Bream By The Beach est un condo de 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain sur l'île d'Okaloosa. Évitez tous les escaliers et ascenseurs que ces propriétés sur la plage ont .... et profitez de la promenade de 3 minutes pour les plages d'eau cristalline et de sable blanc de la côte d'émeraude! Descendez la promenade, traversez la rue et accédez directement à la plage au point d'accès public n ° 1. Ceci est une unité calme, à proximité des fruits de mer de Stewby et à distance de marche d'autres établissements de restauration et de shopping. À seulement 5 minutes en voiture de Destin pour visiter l'île au crabe, la location d'eau et plus de shopping!
La chambre principale dispose d'un nouveau tapis, d'une nouvelle peinture et d'un tout nouveau matelas king-size Casper! La 2ème chambre a de nouveaux tapis et peinture et de nouveaux lits doubles et complets. Un matelas gonflable est également disponible.

Good Stay!

We had a good experience staying here. They had great communication with us before and during our stay. The condo was very clean and has everything we needed. It was a very quick walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything you need!

This property had everything you need to have a great family vacation; wifi, washer/dryer, short walk to the beach, full kitchen with dishes, and close to plenty of restaurants like stewby’s, Fubar pizza bar, Asiagos skillet and Aj’s oysters. Would definitely book again!

The place was fantastic! Close enough to the beach they could charge double! Awesome spot!

Only issue was with the locks, and it was my own fault. Would love to come back!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The place was clean and comfortable. It was super quiet and pretty soundproof as well. As a family with 3 young children we were worried about the kids being too noisey but it wasnt an issue.. The area felt safe during the night and day and the short walk to the beach was so nice. It was so nice to have games for the kids, coloring books and beach toys. There were plenty of towels for showers and the beach. There were only 3 washcloths so I bought a pack and left them there. There are plenty of extra pillows and blankets, kitchen is fully stocked. I'd definately stay again when in the area.

Condo was hot!

There were alot of great things about this property including two bedroom, close to the beach, full kitchen and washer and dryer and great communication. However, the place was so hot! After a day out in the heat, we got back to this condo being over 80 degrees! The bedrooms took all night to cool down to just 74. I would make sure the property has fixed this issue before staying here unless you don’t mind being hot.

Great budget apartment

For the price and location, could not have asked for much better out of this place. Apartment was furnished nicely with a lot of extra touches to make our stay enjoyable. A closet of beach toys and chairs along with some board games and a smart TV was all that we needed to keep our family feeling at home. The walk to the beach was also very easy even with little ones. Our only complaints were with the tenants in the other apartments. Parking spots were not always respected and our apartment smelled heavily of smoke when we arrived due to folks smoking around the AC unit. Overall though, a good experience.

Property Manager was totally absent with details

Did have problems with the booking...property manager never called me...tried several times to talk to them. They only texted..could care less about me....the entrance to the property was given via text...totally ridiculous entry method to the property. Would never recommend this property.

You would recommend it, if you had actually stayed in it; it’s cute & close to the beach! Unfortunately, the ONE & ONLY time you contacted us was at 2pm the day of check-in to cancel your reservation. Our policy, backed by VRBO, states “if you cancel before 30 days, you get a full refund; if you cancel the day of your reservation, you forfeit your refund”. It’s a standard policy on all vacation rentals, to protect owners like us, from renters like you. We do utilize modern technology (email & text) to send the keyless entry code to our renters; a standard practice within vacation rentals & 100% preferred by our wonderful guests.

Our stay

Overall, this was a good unit. It was very clean and perfect for 3 adults one baby. However, we had issues with check in. Upon arrival at 4:30 after a long day of travel, the code would not work. Had to message the host and was given the response that check-in is not until 4:00. I replied that it was 4:30 and he apologized, he thought it was a different rental and sent someone over to change the code. After that, we still had a difficult time getting in because of how hard the key pad was to work and the door was to open/close. On top of this, when leaving, we had to hold the door shut for roughly 30 seconds In order for it to lock properly every single time. We also had bought a pack-n-play for my baby and upon arrival found that the unit had one. Great, but wish it had been mentioned

Decent place to stay

We read all the reviews prior to picking this place to stay: - No roaches were ever seen during our stay. - The parking for our spot could of been better. I assume we stayed in the same place as the diesel owner in one of the other reviews. There is only so much room and the spots are assigned by the rooms rented. - They are actual apartments but everything seemed to be in working fashion and we had no issues. We cooked on both stove and oven. It is hot in July in Florida and this particular room's bedrooms walls eat the evening and setting sun so it wasn't always as cool as we wanted but it was never anything that was uncomfortable. - The locals (I am assuming) were nice and didn't cause us any issues. I think they had a residence in the lower apartment below ours. For the price of this place it isn't a bad deal. I would not rule out staying here again.

The condo was nice. It was very close to the beach which we loved but the parking was terrible. We had to keep asking people to move from our spot bc the neighbors seemed to think it was a free for all.over all was nice.

Safe, comfortable stay

The condo is very nice, has everything you need and more for your stay. A short walk to the beach and very close to other attractions. The only thing I would add, thats not the owners fault, is parking. The parking is not the greatest, and its NOT good if you have a big vehicle like a 4 door deseil truck or a suburban. Our truck blocked the entry way, and you are not allowed to park anywhere else on the property, which we understand. Just a heads up for other driver of larger vehicles! Overall, it was a great vacation!!

Pros/Cons

Pros: Location short walk to beach, restaurants and Mini golf as described Communication Check in and response to questions Swift and informative Extras Well-appointed kitchen, beach chairs in closet , board games in ottoman all nice to have, ROKU TV we thoroughly enjoyed after a long day CONS: ROACHES lots and lots of them! When we reached out to owner we were informed that they have regular pest control but would see if they could get the unit sprayed again but it was just "that time of year" i have been staying in Florida for the last 30 years and never stayed somewhere that had an infestation. Honestly we would've changed to a different place but there was nowhere available Community No fault of the owner but the apartment complex where the unit is (i say apartment complex because it seems that most people there are living not vacationing) made us very uneasy. We never had any issues but several of the renters around the unit just hung around the parking lot drinking at all hours of the day and night. Again, we never had any issues but immediately felt very uneasy upon arrival but once inside unit with deadbolt engaged we were ok. Construction: Again, no fault of the owner but there is Construction going on next door. The construction noises weren't a huge deal for us but navigating getting in and out of the parking space with construction vehicles blocking everyday is something to.be aware of In conclusion, the unit itself would be a perfect bargain stay if not for the roaches and the complex in which the unit is located. Had I known we would not have stayed here- just wanted to share our experience so others are informed.

Room dirty at check In

We got their well after check in and we was all tired and cranky from the long drive. We walked in and our room wasn't even cleaned. Took us an hour to get ahold of someone to figure out what happened. Was told worker failed to call manager and let management know she went to hospital. Then took them another 2 hours to get someone to come clean it. We wasn't happy for sure. We also had trouble with wifi. I couldn't ever find the right one to put password in. Other then all this. The place was very nice and had a few beach stuff as well. We never walked to the beach We was afraid to cross the busy highway with a toddler. But it wasn't far from beach so deffently could have been walked.

We apologize again for the emergency, thankfully our team was able to get the unit cleaned immediately upon being notified. Wi-Fi password is displayed in unit for all guests to use during their stay; we hope guests reach out if they need assistance in connecting. There's presumably higher traffic on the roads (no highway), as it's peak tourist season, we're glad you stayed safe!

Perfect family getaway home/condo!

Not to many places are what there presented as in photos etc. but that’s not the case here! It was everything we expected and more, it was very affordable and worth every penny, we look forward to staying at this same location in the future! Only reason for the 3 starts for location was only due to parking being very limited, although tight assigned parking was still organized! Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your property, we look forward to future memories there!
