for everything as we all do to. We are planning to return with friends and family to do it all again next May.

The Best Yet!

This was our 5th long term stay in Portugal and was the best yet. The Villa was exceptionally well appointed and had all the amenities that one would want. Any small thing that went wrong or any question we had, Manfred looked after immediately. He felt more like a friend than a landlord. It the best way to escape the harsh Canadian winter. We look forward to returning.

A Taste of Luxury

5 weeks of bliss at the Villa Oasis, the owners, Manfred and Tracy were superbly efficient and went out of their way to make our holiday one to remember fondly. We like the Algarve as the weather has always been very good, and we certainly were fortunate on this trip, only 2 short spells of rain in the whole 5 weeks. The villa is suberbly appointed and any minor problems that arose were professionally and promptly dealt with by Manfred. They were so good to us that we invited them to a home cooked meal and they kindly responded by taking us all for an excellent meal at a local hostelry I would unreservedly and wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone. 5* Luxury, a perfect holiday

Dear Manfred & Tracy, We want to thank you so much for making our first family holiday perfect. The villas are amazing, pure luxury and the service could not be faulted. Tracy your communication prior to the holiday was great and any minor issues were solved right away. Manfred, you were a star. You definitely made our holiday stress free, with the lifts to the supermarket and the fact we were able to check in early. The surprise croissants also went down a treat, thank you so much. For anyone looking to book, we would highly recommend coming here. The location couldn't be more perfect, walking distance to beaches and restaurants & only 5 mins taxi into town or Marina. Babies are also well catered for with Highchairs and comfy travel cots. They felt right at home. The added bonus was definately the heated pool. This made our holiday in the end as the 2 little ones could splash all day without getting too cold. Thank you again. Beautiful villa

Stayed at villa oasis in April 2013 for my 40th with friends. The villa is pure luxury we all had an amazing time. Beautiful location minutes from the beach. Tracy and manfred were very helpful during our stay. The villa really made my birthday celebrations special due to its high standard, location, pool. We are all returning in May next year can't wait!

Great villa

We were a party of ten. The villa was fabulous. We arrived very late and all restaurants and shops were closed. It was a lovely surprise to find some wine,beers and snacks waiting for us! We didn't need a car and there are some lovely beaches and restaurants and supermarkets all in walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

I live with my husband in the Algarve and are close to the rental property. We love the area and the beaches are fabulous. We have all the local knowledge you need and are always on hand to help. In our opinion some of the best months to rent are off peak season without the hustle and bustle. The weather is still good and perfect for golfers who still want family accommodation and those that dont want crowds. The property is a new build, very high standard and we are very proud of it.We run and manage 4 of our own builds for rental. Anyone staying in any of them will love it.We have had fantastic reviews and love meeting the family and friends that holiday in our villas.

We built this property as we fell in love with the beach just 400m away and ease of local amenaties and getting to town.We also have a 5 bedroom villa next door.

Being in a gated community gives security and an away from it all feeling.Indoor glass atrium with seating and open to the sky. Roof terrace for private sunbathing. Everything in this Villa is brand new and high quality. Electric shutters and locks on all windows.
