Notre place est un paradis absolu loin de chez nous. Très isolée, boisée et couverte de grands et beaux bananiers. Il y a 5 chambres et 3 salles de bain pouvant accueillir plus de 20 personnes. Une bouteille de vin fraîche est offerte. Il y a des chocolats Ghirardelli sur chaque lit, un petit-déjeuner continental en pâtisserie et une corbeille de fruits vont certainement commencer votre détente pendant vos vacances. Great house, great host!

My family and I enjoyed our stay tremendously! The house was large enough to accommodate the 11 of us (with plenty of beds and sleeping areas left over!), the a/c worked well throughout the house and was really cold, and we loved the area. Thank you, Kent & Jamie, for allowing us to use your home!

Wonderful Thanksgiving week!

The property was clean and extremely well-stocked with cooking utensils, kitchen staples, shampoo, and chocolates on the beds. Quiet street, lots of parking and space to spread out inside the house. Owner was quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. Would absolutely stay there again!

Perfect Getaway In NW Arkansas

We had a group ranging from 2 to 60 and this property was just perfect for us. There was plenty of space, great amenities, and great communication. We enjoyed the hiking trails nearby and our back. The pool was perfect and a highlight of the trip. The banana trees really made it feel like a tropical getaway. Thank you for making this house available to us!

Family Reunion

This was a perfect place for our family reunion. Lots of things to do for everyone children and adults. The Game Room was a big hit along with all of the puzzles (we did 3 of them). The location at the end of the road away from other houses made it private. The pool was clean and well maintained and provided more fun and family time. We'll stay there again.

The location was beautiful and we loved the creek! Being from the flat lands we were not prepared for the mountain but it was amazing! I would love to visit the house again!

Perfect location for our annual family trip

This house was great for our group of 17, ranging in age from 2 to 70. Upstairs and downstairs living areas and two decks were great for everyone to spread out to do their own thing. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook for a big family. There wasn't enough table space, but there were plenty of chairs, so it wasn't an issue at all. The kids loved the pool and walking the trails behind the house. Owner was super responsive and included some nice extras. We enjoyed our stay so much!

Great house for a large group

We enjoyed staying at this property in BellaVista. We had 14 adults and 3 small children and everyone had a place to sleep. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels and linens. There were 2 large TVs and a large eating area in the kitchen. We brought extra folding chairs in from the porch and could sit 10 at the table and 4 at the snack bar. Three full baths worked well with the large group. We would recommend the place to future renters

Beautiful home with plenty of room!

Kent is one of the nicest hosts ever and made our stay the absolute best! The home was immaculate and we appreciated all the small details and thoughtful gestures. This property has room to spare for a large group and there's plenty to do even in the winter with all the games. I would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the beautiful backyard and pool! We stayed to see the North Forest Lights in Bentonville and play Top Golf in Rogers, but this home made me wish we could just stay in. :) Highly recommend - this is a wonderful place to stay! Thank you Kent and Jamie!

We were really happy with most of it. Being Christmas we were hoping to watch football. That was almost impossible.For a house that accommodates 20+ a larger refrigerator would have been nice. Small complaints compared to the good time we had. Thanks

Great house for guys golf trip

We had a bunch of guys coming into Bella Vista for our annual guys golf trip. The property was great and our crew really enjoyed the bar and games in the garage. We ended up taking the top bunk bed mattresses off of the frame and put them on the floor because we weren't sure the top bunk would holf full grown men. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for a large group and the bathrooms were stocked with a bunch of extras. Property was clean and we really liked the fact that it was at the end of the road so we weren't bothering the neighbors with our shenanigans. The house was also in a great location to access all of the Bella Vista golf courses as well as groceries and convenience stores. We will definitely plan on using this property for our trip next year!

Family time

Family from Iowa and Texas met up in Bella Vista to spend time together after a long separation due to the pandemic. We loved being together in a house rather than a hotel. The house was large enough for our family of 11 to spread out and have our own areas for sleeping. All the rooms were very spacious, the area is beautiful, the deck was wonderful (we loved watching the birds at the feeders), the kids enjoyed the pool, and the game room was an added bonus. We enjoyed a campfire one evening, the kids took the trails and checked out the cave, and horseshoes was enjoyed by all. My only suggestion would be that some photos and parts of the house description on VRBO need updating so everything is accurate. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Enjoyable change

See following for explanation of cleaning rating. Communication with owner was great. Apart from "normal" communications, I was contacted the day of arrival and informed the previous guest had not checked out until the afternoon, rather than morning, creating a condensed schedule for cleaning. Owner was about to leave on a cruise and wanted to make sure I had all of the info about the house and the cleaning situation and a couple of other maintenance issues he had yet corrected (none of which caused a problem). I was given the name/number of his cleaning person in case of any issues. Given the short duration of the cleaning time between the previous checkout and our arrival, things were in good shape, and any issues were minor and easily handled. During the stay our coffee pot had a problem and she was right there with a new one. The house was tight for our "crew" of 19, BUT everybody had a bed and with the deck and chairs we all did great and the house accommodated us very well. This was our first stay in Arkansas and the accommodations and location worked out great.

Enjoyed our stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Our host was very nice and readily available as needed. Loved having lots of room for bringing our family together and did not feel crowded. Property had some minor repairs needed and the pool needed attention, so rated cleanliness as 4 stars instead of 5. The host did everything possible to correct any issues related to these issues. Loved the location, did not feel like we were near any neighbors even with the house located in a neighborhood. I would consider this home again if vacationing with family to the Ozarks again.

Wedding Party

We had our son’s wedding at the Cooper Chapel and this was a great property for us and all the groomsmen, their dates , and grandparents to stay during all the festivities. The owners could not have been more helpful and the house was large enough to let those who went to bed early get to sleep while the rest kept going in the Games Room/Bar area. Lots of parking, lots of beds and lots of hot water. Definitely would like to come back in the future and take more time to enjoy the area.

It was very good. One point...there is not a 6th bedroom. There are 2 bunkbeds in a master bedroom closet attached to the master bathroom. It was fine for a night.

Close to many attractions like The Crystal Bridges museum . Just a few minutes away is Bentonville which is the Home of Wamart the Wamart museum down town along with the 21c Museum Hotel not to mention the Walton Arts Center on the very popular Dixon Street in Fayetteville just to name a few.
