Our stay was so lovely. It was the perfect condo for our family. Walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. The only thing we had to drive to daily was the lake. I would highly recommend this condo. :)

Great condo in Riverstone

We had a fantastic day at your beautiful condo in Riverstone,CDA. The condo itself was amazing was super comfortable furniture a great kitchen and a lovely balcony perfect for people watching it was spotless and very quiet making for a relaxing getaway. We loved the excellent location with walking trails, a lake and shopping, restaurants all within walking distance. The instructions and communication for the condo was great!. We highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again.

Amenities need improving.

Nice location. Amenities could improve. Only 3 towels, no beach towels, no soap and 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 8 day. Stay.

Hi Kim & Michael, thanks so much for bringing these to my attention. You are correct, the towels should have been restocked from the supply and that was overlooked and has now been remedied. I believe that the soap supplies had been put underneath the bathroom sink, which may not have been apparent. All is corrected now and I hope that you still enjoyed your stay in Cd'A. Excellent place to stay

I don’t think there is enough space to share how wonderful this condo was. The owner was extremely great to communicate with. The details for checking in were clear, concise and easy to use. The condo is very well complimented with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. The area is very quiet at night but there are plenty of fabulous restaurants within walking distance for a great meal. The underground parking is a great plus, it was easy to get into and out of and was secure.

Perfect in All Respects

We needed a place to serve as our home base for two weeks as we explored the Coeur d’Alene area as a possible retirement destination. Kathleen’s Riverstone condo provided everything we needed. Its ideal location made for easy and convenient access to all of our destinations while providing a comfortable and cozy winter retreat at the end of the day. The kitchen was well equipped and the property manager made sure that everything was in good order. We would not hesitate to recommend it to a friend and we would surely check its availability for a return visit.

Everything and more!

From the day we booked our 30-day stay at the Riverstone Retreat to check-out, Kathleen was a wonderful host. The condo was everything I could expect and more. My husband and I (and our little dog) stayed for a month and I cooked most days we were there since the kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need. The location is perfect...walking distance to restaurants, shops and walking paths. Perfect for our three daily walks with our dog. And I just had to walk downstairs to get a pedicure at the nail salon! We will come back every summer if available.

The perfect place in a convenient location

The condo was the perfect size for a couple. It was impeccably clean, incredibly quiet despite its location above the Riverstone retail area, and very easy to get in and out. The location was ideal for us as it's nearby downtown and the major highways. If you're traveling alone or as a couple, this place is perfect for everyone.

Worth a second visit

This was a great place to stay. We were there the 4th of July, and we're able to enjoy some of the fireworks from the Coeur d alene lake.

Really nice condo in great neighborhood! We were not allowed to use the underground parkade which we would have liked to know before hand but above ground parking across the street was fine.

Walk to Everything

Extremely easy access to the property, the village is fantastic, with everything you need within walking distance. The unit itself is perfect for two in every possible way. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

As you can see, I'm absolutely in love with all that Coeur d'Alene has to offer anyone who visits here! My very first fish was caught just this year on Hayden Lake! Spending a day fishing with my brother is one of the best reasons that I love this area.
I am a radiology technologist specializing in detecting breast cancer. Helping women to enjoy a better quality of life by detecting breast cancer at it's very earliest stage is my mission in life. I dedicate my professional life to that mission, educating and helping others understand how important this is.
When I'm ready for some relaxation, I head to my Riverstone Retreat to enjoy being pampered and taken care of by all that North Idaho has to offer. Most of all, visiting my brother and sister and their families gives me great joy. When I'm not enjoying these family get together's, I travel the Pacific Northwest as part of my career responsibilities. It is a privilege to live in this beautiful heaven on earth.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I love this property because it's part of a community. As I sit out on the balcony watching families enjoying time together, children are excited to go the movies, stopping to poke their faces in the cardboard cutouts on the sidewalk; it's a joy to hear and see them spending time together. The location is absolutely perfect for a carefree vacation or restful retreat. If I'm in the mood for a spa experience, a good meal, a movie or simply a walk around the Riverstone lake or Spokane River, I just simply go downstairs and walk to whatever my heart desires! And if hiking, skiing, biking, fishing, or water sports are on my agenda, it's all available as well! My Riverstone Retreat is my haven and sanctuary, and I'm so pleased to be able to offer it to others for your enjoyment as well.
