This beautifully renovated late 19th century beach house is located on the highest elevation of Old Saint Teresa beach looking out over sprawling views of the Gulf of Mexico. Do not be surprised to see the occasional jumping mullet, swimming porpoises or the infamous white squirrel. This 3000 sqft 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house is thoughtfully appointed with the latest luxury amenities. There are 7 beds in total. The master suite has king sized bed, dresser with TV/dvd player. The porch also features a day bed with a trundle as well as a queen sized bed on the other end. The living area has plenty of seating with a large sofa, rocking chair, love seat and big oversized lounge chair and is complete with a smart tv/dvd. There is a carport with a joining screened in grill room to cook your fresh catch of the day. A bluff top seating deck located in front of the house connects to a second deck on the beach via a lifted winding walkway.
